Great space & service. The Otium team was very receptive to messages if anything was needed. Space: Is as seen in pictures. The building feels pretty secure with security guards on duty 24/7. Bonus is that they’re pretty nice & funny. Location: The spot is central to Condado with quick eats & grocery stores walking distance away. If traversing outside of the Condado touristy area, you’ll find that the Ubers to other areas like Old San Juan, Santurce, Malls, Airport or Beaches are reasonably priced and within 20 minutes drive. Tips: 1. If staying more than a couple of days, don’t be afraid to reach out to Otium for any long term essential supplies that may be missing. We stayed a week, and was met with swift provision of items like mops or dish sponges. 2. Take advantage of the building amenities & beachfront! Although the building is a bit older & under renovations, don’t let that fool you on how well kept many of the airbnb units are as well as the amenities available.

This place was what we needed, it was beach front with a fairly empty beach and accessible to old San Juan without the crowds of staying there. The apartment was good for 3, definitely crowded but served its purpose. Futon in living area is very comfortable to sleep on. Kitchen is small so if you plan on cooking a lot, it will be cramped. Again, it served its purpose! Amenities were substantial, and we asked the hosts for beach chairs which were delivered within the hour (thank you!) note the water in the shower was never hot, only warm, but we didn’t mind a cooler shower after a long day at the beach. Beautiful view from the window of the pool and beach. Great choice for a short trip!

Very nice apartment clean. It was nice and cool as soon as we walked in. The apartments were gated within an already gated of community. A block away from the beach. Close to restaurants and supermarket.

This place is the best bang for your buck!! I wasn’t even looking for the cheapest area, but this one caught my eye. The house is right behind the beach, you can wake up every day and see the blue clear water. There are so many food places, convenience stores, etc within 10 minutes of walking distance. The location is great, only 8 minutes from the airport, and last but not least it also has a private pool!!! It is also as secure as it can get. We had 0 complaints.

Instructions on arrival were clear, apartment is as described. Views are incredible. The building is super unique with really cool architecture. The central hallway is open to the outside and the rest of the building so noise travels easily but the neighbors are quiet and you can’t hear much once inside. There’s a market/grocery store on the corner with everything you need for your stay. A/c is super efficient. Hosts are quick to answer, polite and very accommodating. Building is located on a steep one-way street; the apartment is on the top floor w/ four flights of narrow stairs to climb plus smaller openings, pack light. Wear good shoes on your day of arrival. Centrally located and very walkable. We travelled with our two year old + stroller and found the area safe and welcoming. There were a few ants in the kitchen, as a previous guest mentioned, but nothing extreme or caused us any concern. We kept food sealed and didn’t have an issue. We would definitely stay again

Great stay. Host was very responsive and informative. Place was clean and we had no issues checking in. They were right about parking, there’s not many places you can park but we managed. Very local and friendly neighborhood.

The place is great it has a rooftop which is nice and relaxing. Climbing up so many stairs to get to the apt is tiring especially with all the humidity and hotness in PR. Thankfully the apt has AC which is refreshing and if your a girl and are staying with girlies in the apt make sure you bring mirrors so you can do your makeup as the rooms don’t have any mirrors. The place is close to stores and restaurants which is great. It was a great location and stay.

this place is incredible old san juan is beautiful and this place is litterly everything you expect ... although ... this property is ran by a property management company and they did ask for credit card info outside of the airbnb app ... we didn't not like that at all becasue of that I wouldn't rent from airbnb again if they had a third party property management comp but other than that this place is amazing the neighbors that live dow stairs are incredible people ...everything was clean... the beds were alittle hard and would probably recommend better bedding !

I stayed in this room for one night instead of the 3 nights I planned to be there. Unfortunately, there was no electricity in the entire building while I was there so I had to change plans. Fortunately, the hosts were very responsive and offered me a significant refund for this issue. The room itself was clean and had a beautiful beach view! If it wasn’t for the electricity issue (which was not the hosts fault), it would have been the perfect place to stay for my short time visiting!

good location , was close to the beach and a nice park, it has a big parking lot which can be very convenient if you are renting a car, Ubers were cheap to go to old San Juan and downtown areas, the place had a nice kitchen, the host was very responsive and replies in few minutes was a great stay

Me and Husband stayed here for our first out of the country experience with an Airbnb, and I'm really big on expectations for a place when I'm traveling, and literally Otium hit it out the park. It's not a hit or miss here and I appreciate that. Very well placed, gorgeous ocean views....opening up to the morning sun. Just stunning. Definitely can't wait to book again
