I celebrated my 30th birthday in San Juan and Otium rental was perfect for this.

I celebrated my 30th birthday in San Juan and Otium rental was perfect for this. I will say that the check in process was a little difficult however, I contacted Otium and they helped me right away. I was able to locate the lockbox and get into the Airbnb. This Airbnb is in a central location to literally everything! Only 10 minutes from airport. It is 10 minutes from La Placita, Isle Verde and club Brava! Also 15 minutes from old San Juan which was awesome. Quiet hours are a concern if you are a bigger group so be mindful of that. Washer and dryer in unit SUPER helpful! Apartment was very clean. Sleeps 5 people comfortably.

The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We will be returning next year. Its is local to a plethora of restaurants and night life, and just steps away from the beach. Highly recommended!!!

The apartment location is great. It has beach access. Extremely clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The unit itself is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The paintings on the walls is great. Super chic and creative. Loved the Pac-Man arcade!

if you are thinking about booking this, don't think twice!! This place was perfect and just what I was looking for. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and just as described, no complaints at all. There were beach towels and chairs for use at the beach, kitchen stocked with anything you need to cook, Keurig with the best, Bustelo coffee. The bed was very comfortable. it is in the perfect location, literally a 3-6 minute walk to everything. All the restaurants and the beach are right up the street. 24 hour walgreens is right across the street from the air bnb as well. The staff was very responsive and helpful and was able to answer any question that I had. very professional and kindl. They checked on me to make sure my stay was going good with no issues. I wish I could have stayed here longer than 2 days because I definitely would have. It does not have many reviews but that is because it may be a newer listing. Trust Me this is worth it if u want to have a great trip!

I had a great time staying at Otium Rentals. It was a short drive to Old San Juan, and within walking distance to many great cafes and coffee shops. The beach was also very nice and relatively private compared to other beaches we explored. We also felt very safe with the location as it was a gated street.

This place was FANTASTIC for the price, would absolutely recommend. Every room was bigger than they looked in the pictures! The kitchenware was way more fleshed out than a lot of cheap AirBnBs I've stayed in, didn't have to buy a whisk or bottle opener. The bed was huge, and the futon was just as comfortable as a normal mattress. Two A/C units, great water pressure, and a full body mirror (three things a lot of AirBnBs in PR miss). The mini arcade system was a nice touch! The check in was a little annoying because they sent us through a 3rd party portal that took a while to fill out, and we were already trying to enjoy our day in San Juan. They won't send the check-in instructions until an hour before which is annoying too. I'd rather get it right away so I know what to expect, even if I don't get the code until an hour before. All things considered, that was pretty minor and the communication felt almost immediate

Great place to stay for an affordable price. There is beach gear inside and the arcade games were a fun addition. The place is a quick walk to breakfast spots and to some smaller, quieter beaches. Never felt unsafe behind the locked gate and our locked room, and the staff was reponsive.

Otium's place was spacious and exactly like the pics. Location was in a gated area so felt safe and for the most part quiet, except for a dog barking on one night from a neighboring home. Other than that, pretty quiet location. Host was very responsive and checked-in with us very often. We had some bathroom issues with the drain being clogged the first night there, host fixed the issue right away. Also, we received lots of recommendations for places to eat and sightsee. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting PR again! Thank you for having us!

The stay was awesome! My wife and I loved the apartment. The pac-man machine is a fantastic touch. We didn’t think that we would use it at all and ended up playing it every night after getting back from our days worth of exploring. Otium was also very accommodating and was great at answering questions. Highly recommend!
