Paid Amenities:

Beach Essentials:
•We provide beach towels and beach chairs.

Starter Package:
•Each property includes 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, a hand towel per bathroom, mouthwash, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 snacks per guest, water, paper towel, 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. Additional packages are available for purchase.

House Rules:
•No parties, events, or smoking. Quiet hours: 10 PM onwards. NoiseAware monitors sound levels (not content) to ensure compliance.

Verification:
•Provide a government-issued photo ID and matching credit card, complete our verification process, and sign a rental agreement. A pre-authorization hold will be placed and reversed upon checkout.
