Very good place to spend a few days with the little ones
Very good place to spend a few days with the little ones. The teenagers enjoyed it a lot and because of the security personnel always around and keeping everything in order, they could rest easy. The apartment was clean and the host was always in contact.

This was a nice place with a great location — super convenient to get around. It was clean and as described, albeit with two caveats — the windows are not soundproof so there was quite a bit of noise coming from the streets throughout the night (this was probably more due to the location vs the airbnb itself), and the shower water pressure was quite weak so it was not easy to wash off as three girls with long hair! Otherwise, we had a great time at this airbnb and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, reliable place to stay while visiting San Juan.

The host was great. The location is amazing. The unit was well worth my trip and I wish I could had stayed longer. They include everything you will need, and if they is something you else you want, there are plenty of options available for you to walk to pick up and grab. The first part of the day, I didn’t realize the unit was literally on the beach because like most people I went out the front of the building to explore the city and then when I walked back is when I got to the pool and the beach. I will say this, if you are one of those types of people that will and want to find anything to complain about then don’t come, but if you are the type of traveler that understands the island and want a great value and vacation then this is the spot of you. I loved every bit of my time at this unit.

The airbnb was nice and just like the pictures. The outside was a little skeptical looking but it was actually a really quiet neighborhood and I felt safe. The host communicated throughout the stay and made sure we were ok. There were stray cats but I think that’s just Puerto Rico thing because they were everywhere. The beds were comfortable and Ac worked great! The water pressure was good but the water didn’t get warm which wasn’t a big deal but it was so hot and humid outside, a cool shower was needed! I would recommend this stay!

We had a great time on our little get away. They made everything easy and were always checking in on us making sure everything was going well. I would definitely come here again. They made the living situation really easy for us and we were close to everything, the airport, beaches, restaurants, and great night spots.

Very nice place with a beautiful view. The airbnb has some great touches, like the video games and the record player. The room is also very large and spacious. There is great natural lighting for anyone that enjoys that or is an influencer/content creator. The only downside is that the air conditioning is pretty loud… so I would err on the side of caution to anyone that cannot sleep with loud background noise that will intermittently click on and off. It didn’t bother me too much, as I sleep with background noise anyways but! Location: very close (driving distance) to old san juan, distrito t-mobile, and the beach. It’s a great middle point. Not loud or anything because the floor is high up

Excellent Airbnb! The location is amazing, with proximity to the airport, Condado Beach, Isla Verde Beach, and La Placita for nightlife. Everything else was just an $5 Uber away. The apartment was very nice and secure. We had lots of fun and highly recommend it. The host was also very responsive to our needs and requests.

Loved it! We came from Dallas, Tx. It was originally just me & another friend, but for an additional $47.24. That was very convenient, and there was a bed & a pull out couch available so we all slept comfortably. The bathroom is super duper small, but for 1 person it is okay. Very clean, the pool was very clean the entire stay! We all enjoyed it greatly and if I ever stayed in Puerto Rico again, they would be my first pick. I wish they had more smaller towels for us, but literally nothing wrong with this property for us.

I really loved my stay at this apartment! I’m a local born and raised in Puerto Rico and I’ve been to old San Juan hundreds of times, but the experience of staying inside these old buildings is unique on its own. This one specifically though was in a part of OSJ where it’s more quiet en peaceful, but if you wish to go out have fun it’s just a couple of blocks away from very good bars and clubs. I recommend staying here with your family and friends and enjoy the night life of OSJ.

First and foremost, I must say the customer service is top notch. The team was very responsive and patient with my million questions. The apartment is on the top floor overlooking the pool, lots of windows if you enjoy sunshine. To my surprise there was a arcade machine with all my favorite games from the 80s. Very nice touch. The bed was very comfy and there is plenty of space for storing your stuff. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need if you wish to cook. The staff was nice enough to greet me with some snacks, K cups pods for coffee and bottle water. I think the bottle could at least be a liter bottle since upon arrival you might not be in the mood to go grocery shopping, and water is one of those essentials we all value. The pool is nice and well maintained. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. I recommend the Blue Shark and Bistro Café for brunch. Really good food. Overall great stay albeit the rain, but I enjoyed my stay.

This place is exactly what you see in the pictures. There was some issues with the locks but I’m sure it will be fixed. The value is okay, since there is construction by the pool area but other than that it’s in a good location. This place is close to everything
