¡Una estancia perfecta! Todo estuvo excelente durante los días que pasé allí. La piscina estaba muy limpia, la ubicación era excelente y la zona transmitía mucha seguridad. El alojamiento cumplió con todas mis expectativas. Sin duda, lo recomiendo al 100 % y volvería a hospedarme aquí sin pensarlo. ¡Una experiencia fantástica!

The apartment was nice and as described on the website. The kitchen would benefit from some additional kitchenware – there was just enough to get by self-catering, but more could be provided. It did say in the advert that basics such as oil and salt would be provided, but they were not. The views from the apartment were amazing, and lots of wildlife (turtles, fish, manatees) could be seen from the balcony 🙂 It was also reasonably quiet – however, like anywhere then much depends on your neighbours and I had two nights where someone fairly noisy was in the next door apartment. The rest of the time the neighbours were quiet. The bed was super comfortable. You will hear noise from aircraft and traffic, but to be honest I slept super well and I am a light sleeper! Wifi was good. Guys in reception very friendly and polite. Otium staff extremely communicative and helpful throughout. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again, thank you.

We had a great time staying at Otium’s unit. They were very helpful and responsive any time we needed help with anything. The unit was very pretty, spacious and clean. It was equipped with many things that could be needed during the stay, like pots and plates, and they even had some board games! Overall, staying here was a great experience!

We stayed from Wednesday to Saturday the only thing was the shower leaked like between the door and underneath so had to put towels to keep dry , what is the living room has a beautiful big window but since my daughter slept on the sofa bed the window had to curtain it need a curtain or shade i had to close what looked to be hurricane medal shades. And one of the big thing is it should come with parking i payed $80 for a parking that supposedly a nurse rents out it was worth it but it be nice that condo came with parking im not a local so i would not know were to park security told most street parking are reserved But other than that its worth the stay would like to stay again in the future but if they look into fixing does issues. I recommend

The place is in ocean park steps away from the beach. Location is very convenient cheap uber to San Juan and Condado. Host was very communicative and responsive. I only gave 4 stars because the shower didn’t get very hot. Also the bigger room AC wasn’t really working so had to sleep on the couch. Otherwise, great stay. Would stay again.
The place was right in the middle of San Juan
The place was right in the middle of San Juan. Easy access and walkable to multiple spots. The host was quick to answer any questions and had everything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, clean and the pool outside was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Positive:
La vista, la comodidad, el baño y su excelente ubicación. Podrían mejorar mucho con un carro de golf que por lo menos te te lleve al estacionamiento.
Negative:
Lo lejos y costoso del estacionamiento que tienen máquina de café pero no dejan ni café ni azúcar. La puerta estaba rota y súper difícil de entrar y cerrar. La cocina estaba sucia y no tenía nada para limpiarla.

Probably one of the most receptive hosts I’ve ever communicated with, with my time using Airbnb. Everything is as advertised in the listing and the property itself had everything we needed and more. Very accessible in terms of getting to where you’d need to go in the local area, whether that be walking, or a very affordable/reasonable rideshare cost. The only gripe we had was more of a technical issue with the unit front door lock but as mentioned before, the host was very receptive and responsive when we needed it, including a same day fix of the issue. Not necessarily worth a star loss but if I had to point out a negative, that would be it. Otherwise, you and your group will enjoy this spot if you’re looking for both a lively and entertaining stay in beautiful Puerto Rico.
Relax in Puerto Rico

We chose this beautiful place for the views, and it truly did not disappoint. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We met Rubén, the owner, who is a wonderful person and made us feel right at home. The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

The location was excellent, and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and spacious, just as described. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the games provided a fun extra touch. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and the apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home

