We really enjoyed the closeness to everything! Walgreens (open 24hrs) restaurants (the one downstairs is Amazing!), beach and casino all within 5 mins. Had an amazing time there. Would definitely recommend this place. They were fruendly and very quick to respond to any questions/concerns.
No need to rent a car honestly you can easily catch a LYFT/UBER with surprisingly cheap fare (went to Aibonito for $30).
Overall a great time in my island ! 🇵🇷💜🏝

Excellent location, absolutely delicious restaurants nearby. The place is as advertised, very spacious. Be ready to climb three flights of stairs! Also, even though pictured, the washer and dryer do not work. We were never able to connect to the internet, so if that’s important on your trip, double check with them to see if they were able to solve the problem.

2 adults and two children ages 2 and 6. It was perfect for my little ones. Great location to take uber to different beaches and locations in San Juan within 6-15 mins.
Did activities all day and came back to relax and enjoy the pool. They have beach chairs and umbrellas you can borrow. If you want privacy, clean space and good location this is a great place to stay. Thank you Otium!

Besides having WiFi issues, my stay here was pretty great. Perfect spot in Condado. I loved the walkable distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants & having a 24 hour Walgreens near by was very helpful for last minute needs. Otium was very friendly & responsive to all my questions/needs. 😊
The complex is beautiful
The complex is beautiful, clean, gated, quiet, the view from the unit’s balcony is perfect for coffee/breakfast, relaxing, listening to the ocean. Pools are great and not too busy. The kitchen is fully equipped except they have a k-cup (drip pot would be preferred). Host is very responsive. We had some issues with the AC not working properly & leak in the ceiling during our stay; the host was unable to fix but they gave us a credit. The beach is not accessible. It’s very small & full of seaweed & the rip currents on this side of the island are too strong/aggressive & unsafe to swim. The unit is a bit dated & can use a little more attention to detail when being cleaned.

This Airbnb was such a beautiful place to stay. It can be difficult to travel and feel comfortable staying somewhere unfamiliar, but we truly felt right at home here. Our host was so welcoming and informative from the moment we booked and was always quick to respond to any questions we had.
The Airbnb was easily accessible, which made both check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Having dedicated parking spaces was also a huge plus. We felt very safe throughout our stay and would 100% come back again.

This place was amazing
This place was amazing! We booked this for a combined bachelor/bachelorette party and this place accommodated our party of almost 20. The host was super responsive. The place was identical as in the pictures and spotless. I highly recommend this place for big families or big groups. Would definitely book again 10/10!
Affordable and good San Juan option
Positive:
The location in Miramar is perfect…for walking and using public buses in the San Juan area. The staff is wonderfully kind and helpful. Accommodations were quite nice and for an affordable amount. I tremendously enjoyed my little balcony. They have Bustelo coffee out in the morning and little breakfast snacks for you to take. It’s a good San Juan option.

This was a very comfortable space to stay for a few days
This was a very comfortable space to stay for a few days. As a space it is quite large – it has a sitting space with the kitchen area, including a sink, counter, fridge, and microwave. The next room has a bed, chair, AC, and night stand, and then there is a full private bathroom. In my opinion it could be quite loud in the front sitting room when cars drove by, including at night, but for sleeping purposes this can be remedied by closing the door between the front room and bedroom. Aside from the occasional loud car, it is a very peaceful and quiet area. It was easy to find using Google maps and parking was easy. The only issue I had was with the identification verification prior to checking in; it would not work for me and I could not receive the check-in instructions until they did this additional verification and it was very stressful for me to be at my destination and not have access to the place I was staying. That said, Otium was very consistently responsive during the issue.

The star of the show is the terrace. Leading directly from the bedroom, it is stunning. The massive windows/doors lead out onto the best views in the city.
The apartment is spacious, clean and very private.
The perfect setting for a few days in Quito.
This apartment will not disappoint.

I stayed at this place for my bachelor party
I stayed at this place for my bachelor party. We were a group of 12 and had a great time! All the rooms were very clean/ modern and loved how everyone had their own space/ bathroom and kitchen etc. Some showers did not have hot water that would be my only complaint but they were not super cold still manageable! Overall a great stay and for a big group it is perfect location and place to stay with a pool! The owners were also super responsive with any questions I had!

La habitación superó las expectativas: cama muy cómoda, aire acondicionado potente, Smart TV con plataformas de streaming listas para usar. Sus puntos clave son el desayuno práctico para llevar y el parqueo incluido gratis. Su ubicación en Miramar te permite moverte rápido a cualquier punto de San Juan. ¡Gran relación calidad-precio!

La ubicación es perfecta para caminar a la playa y hay varios restaurantes excelentes. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario (microondas, nevera pequeña y buena señal de Wi-Fi). El café de cortesía en la mañana es bueno. El personal virtual y presencial fue muy amable y resolutivo. 100% recomendado.

The free breakfast is an excellent amenity. The hotel’s location is great. Lots of restaurants and shops are nearby. The beach is within walking distance. A supermarket and a spirit store are around the corner.

Not much really. It was a great stay. The staff is very friendly. Will stay here in my next visit.
Very sweet place to stay
Very sweet place to stay! Near the ferry! Me and my girls trip really enjoyed our time here, and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Hosts have excellent communication skills! Very very very sweet folk. They really went out their way to make sure we felt at home, safe and secure! Clean home and the shower is amazing! Very hot water plenty pressure there.

Mi estancia fue simplemente perfecta. Lo que más destaco es la ubicación, ya que está cerca de restaurantes, la playa y de Viejo San Juan, literalmente TODO! y facilita muchísimo moverse por la zona. El aseo del alojamiento es impecable, todo olía a limpio desde el primer momento. Además, el servicio y la atención recibida fueron de diez, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudar.
Si buscas una relación calidad-precio insuperable, este es el sitio ideal.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The host was extremely responsive and always replied quickly whenever we had questions. We did experience a few plumbing and water-related issues during our stay, but the host addressed them right away and everything was resolved promptly.
The property was very clean and well maintained, which we really appreciated. The location was also excellent and conveniently close to many important areas, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a great experience, and having such a responsive host made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again.
