Had some issues with the check in with some codes not being provided with the details but the host responded pretty quickly. Water was out due to an issue outside of hosts control (does not have a cistern). Once water was restored the hot water wasn’t working so I had to reach out to the host. They responded pretty quickly as well and scheduled someone to come fix it. Later on towards the end of the stay the power went out in the area, again out of the hosts control. It seems like only this unit in the complex was out but other buildings in the area were out as well. Does not have a backup generator. Overall the responsiveness of the host was amazing. Then unit was clean. I would recommend newer pots and pans for the Teflon is peeling from them that could be toxic. The unit was very spacious. The beds weren’t that comfortable to us for we are more used to a soft firm mattress but these seemed more like just firm mattresses. Overall was a great place with a nice location w/beach nearby

The place is beautiful and peaceful like an oasis. The location was great and I felt safe with a lot of places around that had good eats, markets, entertainment, and a local Walgreens. The beach is a nice walking distance as well. Parking was not an issue for me outside. It’s self parking and you share with other neighbors but I did not have an issue.
However, there were just some small minor issues that I noticed during my stay. The floors of the room were swept and look clean but they were dirty as in, the moment I took my sandals off to walk across the room the bottom of my foot was dirty and black. I went to rinse my foot a couple times in the shower. The shower by the way was beautiful but the water pressure wasn’t that great. And lastly, the bed squeaked a lot and loud!!!! So having sex on the bed was annoying. That’s it

Very clean, responsive and amazing views ! The only recommendation is when locating use address / coordinates in google maps. Overall very nice stay!
I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting San Juan
I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting San Juan. The listing was spacious, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was well-maintained and cleaned almost every day during our stay, which we really appreciated. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores, making it very convenient. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to San Juan.

Os funcionários extremamente educados e gentis, chegamos mais cedo que o horário do check in e fomos muito bem recebidos, guardaram a mala e nos deixaram usar as áreas externas, o quarto ótimo, espaçoso, limpo, com todos os itens necessários! Adoramos a estadia!

Wir verbrachten ein paar Tage bei Kyara in der Unterkunft. Uns hat die Nähe zum Strand zugesagt, aber aufgrund des vielen Regens konnten wir den Strand direkt vor der Unterkunft nicht nutzen. Haben aber dadurch viele andere tolle Strände entdeckt. Kyara war hilfsbereit und reaktionsschnell. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und für uns beide perfekt.
Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is comfortable
This spacious 3 bedroom apartment is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The entire unit has excellent lighting, individual ACs in every room. The hosts are very responsive. When we had a maintenance issue, they were ready to send in a repair person immediately.
The residence is right on Condado Avenue in close proximity to the beach, public transportation, tons of stores and diverse restaurants. The drawbacks are lack of an elevator, so you have to carry luggage up stairs (only a three story building) and the lack of wardrobes, closets or dressers in the queen rooms which is not conducive to long stays. Otherwise, would earn 5 stars all around.
Despite these, I recommend this unit as it is secure, clean and well maintained.

100% recommended! I had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The host was very kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my visit. The service and attention to detail were excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

this is a beautiful location and apartment. Very easy to find, great security, including parking and simple in and out of apartment. clean areas . highly recommend. up 2 flights of stairs which were no issue for us

Olivia es súper atenta, amable, responde con rapidez. Con las instrucciones fue todo súper fácil. Todo muy limpio, agradable al menos dentro de la habitación y el lobby. Se entiende que hay áreas en construcción. El chico del estacionamiento me recibió muy bien también. Lo único es que se escucha todo el ruido de afuera. Incluyendo el de las habitaciones de al lado, fui una noche, necesitaba dormir y no pude. Ella como anfitriona 💯 recomendada.

Great location, comfortable space and very responsive host. I appreciate our communication throughout my stay. The views from the balcony are beautiful and peaceful. Will stay again.

We enjoyed ourselves in the location of this unit. Kyara was very responsive and very helpful. Her and her staff were helpful when it came to some of the issues that we had.
First night, we noticed hair on the towels & the hot water was not working, so we messaged them late in the evening. I’m so grateful that somebody was available even though it was pretty late. They were very responsive and tried to help us troubleshoot as much as we could. But the next day, we confirmed again that the hot water was not working. So they did send their handyman to the location to fix the water and he brought new towels, which was awesome! One thing we did ask is that he bring some spray for the ants in the kitchen area. He said he was going to come back, but he never did, so that was a little bit of a negative. No laundry onsite as stated in post.
Overall, the stay was pretty cool. It’s a little outdated and needs a couple updates to the unit, but the steps from the beach was AMAZING! Enjoyed that!

My only feedback is that since it’s a bottom floor apartment, you can hear noise from the upstairs tenants from time to time, and the pool is shared with the other people staying at this location. It was a great stay regardless.
The most perfect location if you’re looking to stay in San Juan
The most perfect location if you’re looking to stay in San Juan. Beach access right at the end of the street. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. 10 minutes from the airport. About 15 minutes from old San Juan. The space was very cute and clean, exactly like the pictures. If you have a car I do NOT recommend parking in the allotted parking spaces, opt for street parking. It is extremely difficult to park in the spaces, almost scratched my car every time I tried to park. Also no hot water for the shower. The listing stated there were beach towels available, we couldn’t find them, I messaged the host but she never responded. Overall I would recommend staying here

Wonderful stay overall — the apartment was spacious, secure, and conveniently located near all major attractions. Although we had to shorten our stay due to a citywide water shortage in Old San Juan, our host handled the situation promptly and relocated us to another property without any issues.
The Weekender was great
The Weekender was great! It was vibey, clean, and super friendly. Kyara is a great host who is helpful and proactive for all your needs. The neighborhood has great food and convenience. The beach was a quick walk and nice. Be mindful though of walking deeper into town at night. Unsure if it is common in the area but a few streets over there were some unsavory characters that seemed to be selling drugs. Luckily, the Weekender felt very safe and had an awesome/helpful security team. There doesn’t seem to be regular housekeeping, but everyone is super friendly and will help you get fresh towels and water. I would recommend the Weekender!

The room was equipped with everything I needed I loved that I had so many clean towels ! I traveled with my son and the room had beach toys ! Also it rained a lot and the room even had an umbrella! The balcony was extremely beautiful the view is to die for ! I was as able to walk literally down the road and get food and drinks the Ubers where their sitting down the road for easy access, I really had an excellent experience here ! I traveled to isla verde for the beach because I didn’t want to swim in the lagoon but I would definitely stay here again!! 10/10
