We enjoyed ourselves in the location of this unit. Kyara was very responsive and very helpful. Her and her staff were helpful when it came to some of the issues that we had.
First night, we noticed hair on the towels & the hot water was not working, so we messaged them late in the evening. I’m so grateful that somebody was available even though it was pretty late. They were very responsive and tried to help us troubleshoot as much as we could. But the next day, we confirmed again that the hot water was not working. So they did send their handyman to the location to fix the water and he brought new towels, which was awesome! One thing we did ask is that he bring some spray for the ants in the kitchen area. He said he was going to come back, but he never did, so that was a little bit of a negative. No laundry onsite as stated in post.
Overall, the stay was pretty cool. It’s a little outdated and needs a couple updates to the unit, but the steps from the beach was AMAZING! Enjoyed that!

This place was conveniently located in San Juan near many restaurants, shops, and just a couple blocks from the beach. The place was clean and well kept. My only feedback is that since it’s a bottom floor apartment, you can hear noise from the upstairs tenants from time to time, and the pool is shared with the other people staying at this location. It was a great stay regardless.
The most perfect location if you’re looking to stay in San Juan
The most perfect location if you’re looking to stay in San Juan. Beach access right at the end of the street. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. 10 minutes from the airport. About 15 minutes from old San Juan. The space was very cute and clean, exactly like the pictures. If you have a car I do NOT recommend parking in the allotted parking spaces, opt for street parking. It is extremely difficult to park in the spaces, almost scratched my car every time I tried to park. Also no hot water for the shower. The listing stated there were beach towels available, we couldn’t find them, I messaged the host but she never responded. Overall I would recommend staying here

Wonderful stay overall — the apartment was spacious, secure, and conveniently located near all major attractions. Although we had to shorten our stay due to a citywide water shortage in Old San Juan, our host handled the situation promptly and relocated us to another property without any issues.

The room was equipped with everything I needed I loved that I had so many clean towels ! I traveled with my son and the room had beach toys ! Also it rained a lot and the room even had an umbrella! The balcony was extremely beautiful the view is to die for ! I was as able to walk literally down the road and get food and drinks the Ubers where their sitting down the road for easy access, I really had an excellent experience here ! I traveled to isla verde for the beach because I didn’t want to swim in the lagoon but I would definitely stay here again!! 10/10

I had already stayed in this area at different Airbnbs, and this one in particular has a beautiful view, an affordable price, and a room with everything you need.
We had a small issue with the Airbnb app, but the host responded quickly and solved it right away.

A pleasant stay, beautiful ocean front property, spacious room, comfortable beds and large bathroom. Grateful the property had running water as many places did not have or had limited water during my time on the island. Staff were friendly accommodating and personable!
Initial inconvenience was the code did not work when we initially arrived and had to wait for support. Small noticeable stains on some of the sheets but other than that the room was spacious and looked exactly like the pictures! Huge plus walking into the lobby area there was a wonderful fresh aroma! Please share the scent if you can ☺️

The location had everything from the great view, to good food and a convenience store within walking distance, the best coffee shop in San Juan (787) a block away. Le Princesa is just a few minds drive or about a 20 min walk, where you can tour Old San Juan. So many hidden gems in arms reach. I truly enjoyed my stay. The apt was clean and cozy.

Excelente vista a la bahía
Excelente vista a la bahía. Al llegar la cerradura no tenía bateria, si tuvimos que llamar para que nos dieran el código de “key box” para poder sacar las llaves y abrir con ellas (respondieron rápido). Las paredes y cortinas tenían manchas de hongos. Pero lo demás estuvo limpio y ordenado. Un lugar tranquilo y hermoso, me volvería a quedar pero el apartamento necesita algunos cariñitos 🫶🏼

Overall we had a great stay- we actually had two apartments adjoining, which was cool. Only problems we had was that there was no water the first night- apparently there were some pipe issues. And we had micro ants on one of the beds. Otherwise, very convenient location and a cute restaurant right next door. The traffic at night was a bit loud, but to be expected in that area. Would definitely stay here again though.

We really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and spacious. We also appreciated having plenty of dishes, in addition to snacks and free paste. The location was also great since things were walkable and we were close to the ocean as well. We appreciated being able to use the pool as well which was great and clean.

The apartment was beautiful. My stay was great. Definitely need some maintenance on the outside. Way to many tree and plant that made the pool get dirty to fast. Wish the description before booking would have said it was a shared pool. But over all great location a block or 2 away from lost of restaurants and the beach. Will def book again

place was awesome, saw manatees, and turtles right from our balcony in the lagoon.. Central air was ice cold. was able to go to Walmart and buy groceries to cook in kitchen. parked car in lot around corner for 8 bucks a night. 10 mins from airport. great location and amazing memories ❤️
The apt is good in general
The apt is good in general. But one of AC doesn’t work very well. Like there is no cold wind in one of rooms, affecting our sleep in the hot summer somehow.

Overall we had a great stay and the description of the unit was accurate. The couch and bed were comfortable. We loved the porch and the washer and dryer was extremely convenient. The kitchen utensils etc were modestly stocked but it had everything we needed. The area was quiet and safe. Our only complaint was the ac unit in the bedroom was extremely noisy, maybe some would consider it white noise. But paired with the pigeons liking to perch on it we wouldn’t say it was our best nights sleep.

Everything was great; location, proximity to beach, area, etc. Host communication was great, but the last night there was no water in unit (wondered if cistern got empty) the situation was difficult with minor. Nonetheless the host brought us gallons of bottled water to assist…other than that everything was great, highly recommended!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled after 20 years Not being PR and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed staff was very nice Hope they all get recognized

I booked this Airbnb for my 21st birthday and it was wonderful
I booked this Airbnb for my 21st birthday and it was wonderful!! The house looked beautiful, everything was clean, and the place looked exactly how it was on the listing.
However, I didn’t like how the host kept messaging me about noise complaints from other tenants. It felt like they assumed it was us without asking first, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Also there was an unusual smell in the entrance. Other than that, the stay itself was great and the home was lovely
