We arrived. It was a little confusing finding the location but once we did it was excellent. There are stores in walking distance, we walked to the beach. I had an extra sense of security being that there was only one way in and out of the gated community and it was guarded.

This place was everything we needed! It was a stone’s throw from the beach. Super comfortable. Even after a couple of days we started really feeling at home here. We had a few storms while we were staying here and everything was just so close by and convenient. The communication was on point! When we told them about our pup staying with us, they went above and beyond. Can’t say enough nice things. It is so close to the airport. We were moving back to the states and had a ridiculous list of things that needed to get done and this place was just perfect and comfortable to come back to after a long day! Thank you thank you!! ❤️

We stayed in PR for a week and booked this place last minute. We had a rental car. It was gated within a gated community, so I felt extremely safe. The beach was a short walk away lined with multimillion $ homes. The neighborhood itself had beautiful homes as well and was a short drive or uber to multiple fun areas in San Juan. The space was bigger than expected and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicative. Anytime I stay in San Juan, I will be staying here! Pros: -great location -safe and private -free private parking -usable and private pool -no noise from other units in the building -comfortable bed -had beach items (chairs, tent, cooler, towels) -good and consistent wifi (was able to have a work meeting and was completely fine) Cons: - register through online bookings website in addition to air bnb. This multi-step process was a bit annoying - no kitchen seasonings (beside S&P) and oil - need to update pool amenities

Great place to stay for an affordable price. There is beach gear inside and the arcade games were a fun addition. The place is a quick walk to breakfast spots and to some smaller, quieter beaches. Never felt unsafe behind the locked gate and our locked room, and the staff was reponsive.

My friends and I loved the space. We rented the unit for 3 days, it was clean and organized. The gated community made us feel comfortable and safe. We absolutely would recommend. The only caveat which I was unaware of until we arrived at the property is that there are 5 flights of stairs to get to the unit and no elevator, with suitcases it’s not an easy task.

Just came back from staying here….. Amazing place, host was very fast and easy responding me back. The place was amazing, me & my two kids fell in love with the pool. We wished it would have been a little bit more cleaner & up to date…. But overall they fell in love with San Juan. The place is very easy to use & very easy to get in.

Overall Otium’s listing was a great find. Very well located and accessible. Walkable to a lot of stores, restaurants, & La Placita. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. Had a small issue with parking as it is not actually included with the listing as originally stated but Otium went out of their way to provide a spot for our days there and helped our stay be much more comfortable/accesible. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Looks just like the photos. Due to trees the pool gets pretty messy but gets cleaned. 5 minute walk to the beach. Conveniences stores close by. 20 min ride from Old San Juan

Otium is a wonderful and communicative host. They checked in with me periodically throughout my stay. They were encouraging and they were delightful throughout. Highly recommended. The pac-man unit is wonderfully situated in the Condado neighborhood within 2 blocks of all the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars to be found in Condado. It's about 3-3.5 miles to old town San Juan - which in the heat of the day may be a bit long for a walk (unless you are brave). It's easily driven and quick. Loved the stay!
