My group and I were able to stay here for a long weekend. The hosts were phenomenal. Communication was timely and when we had a door handle fall off (locking ourselves out of a bathroom), they had it fixed incredibly quickly.
The location was great, and the place was depicted well from the listing. As others have said, the WiFi does not really work and the TV would not work due to the WiFi signal being poor. It did not really affect us, as we were out and about most of the stay, but just something to note.
All in all, great stay in San Juan and would definitely return back to this property.

The property was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Their customer service was excellent and very quick and patient to help me with any questions I had. It was close to three very popular beaches and even the Parguera was not too far from there. It is a great place for a family to stay.
Negative:
There were only two things that I didn’t like but can not be changed: the house has stairs so for elderly or people with some type of disability will be hard to climb and that it was not water front. But if stairs are not an issue and you don’t mind driving about 5 minutes to the beach this is the perfect place.

This location is right down the street from some of the tastiest places in San Juan! Also if you like waves during your beachtime, the ocean at the end of the street is perfect for ya. The apartment itself was very clean, though I recommend cranking the window panes open a bit when taking a hot shower so the steam lets out.
On that note, the window panels are always letting fresh air in so it never feels stuffy, and the constant AC kept the temps perfectly cool no matter the heat outside.
The TV has all subscription channels available to watch after your day trips and/or bar crawl, with gigantic couch included.
The owner was also very quick to answer any messages which was a huge plus!
Negative:
As much as I loved the balcony when I could step out on it on a dry day, the wet days made it unusable for most of our trip, since the water would pool on the deck instead of drain. :c
Also, the mirror closets are a bit finicky, where we only felt comfortable opening one side as the other was stuck pretty good.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was large as well and the shower/baths were very nice. The view was pretty and in a good location not far from Condado Beach and Escambron. It was also pretty close to Old San Juan which I appreciated.
Negative:
The balcony was small, the radiators took up most of the space. You can stand out there to take in the view but it’s not big enough to sit out on.

The property was cleaned. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. It included parking that was a big plus for us since we had a rental car.
Negative:
Nothing much, the property itself was perfect. The only issue we had was that we were on the second floor and Pigeons kept popping on the stairs and we had to asked to have it cleaned several times

We had a great stay! The host was very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire trip. The location was also perfect, with everything we needed close by, including restaurants, stores, and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

This place was amazing and very spacious. We got the connecting rooms which allow us to have a three bedroom. We had washer and dryer two kitchens and everything was amazingly clean with a terrace in the back post was very accommodating and respond real quick. We love the area and everything was really easy to check in. I would definitely stay here again in the future love this place!! 🙂
