Absolutely loved my stay here.
Absolutely loved my stay here. The apartment is super spacious and the decor was very aesthetic. Super comfortable bed, fantastic location with many bars, restaurants, and groceries right outside. The host always replied within a few minutes which was super appreciated. There was an issue with the hot water and water pressure but we were discounted due to the inconvenience. I would love to stay here again next time I’m back.

It was adequate and clean.
It was adequate and clean. Missing a closet and would have preferred the TV in the bedroom of the suite. Next time I would get the studio instead. Also, all management is done remotely. There’s no one on the premises to meet for check-in or any request. It would’ve been easier to check in if I would’ve known that.
This residence is located perfectly
This residence is located perfectly with walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and beach 2 blocks away. There are local mom and pop shops with authentic PR food that we ate at almost every day. Walkable drug stores for any last minute needs and easy/ quick Uber ride to La placita and old San Juan. Despite our apartment not having working water the first night, Mark, Otium team member actively communicated with us until the issue was resolved. We appreciated his hard work on this. Would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent location! Comfortable space, super clean! We had everything we needed, except for WiFi. We communicated about WiFi, we were told it’d be fixed but it was not. We did not have internet during our entire stay.

The location is perfect
The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Condado!
Loved the area
Loved the area, so many restaurants in walking distance. I loved that the beach was a few steps away! Beach equipment was nice to have, 6 beach towels, 5 beach chairs, and cooler! I would have loved some staples in the house, ie basic seasonings, counter cleaning spray, ice, oil for cooking. Other than that, perfect stay!

Excellent experience. The apartment matches the photos on the platform Old construction but very well recycled. Very comfortable , clean and with everything you need to spend beautiful vacation days We had the pleasure of meeting the owners , very helpful and friendly. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a very nice beach Thank you for everything, I would come back without hesitation

The place was excellent and really close to the pool! It was peaceful and even if there were people, everyone was respectful of their surroundings. There’s a lot to do nearby which helps from when you want to do something different. Host was excellent, always giving a quick response and thorough instructions. We will definitely visit again
