Magnífica experiencia en esta área rural alejada del bullicio y de la rapidez de las ciudades. Bello lugar con lindas vistas a las colinas y llanuras verdes. Buenas habitaciones, buenas piscina y queda un rio escondido relativamente cerca. Las atenciones de Yoel fueron excelentes.
Great stay in Palmas, as usual
Great stay in Palmas, as usual. My family loves it there. Over 3 decades of visiting. We throughly enjoyed everything about this Crescent Beach villa, pool, and the view. Clean and beautifully decorated. Felt like paradise. Walking distance to nearby restaurants and casino. We always rent a golf cart to get around the resort, which I highly recommend, as you get to fully explore the PDM community, restaurants and shops.

It was clean, had enough room for the guest and good communication with the guests.
Negative:
For the fee it should at least include an area to offer parking since it was a bit difficult to find and the $200 housekeeping fee for a 2 night stay that was a really up-charge.
This was a lovely stay
This was a lovely stay. The Otium team was highly responsive and accommodating. They provided recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay. The pool is a great retreat, and even though other people stay on the property it was never busy or crowded (when we used it we always had it to ourselves).
Overall, the property was clean. The bathroom is quite simple. The beds were extremely comfortable. I saw a review about cockroaches that almost inspired me to cancel… I did not see anything of the sort. Just a few red ants made their way into the kitchen.
The location is very walkable. I would just make sure to do your research as we found the Condado area in particular to be quite expensive. I would recommend this location if you are traveling as a couple or if all of the guests are 21+. Otherwise you might want to find a more family friendly part of Puerto Rico.
Amazing stay
Amazing stay!
Apartment was exactly as described, fully stocked, and super clean. Host was very communicative and would answer all of our wuestions super quickly. He was also very proactive in sending all the check in and check out institutions before we ask. The building is filled with amenities including the pool, private beach, library, game room, and gym. Location is super near by grocery stores and restaurants in condado. Short uber rides to old san juan and the airport as well.

Authentic apartment with comfortable beds and sofa. Felt like home! Clean heated pool. Very scenic and relaxing space. In Condado neighborhood which is very popular. The bug zapper was a nice touch as gnats were abundant the first day. It quickly took care of that issue. I would stay here again.

nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hote d’une grande gentillesse. l’hacienda, lieu de vie commun avec cuisine extérieure était incroyable. Nous connaissions le problème de la couche, on s’est adapté et nous sommes restés une 3° nuit tellement le cadre est splendide
It was ok not the best of the best
Positive:
The first location was ok . After returning from eating I had no lights in the house , after speaking with the agent she was able to accommodate me to another location which it was inconvenient but if worked itself out in the long run overall I had somewhere to sleep!
Negative:
Being move 3 times first time no lights . Second time stayed there for a few nights then after moved again to another unit one room had a queen bed. The second room had a bump bed, which was inconvenience for an adult when that’s for a kids/children .
We had a wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! The penthouse was modern, spotless, and incredibly spacious, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
My stay with them was amazing
My stay with them was amazing. He was very responsive attentive and answered any question that I had the restaurants were nearby. The pool was amazing just to open the rear gate of the premises by the pool when you had the whole ocean as your backyard what an incredible memorable moment it was a great experience

The stay at this apartment was very nice and convenient location short five minute walk to any beach entrance. Ubers were very easy to get originally kind of difficult on the first night to find the building. The door was slightly hidden in between the cleaners and the restaurant we ended up renting a car for one night and there was parking available in the front of the unit. We had water issues on the first night, which was out of the Airbnb‘s host control the city routed water to different parts that did not have water. We were not aware of this outage when booking, and when flying to Puerto Rico, some of the reviews stated it was loud we were on the third floor, and it was very quiet. Did not hear any neighbors in the hallway. One night was karaoke at the restaurant next-door but after 10 o’clock, we didn’t hear anything other than some street noise.
They need a real person answering the calls
They need a real person answering the calls. The remote controls to access the complex did not work. A final inspection of the apartment (specially the kitchen) needs to be conducted prior to the apartment being occupied.

Un lugar donde uno puede llevar a la familia cuando va visitar a Azuero
Positive:
El alojamiento estaba limpio, se ve que le dan buen mantenimiento a la casa.
Negative:
Falta algunos detalles que fácilmente se pueden arreglar.
Faltan basureros en los baños y la cortina en el cuarto principal. El recogedor de hojas para la piscina y por cortesía sugiero que tengan un botellón de agua para tomar, ya que el agua del área no es potable.
SUPERB on all fronts
SUPERB on all fronts! Otium’s 3 bedroom in the heart of Condado was everything we wanted and could have asked for for my trip with my 4 daughters (ages 16-21). The unit was extremely clean, had a fully equipped kitchen (which I used to make breakfast on the final day), and it’s one of the few rentals in the area that offers a pool, close to shops and dining galore, while still only a few short blocks from the beach. The unit itself was so pretty and eclectic with it’s bright happy colors, cozy living room and dining area, and nice sized bedrooms with comfy beds and linens. The 3 bedrooms were located in 3 corners of the house and that provided a nice separation from each other. The air conditioning was awesome! And so was the hot water for showers. If you know, you know. The only issue we encountered was not having enough towels for a 5 day stay, but communication was fast and easy. We didn’t get extra towels but we were provided extra blankets for the sofa that we asked for.

This property is a Hidden Gem. Beautiful and Peaceful. 24 Hour Wave Sounds. Excellent kept grounds and great Pool Area. Seems very safe and private. Pet Friendly.
It was relaxing just to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view with the sound of the waves, reading a great book and breathing the sea filled air.
Gated Community. Golf Carts accessible to rent close by.
Very responsive, helpful and accessible Host. Excellent communication.

Amazing place to stay
Amazing place to stay. Everything is at walking distance and super fun. I went with my sister and we felt very safe here definitely recommend for the girls trip, the area is safe and the place has good locks. Parking is good too right in from of the Airbnb. so much fun. Def recommend smoothie spa.
Opium’s place was a true Gem
Opium’s place was a true Gem! Close to restaurants, bars and the beach. The communication was on point and always within minutes of me contacting them if I needed anything. I really appreciated the proximity to all of the things I needed and I felt safe. You feel like you are at your own oasis right in the city! Thank you!
