I wanted to start by highlighting the positives of my stay
I wanted to start by highlighting the positives of my stay. The apartment was beautifully designed with a great layout, making it very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I especially enjoyed the balcony.
That said, I did encounter some challenges with accessing the property. On our first night, we had trouble with the entry codes for the gate, which required multiple calls to the management company. After finally getting through the gate, we found the instructions for accessing the apartment were unclear. There was a master lock key holder and a code on the door, but it wasn’t immediately apparent which code was needed. This caused some confusion and delays, and we ended up spending multiple days dealing with access issues.
Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness could have been better, particularly underneath the bed, where it seemed that the area hadn’t been properly vacuumed.
I hope this feedback help to improve for future guests.

Mary was an absolutely amazing host and we will definitely be back to stay here again. The place was great location wise and nice area, we had an amazing time and felt right at home for first time visitors in Puerto Rico!! Highly recommend. And don’t hesitate to message her – she’s super nice!!

I stayed for about 4 nights and the apartment was very clean. The host was very flexible with me about my check in time which I truly appreciated and the pool outside was great. I loved that Cafe Bistro and 787 Coffee is in walking distance.

The exterior was like living in a rainforest and the sounds of the coquí 🐸 put me to sleep every night 💚I loved that the beach was walkable and the provided beach chairs and beach towels that was a plus. This was our last Airbnb stop before heading home and the laundromat was walkable up the block so we washed our clothes so didn’t have to pack dirty wet items. Perfect!!

This is one of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Facilities were super clean, comfortable, great location, helpful on site staff and free continental breakfast. Spacious and safe private parking lot. We had a minor setback with the door’s code at check in, but host and on site staff responded immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay – the room also had a balcony with a beautiful and relaxing view! Wonderful host and very responsive. I do recommend leaving a broom in the AirBnB. The balcony was smaller than expected but still worth it. No complaints!

This listing is excellent for a group of people .. very spacious. Large bedrooms. Strong Wi-Fi. Outdoor private patio. Large living room. Strong air conditioning . The host was very friendly with responding to my questions.. checkin process virtually is a lot of steps With confirming emails and a selfie also a Credit Card authorization?? Which was a first for me in over 250+ Airbnb bookings. But this Airbnb overall I would recommend. It’s modern. Clean, the pool was fun. And thee best beds in the world !! Haha soo comfortable

Honestamente, las instrucciones fueron claras en cada paso y procedimiento. El entorno es agradable y limpio, con playas hermosas y una piscina que estaba súper limpia; además, la casa por dentro estaba impecable. Lo único que me dio problema fue el wifi: aunque me comuniqué con ella y me dio unos pasos a seguir (los cuales hice), el internet se conectaba pero no funcionó. Creo que lo único que podrían mejorar es la velocidad del wifi o algo similar. Fuera de eso, todas las indicaciones fueron claras, la casa estaba limpia y fresca. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. 9/10, gracias por todo, Keysha. 🙂

The apartment was really nice, and communication with the host went smoothly. The location is great too – just a few steps to the water (though rocky) and the beach is close by, plus it’s convenient for getting around.
The only downside was the internet. I had read about this issue in other reviews and hoped it would be fixed, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Even after reporting it, the WiFi was extremely slow and basically unusable. If you really depend on having good internet, this place might not be the best choice.

My husband and I loved the stay here. There was plenty of off street parking. With short walking distance to the beach and our favorite breakfast spot at Kasalta. The place is very peaceful and clean. The only downside is there was no coffee machine in the room but hey Kasalta is one block away:)

The place was great close to beautiful beaches. Walkable distance to stores and restaurants. The view from the room was breathtaking. The only thing we didn’t like was the extremely hot water in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. Overall the place was nice and clean and the host responded to all of our questions.

Great place in a really good area!! We did a small girls’ trip here, and Amelia made sure we had everything we needed for every day of the trip. The location was perfect for exploring as well as morning running. Markets are close by for groceries, and the kitchen was fantastic.

I loved how this hotel felt like an oasis inside of the historic San Juan area. It was like walking into a different world inside. Easy street parking next to the hotel and lots of runners in the morning which meant that the area was rather safe, to me at least !
Nice bar and pool and great restaurants in walking distance! Pinky’s has great mallorca bread for breakfast and tasty coffee!

Not my first time to Puerto Rico and definitely not my last
Not my first time to Puerto Rico and definitely not my last. We over all enjoyed our stay. I had certain issues with the home. When we first arrived we messaged the host to let her know we had arrived as she didn’t send any check in instructions. Luckily another guest was staying on the property and atleast let us in the gate. After that we NEVER heard from her. From 4pm check in til today when we checked out. I had to contact CUSTOMER SERVICE to get into the unit. We waited almost 3hrs to get in after a 6hr travel day. The unit is smaller in real life but perfect for two guests. Throughout the stay MOLD was appearing on the walls. There is no ventilation in this unit. The walls and floor were sweating, even with the AC on. Mold started growing on them. By the time we checked out it was everywhere. There isn’t a window to open. Overall the stay was lovely. Great location, the pool was wonderful. Wish I could add pics to show what we saw.

Had to book a last minute Airbnb. This particular location was perfect if you need a place that is right by the beach, has a pool, good views of the city, and overall a comfortable atmosphere. Host was really responsive and was on it when reaching out! I personally recommend it for anyone 🙂
