We had a wonderful time staying at Otium. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and the area felt safe to walk around during the day and night. The best part of staying at Otium was how close we were to the private beach - about a 5-10 minute walk, easy access to the pool and laundry and dryer in-unit. The Otium team were very professional and quickly responded to any inquiries we had along our trip. There was one morning where we woke up to a loud bang and it was a fallen piece from the kitchen cupboard. I sent Otium a message and they sent out a repairman, right away. My only complaint would be on how quickly the pool would get dirty with debris due to the surrounding trees. Overall, I would rate my stay at Otium a 10/10. If we were to return to SJ, PR; we would rebook with Otium.

The lack of security was an issue with us. The key that you provided us to open the gate wasn’t needed because the gate was broken and unlocked the whole time. Also when driving into the housing development the security system didn’t work. Anyone could just drive in the development. Those were our only two concerns with the property.

Beautiful flat - really pretty views. Has all amenities and more. Kitchen is fully equipped. Comfortable living space, much larger than we expected. The apartment is in a great location to walk to restaurants, the beach. Also! The pool is really nice, quiet. The Otium team was incredible to work with when booking and communicating throughout our stay. Highly recommended !!

We had a wonderful stay and would book this unit again. We loved Aquatika resort - nice pools and grounds! Gated community and private beach! It was quiet most of the time during our stay. Slept well. The management was responsive with any questions we had. Thank you!

This was a fantastic stay. The basketball arcade is so cool! The apartment is spacious and very clean. Perfect for us four. Great location with a fantastic coffee shop and restaurants around the corner.

Communication between us and otium rental was good. We arrived at dawn and there was security there to open the gate to allow us to unload our luggages. The location is very near the beach. If you walk further, there will be less rocks on the beach. There are a couple of restaurants down the road. Other restaurants Calle Loiza are easily accessible. It is very near the airport. Parking is available. Linens, towels are adequate. Unit has washer and dryer which is convenient for a family with kids. There is a pool in the building which my kids enjoyed. Host tried to communicate during our stay to make sure we have everything we need.

I celebrated my 30th birthday in San Juan and Otium rental was perfect for this. I will say that the check in process was a little difficult however, I contacted Otium and they helped me right away. I was able to locate the lockbox and get into the Airbnb. This Airbnb is in a central location to literally everything! Only 10 minutes from airport. It is 10 minutes from La Placita, Isle Verde and club Brava! Also 15 minutes from old San Juan which was awesome. Quiet hours are a concern if you are a bigger group so be mindful of that. Washer and dryer in unit SUPER helpful! Apartment was very clean. Sleeps 5 people comfortably.

if you are thinking about booking this, don't think twice!! This place was perfect and just what I was looking for. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and just as described, no complaints at all. There were beach towels and chairs for use at the beach, kitchen stocked with anything you need to cook, Keurig with the best, Bustelo coffee. The bed was very comfortable. it is in the perfect location, literally a 3-6 minute walk to everything. All the restaurants and the beach are right up the street. 24 hour walgreens is right across the street from the air bnb as well. The staff was very responsive and helpful and was able to answer any question that I had. very professional and kindl. They checked on me to make sure my stay was going good with no issues. I wish I could have stayed here longer than 2 days because I definitely would have. It does not have many reviews but that is because it may be a newer listing. Trust Me this is worth it if u want to have a great trip!
