It was the little things that made this place one of the best vacation

It was the little things that made this place one of the best vacation destinations I have had to date. Whether it was beach chairs, a cooler, or something as simple as a broom, Otium provided it all. This was a beautiful and clean appartment that was only a 30 second walk to the beach. The area is full of restaurants and bars. The host was incredibly communicative and kind. After having a not so good experience with my previous Airbnb host, Otium was there to make my stay so special and relaxing despite that. I would recommend this to ANYONE looking to stay in the San Jan area.

All in all, a great spot to stay. You are not even 1 minute from the beach, so you can't beat that! There's also several nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is simple but nice! The pool was a nice feature. The other guests in the complex were quite loud, often past quiet hours, but the hosts acted quickly to ensure they quieted down. Wifi was lacking, it was there and would connect but not strong enough for me to do my work. I had to use my mobile hotspot. I definitely would stay here again.

Our stay was very smooth! Everything was just as expected and we had great communication from the hosts. Location was a plus as it was close to everything we needed during our stay. We would stay here again and will recommend this our friends and family.

The location is great. It’s about 4 minutes to the beach and there’s many restaurants in the vicinity. The home itself was very clean and looked exactly liked the pictures. Highly recommend!

Would recommend this place 10/10. I went with my family. It was very suitable for me since I have a kid and my mom. This place had access to many activities and made it easy for my mom (62 years) to get to. The beach was like a five minute walk. They have a fully functional kitchen, clean and spacious, and the host was very responsive. The best part is the views out of this place!!! You have a view of the beautiful ocean and a beautiful view of the city and the mountains! I would definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

all great!! the only thing is that the windows have no lock and apt is on the ground floor. i recommended to the hosts that they install metal bars for the safety of next guests and since they are superhosts, they prob will take care. loved the turntable detail with old records to play. apt is clean and well equipped and even has a blender and toaster and foldable wooden tables. great that they had mosquito nets as i like fresh air rather than AC. hosts were kind to accepted my request to put cotton sheet on the firm mattress. so i had good sleep! thanks for all!

Instructions on arrival were clear, apartment is as described. Views are incredible. The building is super unique with really cool architecture. The central hallway is open to the outside and the rest of the building so noise travels easily but the neighbors are quiet and you can’t hear much once inside. There’s a market/grocery store on the corner with everything you need for your stay. A/c is super efficient. Hosts are quick to answer, polite and very accommodating. Building is located on a steep one-way street; the apartment is on the top floor w/ four flights of narrow stairs to climb plus smaller openings, pack light. Wear good shoes on your day of arrival. Centrally located and very walkable. We travelled with our two year old + stroller and found the area safe and welcoming. There were a few ants in the kitchen, as a previous guest mentioned, but nothing extreme or caused us any concern. We kept food sealed and didn’t have an issue. We would definitely stay again

Place was great! Super dope pool! Beach was literally in the back yard to the right side walking distance to literally everything, $8 dollar cab ride to El viejo San Juan ! I would definitely come back !
