Perfect place for our stay
Perfect place for our stay. It was close to so many restaurants, the beach, and other activities, which made everything super convenient. Just a heads up—you can hear some street noise from outside, but it honestly didn’t bother us at all. It wasn’t anything crazy and was very tolerable. I highly recommend staying here, especially if it’s your first time in Puerto Rico.

It was a great place to stay with a big family especially when booked last minute.. only down side I saw was that the road is every narrow and it’s still 2 lanes at 35mph but that’s not the fault lol.. would definitely book again in the future

We enjoyed our stay here – it was centrally located and easy to walk around the nearby neighborhoods or grab an uber to go a bit further away. Check-in and check-out were very easy as well. The only thing to note is that it could be a bit loud at night, but the host also provides sound machines to help block out any outside noise.
El apartamento está muy bien amueblado y en excelentes condiciones
El apartamento está muy bien amueblado y en excelentes condiciones. Las facilidades del complejo (seguridad, piscina y cancha de baloncesto) son muy buenas, y en general todo estaba limpio y agradable.
Sin embargo, tuvimos varios inconvenientes con el acceso. Al llegar, el código de entrada no funcionaba y tuvimos que llamar en más de seis ocasiones antes de poder entrar. A mi padre le ocurrió lo mismo. También hubo problemas con el acceso al apartamento, lo que nos tomó aproximadamente 40 minutos resolver.
Además, no se nos informó que debíamos recoger unas bandas para utilizar las facilidades, lo que causó inconvenientes.
La comunicación fue a través de “Otium”, que aparenta ser un sistema automatizado, lo que pudo haber influido en la falta de respuesta.
En resumen, aunque el lugar es muy bueno, es necesario mejorar la comunicación y el proceso de acceso.

My stay was great because I knew I wanted to explore both the west and east sides of Puerto Rico, and the location made traveling really easy. I should have read more carefully, as I didn’t realize it wasn’t a full private home but rather a connected bedroom without a kitchen. However, since we ate out every day, it worked out just fine. The host was very communicative, especially when we got lost trying to find the Airbnb, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
Excelente alojamiento
Excelente alojamiento, ubicación inigualable, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente, el alojamiento está en un tercer piso, el acceso es muy fácil y siempre se mantienen en comunicación y al pendiente, el alojamiento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, el estacionamiento es compartido pero es suficiente, nunca tuve problema con eso, recomiendo el lugar.
I stayed here for one night
I stayed here for one night. It was clean, easy to find and comfortable. It was a short Uber ride from the airport and Distrito T-Mobile and all other activities i wanted to do with my kids. It is also right on the beach, as described, and there’s a cafe in the building where you can buy essentials and food items. Would definitely stay here again.
Traveled solo
Traveled solo. Stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Exactly as advertised/described. 3 minutes walking from the beach and select restaurants. About 10 min walking from the busier santurce area. A very cheap, 15 min uber from Old San Juan and even closer to the SJU airport. Place is exactly as described – quiet, small pool, clean, helpful staff. Definitely recommend for the price. Would stay here again no doubt.

The place is in a safe location and there is a gate that prevents unauthorized vehicles from the area. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and drugstores. The parking cubby holes on the first floor under the apartments are tight and not easy to maneuver, you have to back into one with a Nissan Rogue to fit. Otium needs to purchase a shower door as water always leaks on the bathroom floor

Gorgeous newly renovated comfy apartment, perfect location. Host was amazing and on top of communication. Soft towels! 🙂 water pressure in shower was great. Everything was as described. Happy to have found this gem! Would definitely stay again.
This was truly a great stay
This was truly a great stay! The place itself was lovely and the pool was so nice to have after a long day in the sun. The sound machines in the bedrooms were a nice touch. The location is very walkable too. I had to reach out to Otium about an issue I had (not on their end) and they were super quick to respond and help how they could. I would gladly stay here again!

Book this BNB!! I’ll start with complaints since there was only two and I have so many good things to say. Downside: no microwave which would’ve been helpful for leftovers, and the bar they had was under construction and we didn’t know until we arrived.
Other than that, you should stay here due to the locality to most beaches, not far from the airport, stores and restaurants were very good and Ubers never went above $11 hours anywhere we went. The pool was so nice and was very enjoyable after the beach or when we wanted to lounge. The house cleaning was very nice to have which didn’t intrude on the stay. They always made the beds and supplied fresh towels and soap.
When we return, this is the first place we are looking to book. Otrium is always responsive and willing to help
O espaço encontrava-se limpo e bem cuidado, e a localização é realmente excelente, numa zona muito agradável
O espaço encontrava-se limpo e bem cuidado, e a localização é realmente excelente, numa zona muito agradável.
No entanto, há problemas sérios que comprometem a experiência. O isolamento do apartamento é muito fraco — ouve-se claramente o barulho da rua, o que dificulta bastante o descanso. Ainda mais problemático é o facto de existir apenas uma porta de vidro a separar este apartamento de outro, o que proporciona praticamente zero isolamento sonoro entre hóspedes.
Durante toda a estadia, os hóspedes do apartamento ao lado fizeram bastante barulho, inclusive durante a madrugada, o que tornou o descanso praticamente impossível. Esta situação foi bastante desagradável e, na prática, insuportável.
O chuveiro também deverá ser melhorado, pois a água apresenta pouca pressão e sem facilidade de regular a temperatura.
É claramente um ponto que o proprietário deveria rever com urgência, pois compromete significativamente a qualidade da estadia.

Absolutely amazing stay
Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Even though it was a short stay and a very late check-in, the host was extremely responsive and made sure we arrived safely, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect and parking was easy and convenient.
The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly like the pictures. It felt very cozy and welcoming, truly like a home away from home. The balcony overlooking the pool was one of our favorite spots, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful stay!

Great stay
Great stay!! We had 9 people that fit comfortably. The location is PERFECT we spent most days at Escambron beach close by and walked to Old San Juan (2 miles) twice (also could scooter or uber). There’s an enterprise close by for car rentals too. The kitchen was fully useable and we were able to do a home-cooked dinner and breakfast when we needed it. The balcony views were amazing and we saw manatees right in the inlet! Our only problem was that the WiFi was weak so we hope they can fix that going forward. Highly recommend- huge bang for the buck!
