Amazing setup in the middle of one of the most authentic beach neighborhoods in the San Juan Metro area. Walking distance to the beach, Calle Loiza hangouts and restaurants among many other things. Staff was incredible and very helpful. Looking forward to checking it out once the new restaurant & bar is open.

The stay in Condado with Otium was fantastic
The stay in Condado with Otium was fantastic! I could not have asked for a better experience. The pool was so cool but there was so much to do, I barely used it. Walkable to great restaurants, shops, beach, and a casino! I would stay next time I venture to Condado

It’s a great location and a well kept and nicely furnished unit.

Very short walk to beach and restaurants. Beach chairs and ice chests available to use. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Parking available on the ground floor inside a security gate worked great for us, but might be hard to use with a larger vehicle depending on how many units were trying to park vehicles.
The beach here is very nice.
Negative:
My wife is uncomfortable when she feels enclosed. All the windows have shutters, which when opened leave only a screen in place. Since it was a little cooler than usual when we were there, we were fine with the shutters open and the AC off, but had it been hotter, we’d have had to choose between daylight and AC. Because the pictures we saw of the apartments at this address are all mixed together, it wasn’t clear to us when planning that we would have no glass windows. Probably our fault for not noticing, and probably not an issue for most people. Not a deal breaker, either. We might choose to stay here again despite this.
The bathroom could use a shower mat.
Very comfortable accomodations
Very comfortable accomodations. Great A/C. Spacious room. Great location close to many restaurants and places of interest. Free handy parking. Staff was always friendly and attentive to our requests. Perfect for our needs. Great for couples and solo travelers. I will definitely visit again.

Hosts were amazing!! I had a couple issues during my stay that got resolved in a very timely and professional way! I will say the location was hard to find and it sent me to a couple different locations but the owner was amazing in helping me locate it!
Location was absolutely amazingggg
Location was absolutely amazingggg! You can walk most places/ uber less than 10 mins where you need to go. Host was also super responsive. Only issue was some noise complaints due to either workers or other guests unfortunately but once the host was aware the problem was handled.

We had a great overall experience staying here! The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach, in a really pretty and safe-feeling neighborhood with plenty of great food spots nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and felt like a home away from home. Check-in was simple and smooth. Had some very minor issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive and quick to help. Overall enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again!

Wonderful place to stay

The appartment itself was very comfortable, but the location was wonderful, less than a minute walking distance to the beach and moving around by walk or uber was easy. Everything you need it’s so near it’s great.
I had a few questions and they answered immediately. Excellent communication 😌👌.
I would love to go back someday.

Muy contento con el lugar. Es un lugar muy céntrico, turístico y seguro. Todo nos quedaba cerca. El grupo Otium siempre con una comunicación super rapida y con soluciones. Tiene una vista impresionante.

Location was great
Location was great. We could walk to beach. Having a parking spot was really convenient as the last thing you want to worry about is parking blocks away in the evening. Also the pool was small but a nice to have for a last minute dip. Place was clean. Beds really comfortable. We did not have water our last day but it was a locality thing and not the fault of our host. Appreciated the small conveniences like supplying beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Would stay here again.

We had a great experience – there was 4 of us staying and there was enough space. There are lots of food options and beaches near by. The pool was a really nice plus when the ocean currents were too strong to swim in. Overall we enjoyed out stayed.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, besonders die Lage direkt am Strand /Pool war wunderschön. Das Appartement ist in einer bewachten Anlage inkl. überdachten Parkplatz. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
Leider war kein Grill vorhanden.
