The location was great and close to the beach. The GPS is a little weird getting there but it worked out just fine. Host was very responsive and very thorough information was given. We were very comfortable during our stay!

I loved the location because it was two blocks away from the beach. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I had an issue getting into my room, but got a response from host. The room has everything you need. It’s spacious and accommodated my guest.

Hi! We stayed here and we loved it! This place is perfect for a family of four, just be prepared to share a bathroom of course. However that’s any hotel but with twice the space. It was only a five minute walk to the beach which was great and you definitely felt safe in the neighborhood! Everything inside was very pristine and clean. A couple things to note: there is only one entrance into the neighborhood that works but they communicate how to get there easily! Just put the road name in! Also when we arrived at midnight (flight was delayed) we could not get through gate of the house. Turns out it was broken and we just had to pull it! It maybe fixed once you stay but if not, just pull the garage gate!! The neighborhood can get noisy but that’s okay! Also if you’re staying PLEASEEE go eat at the BARBACOA place within a 5 min walk. Being from Memphis it is one of the best bbq I’ve ever had!! All and all if we return to San Juan we will stay here! Thank you so much!

This was such a cute apartment. It was very clean and the hosts responded so quickly if there were any concerns. I had asked for towels and they responded immediately and brought them within an hour. There were all necessary amenities and it was in a perfect location! I highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling to San Juan!!

Excellent place to stay if you’re looking to be right in the center of everything - bars, restaurants, night life, beaches etc! The rooms looked just like the photos and the roof top terraces were the cherry on top! 100% recommend this property!

This is my second time in this cozy apartment during my business travel to PR. Great service from part of the host. In addition, I totally forgot my toothpaste and called the host. It didn’t take one hour and I already had him deliver a brand new toothpaste and mouthwash set. What a great compliment from Otium. Thanks!

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this apartment. It is as described, and was super clean, with a very comfy bed, working air conditioners, a nice city view, a parking spot included, and good security . The location is ideal - a huge, beautiful pool, and literally steps from the lovely beach though take care to only go in about knee deep, there are very dangerous currents in most of the Condado beach area!! Please take a moment to read up about Condado beaches before you travel. This is why having a beautiful well-maintained pool right off the beach is especially nice.

Our apartment in Condado was close to nightlife and great food. Scooters and Ubers got us everywhere we wanted to go in the greater San Juan area. A nearby CVS had a small grocery store inside. There was an organic food market within walking distance. The apartment is simple but well furnished. It’s exactly what you need when staying in a location with plenty to do outdoors in a warm humid climate - comfortable beds, walk in showers, and cool air. If you need a break from being on the go, the TV is high quality. Be aware of the realities of staying in an area where nightlife runs late! If you’re unaccustomed to the sounds of the city into early morning hours I recommend bringing your preferred sleep aids.

Very satisfied with this airbnb. I stayed here during spring break 2024 with seven of my friends, and we had a great experience. The hosts are super responsive and nice. They even left coffee and snacks in the kitchen that we were take advantage of during our stay. They also gave us beach towels and beach chairs which came in super handy as well. The airbnb is in a good location, located about a five minute walk away from Condado Beach and is walking distance from lots of restaurants. The unit comes with a master bedroom located on the left side of the unit, and two other bedrooms on the right. The living room is also located on the left side of the house, which contains the sofa bed. Everything met our expectations but the only thing that surprised me was the sofa bed. We were expecting a sofa that pulled out into a bed, but the sofa bed seemed to only function as a bed. There were plenty of chairs to sit in despite the bed in the middle of the common room though.
