Great location, very spacious and comfortable for five of us. There was a little hiccup checking in at 2 in the morning but communication is very easy and quick , host came as soon as he can and solve the problem. Excellent beds ,very comfortable . Also it was close to beach, restaurants , airport and markets . It has safe parking ! Gated with 24 hour security.

This location is fantastic. A delicious cup of coffee AND the beach were only short walks away. So many places to eat nearby. Building was super secure - gated with onsite security. Oh, and I loved that electric scooters were plentiful and easy to access.

Clean and spacious condo, located near a beach and popular Calle Loíza. Would def recommend and stay again. Only thing I would mention is the couches were hard/uncomfortable, something to keep in mind if you’re planning on having guests in your group sleep there.

A great option for a family especially one with a baby/toddler. There is a pack and play available. The customer service is excellent. Host(s) responded to all communication quickly. Location is nice. Not far from the beach. One note is the beach is a little rocky but still nice and enjoyable. The apartment is spacious and comes with many amenities for cooking, washing clothes, etc. The area outsidethe apartment is nice. It is not Condado but it is safe and there are eateries and a grocery store not far. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea from the bedroom and the apartment counts with a small fridge, microwave, pots, dish detergent, sponge, and a variety of items to visit the beach nearby. When I encountered a problem, I contacted Otium, via whatsspp, and they send team members to solve the problem as soon as possible. The laundry room is free of charge and is available 24 hours. The apartment is located in a prime area surrendered by multiple restaurants, in the San Juan area and Carolina area.The supermarket is within a walk distance.

If you're looking for an home-like stay sans the hotel feel, this place is for you. I (and my family) thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The host is phenomenal! They offer a guide once you've booked, as well as detailed instructions on how to find and access the home. Response time was also A+. We were unsure of how to convert the sofa into a bed and messaged the host. They responded within minutes with a detailed video. They even followed up the next day to make sure all was well. The home is in a local neighborhood, which is what we wanted...as we were not interested in being in a tourist area. Great restaurants are within walking distance and there are even more options if you're willing to walk longer than 15 minutes (which we did our last day). I definitely plan to book the next time I stay in San Juan. Thank you again!

Great place to stay for an affordable price. There is beach gear inside and the arcade games were a fun addition. The place is a quick walk to breakfast spots and to some smaller, quieter beaches. Never felt unsafe behind the locked gate and our locked room, and the staff was reponsive.

I broke my leg during my stay in San Juan and I had to stay in the bed for several days out of the seven days I was there and it was very comfortable. The owners offered me a stay in ground level when they found out about situation which thought was wonderful. I would highly recommend this condominium where your stay in Puerto Rico.
