We had a great time at this location. The apartment was clean and matched the description in the listing. The location was great as it was a short walk to the water and various restaurants/bars. The host was also very responsive and helpful in responding to questions and providing information. I do recommend.

Great place to stay at. Loved the location, it's in the center of many popular attractions such as bars, beaches, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets & stores. There was some hiccups with the lock but overall amazing experience. The customer service team is very prompt and easy to communicate with. The place was EXTREMELY CLEAN and having a pool (for the entire complex, it is not private) was very clutch. The photos do match the apartment, however I do believe it needs a paint touch up. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb if you want something on the cheaper side, but very comfortable and accessible for traversing PR.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great space for two. The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood, and has the extra security of being on a gated street. This did make getting around slightly tricky- when walking somewhere we could only leave the street through the gated area, and when ordering ubers it could be a bit confusing for the drivers. The neighborhood was great- we felt very safe, even when walking around at night. Also a very quiet neighborhood! And the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Overall the area is quite walkable. The place itself was very clean, and the AC unit always kept it nice and cool. Really my only complaint is that (lik many other airbnbs) the apartment was quite sparse. The only cooking spices are salt and pepper, plus there was no cooking oil. There's a keurig and a drip coffee machine but no coffee. There's a washer and dryer but no detergent (we had to buy some while out). But overall it was a lovely experience and I recommend it!

Easy check in with a good location in Condado . I wish they were TVs in the bedrooms but it was ok . Everything is in walking distance including the Beach .

Would definitely recommend! Such great hospitality and care. We got there early and Otium went out of his way to hold our luggage until the place was ready for check in, and gave us FREE PINA COLODA’s just cause! What a guy.
