A great option for a family especially one with a baby/toddler. There is a pack and play available. The customer service is excellent. Host(s) responded to all communication quickly. Location is nice. Not far from the beach. One note is the beach is a little rocky but still nice and enjoyable. The apartment is spacious and comes with many amenities for cooking, washing clothes, etc. The area outsidethe apartment is nice. It is not Condado but it is safe and there are eateries and a grocery store not far. We would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend this place 10/10. I went with my family. It was very suitable for me since I have a kid and my mom. This place had access to many activities and made it easy for my mom (62 years) to get to. The beach was like a five minute walk. They have a fully functional kitchen, clean and spacious, and the host was very responsive. The best part is the views out of this place!!! You have a view of the beautiful ocean and a beautiful view of the city and the mountains! I would definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

The place was hard to find at first, especially if you come at night. But the host does have a video that shows you how to get in due to it being gated. But overall, the place is fantastic. It’s like a small gated community with a beach behind it. My wife and I walked a few feet to the beach, which felt like a private view. Multiple restaurants are near, as well as corner stores and gas stations. Overall, this is a fantastic location. Everything you need is near or a $7-10 dollars Uber ride to places close to old San Juan. Highly recommend. They also have a washer and dryer as well as a pool. The inside was clean, as described.

This was a great stay. It was my first time staying in the Santurce area and we loved it. Quiet and private because of the surrounding buildings. The build itself was great no noise. When we arrive parking was right infront and throughout the stay easy to park. The apartment was so spacious honestly a lot of two people but we loved each area. The living room was nice and cozy, spacious kitchen and the bedroom was perfection. The king sized bed was a dream and even the bathroom was spacious 10/10. Also there’s a great local coffee grown coffee shop 787coffee a block away and El Huevo for breakfast or lunch you won’t regret. This stay made us want to come back and stay in this area it wasn’t far from all the hot spots too!! Enjoy your next day trust me :)

My wife and I were there for a conference for a week

My wife and I were there for a conference for a week and we had a few days to have fun in the Island. But Otium's place was perfect for us. It was private and we were able to cook in when we want it to. Puerto Rico is humid so having a pool at the end of the day was a great joy and being able to have access to it whenever we want it to use it was great. The place has everything you need for a vacation trip and the place also had chairs so you could use and take out at a beach. Only thing if you like to cook you just need to buy your own spices. Luckily there is a market close by open 24hrs if you need any groceries. But there also a bunch of small little restaurants where you can walk to. There is a nice little walk where you can see the ocean. It was a gated place so we felt protected. It's close to the airport and old san juan. Would consider staying there again in the future.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space is so stylish, immaculately clean, and in a great building. The host was so thoughtful and left us complimentary masks, hand sanitizer, and even left a bowl out for our dog. So nice! We absolutely loved this place and every detail was thought of for us. I want to be honest and say I really did enjoy my stay! It had pretty much everything I wanted. Not expensive but worth the price due to how small the unit is but it was only myself and my daughter so it worked out well. I enjoyed the pool although there was some bugs but it didn’t bother me much because it’s just dead bugs lol the pool seem fairly clean so that’s all that mattered. I was able to enjoy a lot in a little amount of time. You just have to have a little idea and use google or maps to find the best and closest places you want to go!

Clean, spacious, and modern. When we booked, the title of the listing and the list of amenities both mention a swimming pool, but the small pool has apparently been closed for 2 years, so confirm before booking if you're looking for a pool. When we pointed this out, Otium was extremely accommodating and immediately moved us to another property with a pool, and promptly refunded us the price difference. The title of the listing also says it is 1 mile from the beach, however it is only 350m to the beach...an easy walk! It is more like a half mile to a mile if you want to go to the more central beach area to the west, where there are restaurants and patrolled beaches. But other than a grocery store, there are no vacation points of interest that are walkable in this very residential neighborhood, so stay here for the quiet and spacious apartment, but plan to use scooters, Uber, driving, or long walks to get to anything else. Research the neighborhoods before booking, as Otium has several properties in very different settings. The condo they moved us to was in a very different setting and suited us better, so we wished we had booked that one originally if we had researched the area better. Otium was very responsive to all our questions, and handled the pool listing confusion very satisfactorily. We would definitely stay with them again.

We had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. Our host responded very quickly when needed and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were okay during our stay. The beachfront apartment is very clean with great amenities and perfectly located in Condado. I would definitely stay there again.

What can I say except everything about our stay was top tier and absolutely AMAZING! The apartment is clean, beautiful, in the perfect location and has access to a private beach. Everything is only 5-10 mins away on an Uber ride - Uber rides were only about $4-$10 per ride. The building itself is super safe and gated with security almost always on duty. My best friend and I, as two women, felt super safe the entire safe and would be in and out Juan Miguel was SUPER responsive and kind, he was available for any questions or concerns and made sure to check in on us Overall my stay here was just perfect, I highly encourage this for anyone looking to be in the middle of everything and wanting to be steps away from the beach

What a gem! The apartment definitely surpassed our expectations! Where to start!? The city views were breathtaking. Location-wise, is right in the heart of Condado, close to all best culinary spots near the area and walking distance to Calle Loiza. They provided us with masks and cleaning supplies which was a super nice touch. Yet the best part of it all, it’s just steps away from the beach!! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!!