If the pool was open, that said the hotel has direct access to the beach.
Stayed for 3 days on a girls trip and this place checked all of the boxes
Stayed for 3 days on a girls trip and this place checked all of the boxes! Easy to find and very conveniently located. In a nice, safe neighborhood. Looked exactly like the pictures and was stocked with everything we needed. Quick Uber over to Old San Juan and Isla Verde. Can walk to Condado beach but, we liked the calmer waters of Isla Verde. Easy to check into a luggage storage around the corner at Ruben’s made it easy to work around check in and out times. Highly recommend and would stay again.
This location is gorgeous
This location is gorgeous ! The pictures of the view are even more beautiful in person. The reason we chose this place was because of the view and it did not disappoint. The apartment itself is fine for 2 people. Accommodations are good for the price paid. Narcisa was a very friendly and nice host, even though she is not the person who communicate before your trip. She was however our point of contact once in the apartment. There’s some noise from the street but it does go away. We were only there for a few days, for us it was fine. We do recommend this location if staying for a few days and want to experience a gorgeous view and an authentic neighborhood.
I loved it
I loved it ! Otium was very helpful and very fast communication and made sure guests were well cared for for. I would say just bring extra towels if u plan on staying a long time! But i would recommend and book again. Also the location is perfect so much to do nearby and everything is walkable we also felt very safe . Also theyre are stairs leading up so just be prepared to carry your luggage up .

The Airbnb initially seemed decent, with a nice layout and plenty of space. However, several issues made my stay disappointing. On the first day, I noticed a blue stain on the wall near the AC unit in one bedroom and a puddle of water underneath it, suggesting a leak.
The biggest issue was unreliable access. There was no key or entry code for the side door, forcing us to depend on security. On three separate days, we struggled to get inside, including one night when we were left outside in the rain. The office was unattended, and despite calling three times and contacting Airbnb support, we received no meaningful assistance.
There were also no office hours posted in the listing or at the security booth. Guests should not have to worry about being locked out late at night. Management needs to improve maintenance, communication, and access. Unfortunately, I would probably not return.

The Condado Villas are in a great location, where I enjoyed snorkeling in the lagoon right behind the building. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The beds slept great and the AC worked well. Nice showers, beautiful view of the lagoon. The units all needed some maintenance (loose faucets, toilet handle) and one room only had a sheer curtain which meant the room was quite bright by 7 AM since it is in the direction of the sunrise. We had to buy a king size dark sheet to help darken it some.

Every once in a while, you find a place that reminds you why you travel in the first place. This was one of those places.
The architecture alone is extraordinary. Soaring ceilings, exposed wooden beams, beautiful old floors, unexpected little spaces, and an incredible collection of artwork. Every corner has character, and nothing about it feels ordinary or manufactured. It’s the kind of place you keep discovering even after you’ve unpacked.
And then there’s Old San Juan. What an absolutely fascinating city. The history, the colors, the architecture, the people, the narrow streets, and the water seemingly around every corner. It’s one thing to visit somewhere beautiful. It’s another to feel, even briefly, like you’re part of it.
What made this stay so special wasn’t any single amenity or feature. It was the experience of being somewhere genuinely unlike anywhere else.
Some places are simply somewhere to sleep. Others become part of your story. This one certainly became part of mine.

I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back! The beach was just steps away from the apartment, which was amazing. The area was super peaceful, and the apartment itself was gorgeous, cozy, and fabulous. I truly enjoyed my time here in PR, and my stay with Otium made the experience even better. I will be booking again and I definitely recommend staying here! ☺️

I am very content with my stay with Otium! They have had great communication with me from the moment I booked to the day I left! The place itself was very easy to locate & though It may seem tedious to some to continuously open the gate as many times as you do to get inside, I can guarantee it also feels very secure at night having that extra lock! The home is beautiful upon entry with artwork throughout the home as described. It’s very well stocked, super cozy with lots of open space inside, well kept, clean sheets, clean bathrooms, clean fridge & freezer with ice cubes, drinking water etc. In the area there are many restaurants within walking distance. Very close to surrounding beaches & other attractions. (Be aware that if a power outage were to occur as it did for me – there is simply nothing you can do & it isn’t anybody’s fault. They truly try their best to get everyone’s power back on when they can & you have to make the best of it.)
