You cannot beat the location.

You cannot beat the location. Being on the beach made all the difference in our stay. The communication was excellent and Otium was ready to help us if we needed anything. The only downside, and it is fairly minor, is that the shower doesn’t give off hot water consistently. But we were able to navigate just fine. Would absolutely stay again.

The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, was nicely decorated and very clean. The host was always responsive, patient and friendly, even checked in to make sure everything was as expected. He was available through messages, phone or video call. I received clear instructions for checking in and checking out. Also, the shower head was really cool, feels like you’re walking under the rain.

A great option for a family especially one with a baby/toddler. There is a pack and play available. The customer service is excellent. Host(s) responded to all communication quickly. Location is nice. Not far from the beach. One note is the beach is a little rocky but still nice and enjoyable. The apartment is spacious and comes with many amenities for cooking, washing clothes, etc. The area outsidethe apartment is nice. It is not Condado but it is safe and there are eateries and a grocery store not far. We would definitely stay here again.

You can't beat the location of this accommodation, it's RIGHT on the beach, with a pool and tennis courts too. We felt safe, and had zero noise from neighbors (just some in the hallways, which neighbors were quick to shush). The building is quite dated, and the space is cozy, but it's perfect for a simple and affordable beach getaway for a couple or small family. The view is wonderful. We were very impressed with the near-immediate responses from the hosts, they jumped on any issues we had and answered every question. We appreciated the beach toys for our kids, the quality tennis racquets, ping pong table, and the bottled water. Be prepared to wait for elevators, and for older doors to stick/jam sometimes. The arcade game featured is Street Fighter II. There's a supermarket within 10 mins walk, cafes and restaurants around, and a public bus to the edge of old San Juan (FYI they only take quarters, and we recommend the free golf-buggy trolleys, that run every 15-20 minutes, through old San Juan to Castillo de Morro from there, its a great way to see the sights). Try Cool Hope for ice cream, the fish tacos from The Place, and the coconut flan from Cayo Caribe!

Nice place too bad the pool area is a mess of broken concrete and patches. Could be a really cute place if that was addressed.

The apartment location is great. It has beach access. Extremely clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The unit itself is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The paintings on the walls is great. Super chic and creative. Loved the Pac-Man arcade!

Kyara communicated well with me. Plenty to do in the area, but I wouldn't walk alone at night especially because the gate didn't lock. Nonetheless, the apartment was clean and cozy. Lively surroundings

The location of this place is perfect. You’ll have everything you need like clean towels and air conditioning. One thing to note is that this is a residential building so don’t expect this to be a hotel. However, you have access to the pool and private beach entrance. I recommend this place if you’re looking for something affordable, clean, and close to everything. The customer service was exceptional and of course Pac-Man! The convenient store downstairs was also a plus.

We loved this place!! Great location (able to walk to a bunch of restaurants and bars), very clean and nice apartment, beautiful view and big window you can open to see and hear the ocean, tons of great amenities (tennis racquets and balls, beach towels, fun arcade game), all the kitchen appliances you need to cook at home and amazing pool and beach access!!

this place is incredible old san juan is beautiful and this place is litterly everything you expect ... although ... this property is ran by a property management company and they did ask for credit card info outside of the airbnb app ... we didn't not like that at all becasue of that I wouldn't rent from airbnb again if they had a third party property management comp but other than that this place is amazing the neighbors that live dow stairs are incredible people ...everything was clean... the beds were alittle hard and would probably recommend better bedding !

This Airbnb is located in a good area in San Juan. The location has great cafes and restaurants in walking distance with plenty of parking. My family and I felt very safe. The decor of the Airbnb is even more beautiful in person. It has Caribbean written all over it. Additional the host is lovely and made our happiest their priority. I greatly appreciate that! I would definitely stay here again.

The location is great! Puntas las marias is right there and there is a little community garden/forest that is maintained by the locals which was nice to walk through. You could just walk to a little beach right there that was great for little kids because there are some rocks that keep the waves from coming in hard. Really cute place.
