We had a great time at Otium. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, and although it’s a lively neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet! I would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Otium was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The video game is not just Ms. Pac Man it has Galaga and Digdug and more and was super fun to play. The area it is in is super cool and walkable. Lots of food and even a couple of bars/live music venues with a diverse array of bands and DJs playing were within walking distance. We would for sure stay there again as our week there made us feel like locals Everytime we stepped in and out of the door. Top notch in every way.

Great location, very spacious and comfortable for five of us. There was a little hiccup checking in at 2 in the morning but communication is very easy and quick , host came as soon as he can and solve the problem. Excellent beds ,very comfortable . Also it was close to beach, restaurants , airport and markets . It has safe parking ! Gated with 24 hour security.

The location was perfect! It was blocks away from the beach! You could literally walk down the street and you were right there on a real good part of the beach! The cleanliness was excellent! Everything was in its place upon arrival at the location with a fairly smooth check-in process. As I was there, I was already making plans to return with my wife and another couple as it could be the perfect location for two couples! There was another occupant staying in the adjacent unit of us, but there were no issues of any sort. It was a "first come first serve" to pulling in the vehicle and leaving it straight back versus maneuving one (we had a mid-sized truck) into one of 3 parking spots (it was a tight squeeze but we made it happen). Looking forward to visiting Puerto Rico again, and I would love to stay at this location in the future if I'm staying in the San Juan area!

Great stay, loved the area. Felt very safe. Although there is a video for arrival we found it a little difficult but the security guard was able to help us. Turn the shower water to 5oclock for hot. There is both a pot and keurig available for coffee. Host is extremely responsive, would definitely stay there again.

I went with a group and we really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was bigger than I thought! Great space overall. It was a central location where Uber rides to main parts of the city were 8-15 minutes away which made Uber inexpensive. The host was very responsive! I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone going in a group!

This location is central to most attractions and beaches. If you want to enjoy outdoor activities be sure to plan an early day as activities like jet skiing, banana boating, etc. close at 4pm daily and closed on Sundays. If you would like to go to the waterfall, plan for a tour. We were informed that there is no service in the mountains to request an Uber.

Excelente lugar, tiene acceso a la playa y varios lugares cercanos para comer y el barrio es tranquilo. En cuanto al hospedaje el lugar se encontraba todo limpio, los aire acondicionado funciona bien, los baño impecables, lo único que nos hizo falta fue un hervidor y el internet funciona regular en los celulares, en un smart tv que conectamos para poder usar la tv funcionaba bien el wifi, tuvimos que conectar un smart tv ya que el control de la tv no funcionaba y no lo cambiaron. El anfitrión se preocupó por nuestra estadía y responde rápido, solo que falto el control de la tv, por lo demás todo bien lo recomiendo.

Good value for money. What I loved: - The kitchen was very well stocked. Even had some granola/cereal that I didn't eat, but that was unexpected. Had a stove, coffee maker, pots, pans, microwave, bottled water, lots of plates, bowls, and cutlery. What else can you expect? - The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was very responsive and could go down to arctic temperatures. - The bathroom was clean and had a small tube of toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. What I liked: - The location is okay. I wouldn't recommend walking alone at night, but it's a 5-minute walk from a large Walmart. - There was no hot water, but the shower has its own mini-heater that gets it warm enough Other notes: This is ideal for a solo traveler but manageable for 2 people. The bathroom is tiny. Sitting on the toilet seat, you're looking into the sink. But for the price, you can't beat it. I would recommend checking in during the day because the entrance door can be a bit of a hassle at night.

Perfect location and size of apartment! Was an older building as mentioned in previous reviews but with gym and pool provided exactly we needed for our week stay. Loved the ocean front views and host was always available to assist if needed.

We had a wonderful stay here while in Puerto Rico. If I had any complaints I would say the weekends are noisy due to parties from outside the vicinity but that's nothing they can control but it's something for consumers to know especially if they have kids or infants. besides that everything from this stay and location was perfection and clean. We will definitely be staying here again soon 🙂
