This was a special find in Ocean Park!

This was a special find in Ocean Park! I was raised in Puerto Rico and was looking for a quiet, affordable, and comfy place to stay by the beach while visiting family and this was exactly that. It has everything you need - a new TV with Roku setup, comfy beds, big bathroom (GREAT shower pressure which is not easy to find in PR), beach chairs, extra towels, washer & dryer, etc. The apartment is also in a very safe location inside the Ocean Park community. Juan Miguel from Otium rentals was super professional and accommodating - we were able to check in early and he made himself available very quickly for anything we needed. They left snacks, coffee and water for us which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall highly recommend you stay here or any other Otium properties and look forward to coming back!

Really charming, cute apartment with an amazing city view! We were also left a tray of goodies, masks, and waters which was very thoughtful. I personally wasn't a the biggest fan of the Condado beach area, but that is just my preference. It's a very mainstream touristy area with mostly shopping and high end restaurants. Aside from that, the actual apartment was great!

This location was extremely close to everything on the Condado, most restaurants were less than a 10 minute walk away and super close to the beach. the space also had some fun games and a shared space outside so you could sit outside and enjoy the weather at any time. the host was very communicative which was great. I would definitely recommend this and stay here again!

Otium was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The video game is not just Ms. Pac Man it has Galaga and Digdug and more and was super fun to play. The area it is in is super cool and walkable. Lots of food and even a couple of bars/live music venues with a diverse array of bands and DJs playing were within walking distance. We would for sure stay there again as our week there made us feel like locals Everytime we stepped in and out of the door. Top notch in every way.

Communication between us and otium rental was good. We arrived at dawn and there was security there to open the gate to allow us to unload our luggages. The location is very near the beach. If you walk further, there will be less rocks on the beach. There are a couple of restaurants down the road. Other restaurants Calle Loiza are easily accessible. It is very near the airport. Parking is available. Linens, towels are adequate. Unit has washer and dryer which is convenient for a family with kids. There is a pool in the building which my kids enjoyed. Host tried to communicate during our stay to make sure we have everything we need.

This condo was nice, the A/C was always on and super cold. Huge living room with two L-shaped sofas on each corner. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need in it including washer and dryer. Two bedrooms nice size; master bedroom had a bathroom and king size bed. Nice size swimming pool gazebo with barbecue grill, two minutes from the beach. But the nicest thing for me was the hospitality the hostess provided. John was excellent. So accommodating, when we needed extra towels, within the hour they were by the door. He provided us with extra blankets and pillows and at one point the ice maker machine wasn’t working properly in the refrigerator and he literally sent an Uber with a bag of ice to the condo at 11 o’clock at night. That is service for ya! He brought us extra keys; the guy was just awesome. I gave him a five star for hospitality. literally awesome person who cares about your experience. 💕

Great apartment! Very big and comfortable. The tv is huge and perfect for a family movie night. Response was quick when needed. Close walk to the beach and Otium has beach chairs and towels. Private parking space for one car and easy to find spot on the street for additional cars.

El area es turística con aseso controlado y códigos de mucha seguridad. Muchos restaurantes aledaños. Playas adyacentes y piscina. Todo sería ideal en un verano! Muy conveniente para el uso de Taxis o Uber. El dueño es un hombre muy joven, que lo considero un gran ejemplo de éxito y superación para toda la juventud local y de otros países. Demuestra un gran nivel de madurez emocional y profesionalismo esforzándose constantemente para mejorar la estructura.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space is so stylish, immaculately clean, and in a great building. The host was so thoughtful and left us complimentary masks, hand sanitizer, and even left a bowl out for our dog. So nice! We absolutely loved this place and every detail was thought of for us. we had such an amazing experience here. it was everything as described and shown in the photos!! the neighbors were friendly as well and gave us some great recommendations on places we need to try! communication was great, i was checked on and asked if i needed anything. the beach is a 8 minute walk down the road. food and bars nearby and it is also a safe gated community. i felt like home here, i would definitely stay again, thank you!! ❤️
