Great place! The apartment is clean and neat.. Great AC, hot water and appliances. The location is perfect and best of all… the amazing beachfront view!! Definitely a no-brainer. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space is so stylish, immaculately clean, and in a great building. The host was so thoughtful and left us complimentary masks, hand sanitizer, and even left a bowl out for our dog. So nice! We absolutely loved this place and every detail was thought of for us. We had a great time on our little get away. They made everything easy and were always checking in on us making sure everything was going well. I would definitely come here again. They made the living situation really easy for us and we were close to everything, the airport, beaches, restaurants, and great night spots.

Our stay at Otium's was great! The location was perfect - just steps from the beach and a short walk to a number of great bars and restaurants. The unit is simple, but was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable after long days in the sun. I had a great stay here with 5 of my friends, our favorite part was the outdoor terrace. It was a very clean apartment and in a great location within Old San Juan. Host was attentive to all needs.

The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea from the bedroom and the apartment counts with a small fridge, microwave, pots, dish detergent, sponge, and a variety of items to visit the beach nearby. When I encountered a problem, I contacted Otium, via whatsspp, and they send team members to solve the problem as soon as possible. The laundry room is free of charge and is available 24 hours. The apartment is located in a prime area surrendered by multiple restaurants, in the San Juan area and Carolina area.The supermarket is within a walk distance.

Excelente lugar. Una experiencia con tremendo vive local. A pasos de restaurantes, cafés, bares, playa, cine, Placita de Santurce, farmacias, supermercados etc. Muy limpio, cómodo y seguro.
