I really loved my stay at this apartment!

I really loved my stay at this apartment! I’m a local born and raised in Puerto Rico and I’ve been to old San Juan hundreds of times, but the experience of staying inside these old buildings is unique on its own. This one specifically though was in a part of OSJ where it’s more quiet en peaceful, but if you wish to go out have fun it’s just a couple of blocks away from very good bars and clubs. I recommend staying here with your family and friends and enjoy the night life of OSJ.

Excellent stay! Great location, and excellent communication! The place was very clean and it was the perfect place to lay our heads. Lots of great restaurants nearby and excellent beach sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. Our host responded very quickly when needed and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were okay during our stay. The beachfront apartment is very clean with great amenities and perfectly located in Condado. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was great - right next to the beach and with a beach view. Parking was gated and had 24 hour security. Location on Ashford Ave was great - lots of close walking restaurants and bars. The place had a nice kitchen, bedroom and bars/stools were you could look out to the beach.

The host was extremely responsive and kind when messaging. I ranked a couple 4/5 based on their being 5 flight of stairs and no elevator. It would have been nice to list that in the description. The flights became my workout for the day approximately 20 stairs in total (short flights). Despite the stairs I would strongly recommend the unit. It’s beautiful and right off the beach. The host was amazing. The cost was worth it.. Thanks for a beautiful experience!

Beautiful stay. Right on the beach. Everything was as described. Walking distance to restaurants. I even played the Arcade game which was cool. Beautiful view as well. We heard sea lions our last night staying there. Would definitely stay here again. Very ideal location.

Just came back from staying here….. Amazing place, host was very fast and easy responding me back. The place was amazing, me & my two kids fell in love with the pool. We wished it would have been a little bit more cleaner & up to date…. But overall they fell in love with San Juan. The place is very easy to use & very easy to get in.
