Otium Group was stellar to stay with during my trip to San Juan. The neighborhood is very central and near plenty of the Santurce neighborhood attractions. The hosts communicated with us readily and provided us with help as needed. Would recommend!

Such a great place and even better location! Check in and check out we’re very easy. Bed was very comfortable. But perhaps the best part is the location. There are so many great places that are in easy walking distance, the beach is blocks away, and it’s just a short Uber ride to Old San Juan (usually $6-7). Also close to the airport. Hope to be back!

The location of this place is perfect. You’ll have everything you need like clean towels and air conditioning. One thing to note is that this is a residential building so don’t expect this to be a hotel. However, you have access to the pool and private beach entrance. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and close to everything. The customer service was exceptional and of course Pac-Man! The convenient store downstairs was also a plus.

Otium's place was spacious and exactly like the pics. Location was in a gated area so felt safe and for the most part quiet, except for a dog barking on one night from a neighboring home. Other than that, pretty quiet location. Host was very responsive and checked-in with us very often. We had some bathroom issues with the drain being clogged the first night there, host fixed the issue right away. Also, we received lots of recommendations for places to eat and sightsee. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting PR again! Thank you for having us!

This place is the best bang for your buck!! I wasn’t even looking for the cheapest area, but this one caught my eye. The house is right behind the beach, you can wake up every day and see the blue clear water. There are so many food places, convenience stores, etc within 10 minutes of walking distance. The location is great, only 8 minutes from the airport, and last but not least it also has a private pool!!! It is also as secure as it can get. We had 0 complaints.

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Everything in the listing was exactly what we got. Amenities were great. The pool was lovely, it was large, beautiful shape, convenient location. Host always responded quickly. Friendly service. Would absolutely recommend 10/10.

Great place to stay! Otium provides you with everything you could need, and are very responsive and hospitable. If you’re debating on staying here, or a hotel I’d definitely choose this rental! Having the kitchen was so great, and the hose outside was perfect to keep the sand out of your living space. The beach outside and the pool were also fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!!

The place looks exactly like the pictures and the AirBnB was stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out instructions were very descriptive which was super helpful for first timers in PR. The BnB is not in a super walkable area although there are things nearby - expect a 10-20 minute walk or rent a car if possible. The host also gives a list of local attractions which was nice. Overall, the place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay.

If you’re looking for an experience that will mix you right into the community look no further.

If you’re looking for an experience that will mix you right into the community look no further. This Airbnb is tucked away on the side with modern touches when you get in. It’s a great way to experience some local foods/vibes, plus it’s actually a hangout spot for nightlife if you’re down. It’s minutes away from Old San Juan, Condado, and Isla Verde. The host is very responsive and will literally help you plan an amazing stay if you need it. I will definitely stay here again, next time I plan to be in the area
