Viajamos con nuestra bebe de 1 añito, el lugar super limpio, esta muy bien ubicado, en un área segura y privada. el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, puedes cocinar, también te prestan sillas y Toallas para la playa, también tiene lavadora y secadora. Cerca hay hermosas playas y el viejo San Juan en carro también está cerca.

Clean, spacious, and modern. When we booked, the title of the listing and the list of amenities both mention a swimming pool, but the small pool has apparently been closed for 2 years, so confirm before booking if you're looking for a pool. When we pointed this out, Otium was extremely accommodating and immediately moved us to another property with a pool, and promptly refunded us the price difference. The title of the listing also says it is 1 mile from the beach, however it is only 350m to the beach...an easy walk! It is more like a half mile to a mile if you want to go to the more central beach area to the west, where there are restaurants and patrolled beaches. But other than a grocery store, there are no vacation points of interest that are walkable in this very residential neighborhood, so stay here for the quiet and spacious apartment, but plan to use scooters, Uber, driving, or long walks to get to anything else. Research the neighborhoods before booking, as Otium has several properties in very different settings. The condo they moved us to was in a very different setting and suited us better, so we wished we had booked that one originally if we had researched the area better. Otium was very responsive to all our questions, and handled the pool listing confusion very satisfactorily. We would definitely stay with them again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great space for two. The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood, and has the extra security of being on a gated street. This did make getting around slightly tricky- when walking somewhere we could only leave the street through the gated area, and when ordering ubers it could be a bit confusing for the drivers. The neighborhood was great- we felt very safe, even when walking around at night. Also a very quiet neighborhood! And the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Overall the area is quite walkable. The place itself was very clean, and the AC unit always kept it nice and cool. Really my only complaint is that (lik many other airbnbs) the apartment was quite sparse. The only cooking spices are salt and pepper, plus there was no cooking oil. There's a keurig and a drip coffee machine but no coffee. There's a washer and dryer but no detergent (we had to buy some while out). But overall it was a lovely experience and I recommend it!

My wife and I were there for a conference for a week and we had a few days to have fun in the Island. But Otium's place was perfect for us. It was private and we were able to cook in when we want it to. Puerto Rico is humid so having a pool at the end of the day was a great joy and being able to have access to it whenever we want it to use it was great. The place has everything you need for a vacation trip and the place also had chairs so you could use and take out at a beach. Only thing if you like to cook you just need to buy your own spices. Luckily there is a market close by open 24hrs if you need any groceries. But there also a bunch of small little restaurants where you can walk to. There is a nice little walk where you can see the ocean. It was a gated place so we felt protected. It's close to the airport and old san juan. Would consider staying there again in the future.

Otium and team were very responsive to my messages and were eager to ensure we had a peasant stay. Within hours of letting them know our coffee machine wasn't working, someone came by with a brand new one and even gave us more coffee for our "troubles!" Overall, we enjoyed the apartment and loved having access to the shared pool! There is a nearby beach (about a 10-minute walk), but it's small so we opted to drive to one of the larger beaches. Inside the apartment there is a step down from the kitchen/living room area to the bathroom/bedroom area. It (literally) tripped us up several times (we used our portable night light and set it on the step so it was visible at night). It was a bit confusing to understand the exact location of the apartment using Google, but the video instructions Otium sent made it clear once we arrived. There is a small arcade machine (with Pac Man and a few other games) in the apartment which we had fun playing! An overall positive experience!

Great place to stay at. Loved the location, it's in the center of many popular attractions such as bars, beaches, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets & stores. There was some hiccups with the lock but overall amazing experience. The customer service team is very prompt and easy to communicate with. The place was EXTREMELY CLEAN and having a pool (for the entire complex, it is not private) was very clutch. The photos do match the apartment, however I do believe it needs a paint touch up. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb if you want something on the cheaper side, but very comfortable and accessible for traversing PR.

The stay was awesome! My wife and I loved the apartment. The pac-man machine is a fantastic touch. We didn’t think that we would use it at all and ended up playing it every night after getting back from our days worth of exploring. Otium was also very accommodating and was great at answering questions. Highly recommend!

We are locals, that like to tourist around our beautiful island. As such, we have found amazing places in which we’ve enjoyed fully. In the case of this cozy apartment, it struct us by its neatness, stylish decoration, fine touches and aromatheraphy throughout. It is well paired with its “city view” at floor 20, which surprisingly for us, was even better than a “beach view”. The place is well designed, with many ammenities, basically brand new all around. And, did you notice the retro Pacman/Galaga arcade...so cool to play! :-) Its location in the San Juan area is just magnificent. Basically at the heart of the best tourist area in the island. Everything is walking distance...many restaurants, the supermarket, the hospital, the beach, the lagoon, etc. It is also one of the coolest places to do your early/evening jogging if you are up to...very popular spot for us locals and tourists. Lastly, we found communication with the property manager to be on point, efficient and friendly. They accomodated us perfectly, including delicious welcome details. All around we found it to be an excellent place to stay and sincerely recommend it as well A+.

Would recommend this place 10/10. I went with my family. It was very suitable for me since I have a kid and my mom. This place had access to many activities and made it easy for my mom (62 years) to get to. The beach was like a five minute walk. They have a fully functional kitchen, clean and spacious, and the host was very responsive. The best part is the views out of this place!!! You have a view of the beautiful ocean and a beautiful view of the city and the mountains! I would definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

Hi! We stayed here and we loved it! This place is perfect for a family of four, just be prepared to share a bathroom of course. However that’s any hotel but with twice the space. It was only a five minute walk to the beach which was great and you definitely felt safe in the neighborhood! Everything inside was very pristine and clean. A couple things to note: there is only one entrance into the neighborhood that works but they communicate how to get there easily! Just put the road name in! Also when we arrived at midnight (flight was delayed) we could not get through gate of the house. Turns out it was broken and we just had to pull it! It maybe fixed once you stay but if not, just pull the garage gate!! The neighborhood can get noisy but that’s okay! Also if you’re staying PLEASEEE go eat at the BARBACOA place within a 5 min walk. Being from Memphis it is one of the best bbq I’ve ever had!! All and all if we return to San Juan we will stay here! Thank you so much!
