The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was large as well and the shower/baths were very nice. The view was pretty and in a good location not far from Condado Beach and Escambron. It was also pretty close to Old San Juan which I appreciated.
Negative:
The balcony was small, the radiators took up most of the space. You can stand out there to take in the view but it’s not big enough to sit out on.

The property was cleaned. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. It included parking that was a big plus for us since we had a rental car.

Nothing much, the property itself was perfect. The only issue we had was that we were on the second floor and Pigeons kept popping on the stairs and we had to asked to have it cleaned several times

We had a great stay! The host was very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire trip. The location was also perfect, with everything we needed close by, including restaurants, stores, and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This place was amazing and very spacious. We got the connecting rooms which allow us to have a three bedroom. We had washer and dryer two kitchens and everything was amazingly clean with a terrace in the back post was very accommodating and respond real quick. We love the area and everything was really easy to check in. I would definitely stay here again in the future love this place!! 🙂
If I was to go again, I would stay there bearing upon the water and only it was a nice day. Everything near Walmart was

The issue that we were enjoying ourselves in the beautiful table and entrance, and they told us we had to lower our voice. and you had no hot water to bathe.

The apartment itself was very modern, beautiful, and nicely designed. However, there were several things that impacted our overall experience during our 6-day stay.
Unfortunately, we were without water for almost 24 hours on one of the days. While I truly appreciated how attentive and responsive the host was and how quickly they responded to the issue, not having water for an entire day was very inconvenient especially because it happened on a day when we were celebrating a family member’s birthday.
The water pressure throughout the apartment was also very low, which made showering and using the facilities difficult at times.
For a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment intended to accommodate families, I was also disappointed that there was only one TV in the entire apartment. I also expected the kitchen to be better equipped with a proper set of pots and pans. Additionally, having no extra linens or towels available for a 6-day stay was inconvenient.

Absolutely love this place, it’s my second time staying here! Super clean and host and surrounding people are extremely nice. It is indeed a bit complicated getting in as there are 3 gates and only one works. Super convenient location will be staying here again!

We had a blast at our stay with Otium! The team communicated all details promptly and effectively and offered amazing service throughout our stay. The apartment was super cute and fun with great access to beaches, hotels, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The pool and grounds were maintained and cleaned daily, we never wanted to leave! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Condado.

Magnífica experiencia en esta área rural alejada del bullicio y de la rapidez de las ciudades. Bello lugar con lindas vistas a las colinas y llanuras verdes. Buenas habitaciones, buenas piscina y queda un rio escondido relativamente cerca. Las atenciones de Yoel fueron excelentes.
Great stay in Palmas, as usual
Great stay in Palmas, as usual. My family loves it there. Over 3 decades of visiting. We throughly enjoyed everything about this Crescent Beach villa, pool, and the view. Clean and beautifully decorated. Felt like paradise. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and casino. We always rent a golf cart to get around the resort, which I highly recommend, as you get to fully explore the PDM community, restaurants and shops.

It was clean, had enough room for the guest and good communication with the guests.

For the fee it should at least include an area to offer parking since it was a bit difficult to find and the $200 housekeeping fee for a 2 night stay that was a really up-charge.
This was a lovely stay
This was a lovely stay. The Otium team was highly responsive and accommodating. They provided recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay. The pool is a great retreat, and even though other people stay on the property it was never busy or crowded (when we used it we always had it to ourselves).
Overall, the property was clean. The bathroom is quite simple. The beds were extremely comfortable. I saw a review about cockroaches that almost inspired me to cancel… I did not see anything of the sort. Just a few red ants made their way into the kitchen.
The location is very walkable. I would just make sure to do your research as we found the Condado area in particular to be quite expensive. I would recommend this location if you are traveling as a couple or if all of the guests are 21+. Otherwise you might want to find a more family friendly part of Puerto Rico.
Amazing stay
Amazing stay!
Apartment was exactly as described, fully stocked, and super clean. Host was very communicative and would answer all of our wuestions super quickly. He was also very proactive in sending all the check in and check out institutions before we ask. The building is filled with amenities including the pool, private beach, library, game room, and gym. Location is super near by grocery stores and restaurants in condado. Short uber rides to old san juan and the airport as well.

Authentic apartment with comfortable beds and sofa. Felt like home! Clean heated pool. Very scenic and relaxing space. In Condado neighborhood which is very popular. The bug zapper was a nice touch as gnats were abundant the first day. It quickly took care of that issue. I would stay here again.
