Great location right by the beach. Security is mostly theater for the overall compound,, as you can access the properties by a skate park without needing any gate codes, but the apartments themselves are secure. Juan Carlos is an amazing host, go see him perform if you're able!

This condo was nice, the A/C was always on and super cold. Huge living room with two L-shaped sofas on each corner. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need in it including washer and dryer. Two bedrooms nice size; master bedroom had a bathroom and king size bed. Nice size swimming pool gazebo with barbecue grill, two minutes from the beach. But the nicest thing for me was the hospitality the hostess provided. John was excellent. So accommodating, when we needed extra towels, within the hour they were by the door. He provided us with extra blankets and pillows and at one point the ice maker machine wasn’t working properly in the refrigerator and he literally sent an Uber with a bag of ice to the condo at 11 o’clock at night. That is service for ya! He brought us extra keys; the guy was just awesome. I gave him a five star for hospitality. literally awesome person who cares about your experience. 💕

The host was extremely responsive and kind when messaging. I ranked a couple 4/5 based on their being 5 flight of stairs and no elevator. It would have been nice to list that in the description. The flights became my workout for the day approximately 20 stairs in total (short flights). Despite the stairs I would strongly recommend the unit. It’s beautiful and right off the beach. The host was amazing. The cost was worth it.. Thanks for a beautiful experience!

Had a great stay , pool was very clean. Apartment was clean & accurate as pictures showed . Close drive to all restaurants . Most expensive Uber was $10. Host was great @ communication wether it was calling or texting . Would recommend & visit again !!

The property was clean....the beach is close by...the host always responded on time when if any issues arise...I would stay there again...many places to see from that location...the only problem with stay was pool was not available...from previous reviews it has not been available since April...other than that it was a great stay

Loved staying at this airbnb. The apartment has a beautiful beach view and amazing balcony! It’s very well equipped with all the amenities. It’s also centrally located with lots of restaurants around and is a few minutes walk from the beautiful Condado beaches. The host was very responsive and very knowledgeable about the area! The checkin was very smooth. I would 100% recommend it.
