The pre show theater room is beautiful and spacious. A Downside for handicap ♿️ people like my mom, please make sure you buy tickets closer to the screen… the farther from the screen you sit the more stairs you have to walk up hill.

Nice movie theater complex with 14 screens. Plenty of parking nearby. Lots of snack variety plus a small arcade. Clean viewing rooms with comfortable seats. The air conditioning could be very cold at times so it is advisable to bring a jacket. Matinee prices are extremely affordable. It can get busy with new showings in the evenings and during the weekends. Lots of shopping options nearby with big Mega stores and hardware stores. Entrance to the shopping area from the Main Avenue can be quite overwhelming with the lots of traffic. Currently 4 months after Maria there are no working traffic lights so it is chaotic with the traffic.

Caribbean Cinemas Metro

The movies was nice, clean, and affordable. Prices were amazing low compared to New York. 2 tickets were about $12. A large popcorn and 2 sodas were around $9. I watched it, in English with Spanish subtitles. It was cool.

Great experience. ViP Experience with Reclinable seats in All screen rooms, EXCEPT CXC screen room.VIP Movie tickets prices are higher than regular Caribbean Cinemas theaters in PR. Prices for minors are between $8.75 -12.00, Adults can be around $13-$16. They offer 3 free hours discount for Parking ticket that is $4.00 first hour and 2.50 each additional fraction or hour. They also have a bar that serve hard licquor, beers, etc. Outside deck has view to Distrito T-Mobile atrium. Highly recommended. If you want to save, go to regular movie theathers because you will spend a bit on VIP theathers, but i love it for movies of two hours or more.

We were four girls staying at Otium. The place looks exactly like pictures. Otium is a great host, they are quick at response and garnered our needs on requests. The place is on level 4 so it’s big of stair climbing. The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms with queen bed each and one bathroom. Bathroom is a bit small. The living room was cutely decorated. We love the fact they have 2 patios at front and back of the apartment. We used their late checkout and birthday balloon add-ons. They delivered all the services on time. The neighborhood is very safe. The closest beach is just 15-17 min walk. Overall we had a great stay.

My wife and I were there for a conference for a week and we had a few days to have fun in the Island. But Otium's place was perfect for us. It was private and we were able to cook in when we want it to. Puerto Rico is humid so having a pool at the end of the day was a great joy and being able to have access to it whenever we want it to use it was great. The place has everything you need for a vacation trip and the place also had chairs so you could use and take out at a beach. Only thing if you like to cook you just need to buy your own spices. Luckily there is a market close by open 24hrs if you need any groceries. But there also a bunch of small little restaurants where you can walk to. There is a nice little walk where you can see the ocean. It was a gated place so we felt protected. It's close to the airport and old san juan. Would consider staying there again in the future.

We really enjoyed our time in San Juan and this property served as a great home base. We had a couple of very minor issues with the property that we noticed on our first day, but the management was excellent about getting them resolved very quickly. On day two, our whole part of the city lost water but the management handled that situation excellently as well having water delivered to the property promptly. We were very impressed with the communication overall. This quiet and beautiful property is just a couple of blocks from a beautiful beach and we recommend the property and the management company highly

Solid spot for what we needed - flight got cancelled so we needed something last minute, the host was accommodating for sure. Easy in and out, nice two beds, the pull out couch wasn’t the most comfy thing, but it all worked out.

Great location, it was so nice to be close the beach, we didn't have to walk far which is a plus with a one year! The pool was a nice bonus and was another option for our little one if we didn't go to the beach. Quick responses was also great, if we needed something the host was back with us within minutes. A little small, but for us the place worked with a family of 3. Also, we were near many restaurants and very walkable. Would recommend.

This apartment was great, the sun would shine throughout all day and the area next to the window was excellent to enjoy my meals and work. The bedroom is roomy and the bed very comfortable, there was plenty of space to put all of my belongings. The location was perfect, right in the center of Condado and a lot of things in walking distance. The beach is right behind and beautiful for morning walks. Overall a very nice stay.

Great that it was on the beach, and the pool was really nice. Very convenient location and the parking spot was very helpful as we’d rented a car. Lots of things within a 15-20 min walk and several restaurants and things within a block or two. Easy to get on the Highway and close to museums.
