Enjoy two snacks per guest, water, and a paper towel roll. Essentials like two toilet paper rolls, dish soap, and hand soap are also included. Treat our home with care—no parties or events are permitted. House rules are strictly enforced: no loud noises, music, or smoking. Quiet hours start at 10 PM, so please keep noise to a minimum to maintain harmony with our full-time neighbors. We use NoiseAware to monitor noise levels, ensuring your privacy while helping us maintain a peaceful environment.

For compliance with legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, present a matching credit card, go through our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.
