The place looks exactly like the pictures and the AirBnB was stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions. Check-in and check-out instructions were very descriptive which was super helpful for first timers in PR. The BnB is not in a super walkable area although there are things nearby - expect a 10-20 minute walk or rent a car if possible. The host also gives a list of local attractions which was nice. Overall, the place was really nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Todo limpio he impecable, pero las instrucciones para llegar al sitio eran poco claras. La propiedad necesita algunos arreglos, pero todo es funcional y comodo. La zona es muy buena y tranquila.

Excellent Airbnb! The location is amazing, with proximity to the airport, Condado Beach, Isla Verde Beach, and La Placita for nightlife. Everything else was just an $5 Uber away. The apartment was very nice and secure. We had lots of fun and highly recommend it. The host was also very responsive to our needs and requests.

Great place to stay for an affordable price. There is beach gear inside and the arcade games were a fun addition. The place is a quick walk to breakfast spots and to some smaller, quieter beaches. Never felt unsafe behind the locked gate and our locked room, and the staff was reponsive.

We had a great time at this location. The apartment was clean and matched the description in the listing. The location was great as it was a short walk to the water and various restaurants/bars. If you see this review this is your sign to book this unit! The host was amazing! The unit Amazing. The community and neighbors are amazing! I love the feel of home that we had during our stay! It’s definitely convenient to so many things such as food, beach, shopping and more. The drive to downtown, airport, and old San Juan is 20 minutes or less. The unit was clean and equipped with what we needed. I will definitely use this host and unit for my next stay.
