Lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Host was very responsive and helpful. Love the location, a 2 or three minute walk from a lot of the action in Condado but set back enough that it’s peaceful! Would stay again !

Great location inside of gated community. key for pedestrian gate sticked in lock a bit and was tricky to lock and unlock, otherwise, everything was perfect and as advertised. would stay there again given the convenience and cleanliness of the apartment.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was a very pleasant experience. The location is perfect with lots to do near by. All amenities were included and even a beach umbrella! The place was clean and looked like the pictures. The only downside to our stay was that the remote to the tv did not work, although when you’re in such a beautiful place you don’t need to watch tv so it all worked out!

Great location in Condado. Close to many restaurants, pharmacies and nightlife. This location was great for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 infants. This Airbnb was great, we were able to do early check-in, and had a pack and play. This Airbnb offers exactly what is listed in their Airbnb. It’s right on the beach, the property has a pool, children’s pool, laundry room, gym, and there’s a small convenience store on the first floor. The Airbnb also had beach chairs, toys and an umbrella which were great for going to the beach right behind the building.

This place is the best bang for your buck!!

This place is the best bang for your buck!! I wasn’t even looking for the cheapest area, but this one caught my eye. The house is right behind the beach, you can wake up every day and see the blue clear water. There are so many food places, convenience stores, etc within 10 minutes of walking distance. The location is great, only 8 minutes from the airport, and last but not least it also has a private pool!!! It is also as secure as it can get. We had 0 complaints.

The location is amazing! Easy to get to Old San Juan, Condado, Calle Loiza, beaches to the west and walkable to the popular bistro cafe. Spacious place with 2 restrooms. It was quiet in the evening so you can get a good nights rest. Great for family traveling together. The building security is super nice. I would note to be a bit quiet when walking through the halls because there can be an echo and you want to be respectful to other residents/guests.

We loved staying at this apartment. It is really well located, a quick scooter, nice walk, or east uber from anywhere you might need to go in the city. The host was also quite communicative and was able to respond to our couple requests during our stay.

It was hard to find, but once I figured it out I really enjoyed being inside of a double gated area, right on the beach, safe, newly renovated, very organized and entrance and exit. This is going to be my go to from here on out when I am in Puerto Rico on business.

The host was very responsive, answered questions quickly and was super nice and understanding. Place was clean and just as pictured. There are walkable places near by which was great. I felt pretty safe and comfortable. However, the hot shower water didn’t work, but overall a great place. I would stay there again.
