Great little apartment with everything you need,.

Great little apartment with everything you need, lovely interior and right on the beach. Hosts were great. There was a slight issue with the pack and play cot and the hosts brought a brand new one within an hour, which we really appreciated. Arcade machine is a fun touch and I enjoyed reliving my youth playing Street Fighter!

Great location, it was so nice to be close the beach, we didn't have to walk far which is a plus with a one year! The pool was a nice bonus and was another option for our little one if we didn't go to the beach. Quick responses was also great, if we needed something the host was back with us within minutes. A little small, but for us the place worked with a family of 3. Also, we were near many restaurants and very walkable. Would recommend.

Excellent experience. The apartment matches the photos on the platform Old construction but very well recycled. Very comfortable , clean and with everything you need to spend beautiful vacation days We had the pleasure of meeting the owners , very helpful and friendly. It's in a quiet neighborhood near a very nice beach Thank you for everything, I would come back without hesitation

Great location near the beach and restaurants, beds were comfy. The beach chairs and loads of towels made the trip very pleasant. Arcade was fun during the intermittent rain. Did not have an issue finding spot for parking out front, but sometimes the spots were at capacity. Noise was only loud at night on the weekend nights - only had to use earplugs 2 of the nights, but otherwise was quiet enough. Perfect for our week in PR

It has a great king bed and a great queen. The two blue sofas fall down into beds but arent as great as a bed but definitely worked! Also had another whole couch as well. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The shower in the bathroom with the king bed is much nicer. Otium responded basically instantly and was very accommodating and helpful with what to do nearby. Definitely recommend this stay!

Apartment was very clean and looked like pictures, door man was friendly and helpful. Building is back off the street which kept it very quiet, George it’s views. Some construction going on but great quiet safe place.

Stayed here while getting my passport and it was the perfect spot. La placita is within walking distance. Old San Juan is a cheap Uber drive away as well as the passport agency.
