Looks just like the photos. Due to trees the pool gets pretty messy but gets cleaned. 5 minute walk to the beach. Conveniences stores close by. 20 min ride from Old San Juan

We had a wonderful stay and would book this unit again. We loved Aquatika resort - nice pools and grounds! Gated community and private beach! It was quiet most of the time during our stay. Slept well. The management was responsive with any questions we had. Thank you!

We loved our stay! Nice large open living room and bedroom. Was a perfect size for the two of us. We loved having the pool right outside our door and used it often. The beach is steps away and we loved all the restaurants around in walking distance. We did not see enough of Puerto Rico so we do plan on making another trip and would stay here again.

Otium is a wonderful and communicative host. They checked in with me periodically throughout my stay. They were encouraging and they were delightful throughout. Highly recommended. The pac-man unit is wonderfully situated in the Condado neighborhood within 2 blocks of all the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars to be found in Condado. It's about 3-3.5 miles to old town San Juan - which in the heat of the day may be a bit long for a walk (unless you are brave). It's easily driven and quick. Loved the stay!

Is a very nice place to stay is near everything. No need to rent a car if you staying Local many good restaurants in the area and the beach has a private entrance for your self. The pool water is nice and warm the staff are very friendly.

We loved our stay at Otium. We visit Puerto Rico often and this has been our favorite so far. Pool was very nice and felt private. So many good restaurants in walking distance, which was prefect because we didn’t get a car rental this time. Airport is also just 7 mins away! Beach is right outside of resort so we were able watch the sunrise. We will be definitely staying here again.

Great location, well kept, clean, and secure. Beach and great restaurants are just a short walk away. Only problem I had was using Apple Maps to locate the address, but the host was helpful and responsive. I would stay here again

We stayed here for two nights and were happy with it. It was an easy Uber to San Juan and it was nice to have a pool. The space isn’t anything fancy but it worked for us.

We had a great time at Otium. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located, and although it’s a lively neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet! I would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Great space & service. The Otium team was very receptive to messages if anything was needed. Space: Is as seen in pictures. The building feels pretty secure with security guards on duty 24/7. Bonus is that they’re pretty nice & funny. Location: The spot is central to Condado with quick eats & grocery stores walking distance away. If traversing outside of the Condado touristy area, you’ll find that the Ubers to other areas like Old San Juan, Santurce, Malls, Airport or Beaches are reasonably priced and within 20 minutes drive. Tips: 1. If staying more than a couple of days, don’t be afraid to reach out to Otium for any long term essential supplies that may be missing. We stayed a week, and was met with swift provision of items like mops or dish sponges. 2. Take advantage of the building amenities & beachfront! Although the building is a bit older & under renovations, don’t let that fool you on how well kept many of the airbnb units are as well as the amenities available.

this place is incredible old san juan is beautiful and this place is litterly everything you expect ... although ... this property is ran by a property management company and they did ask for credit card info outside of the airbnb app ... we didn't not like that at all becasue of that I wouldn't rent from airbnb again if they had a third party property management comp but other than that this place is amazing the neighbors that live dow stairs are incredible people ...everything was clean... the beds were alittle hard and would probably recommend better bedding !
