Pros: This location is walking distance to various restaurants and stores. It also looks just like the pictures, has a responsive host, strong AC and everything you would need for a weekend getaway.
Cons: It is pretty loud all through the night. There are sound machines in the rooms that help a little, but be prepared to hear music and traffic 24/7.

Had a terrific stay at this penthouse
Had a terrific stay at this penthouse. Exactly like the photos. There are 3 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so it worked out beautifully for us. We had a little trouble with our car being blocked in, so we had to knock on doors in the morning. There are 5 units with 4 spaces. We wish there was an “information” book about local restaurants and things to do in the area along with directions on how to work the TV. Everything else was easy and beautiful. Beach right down the block. Restaurants are walking distance. Would rent again……loved this place.

We loved the view and thoroughly enjoyed the location– close to great restaurants, the beach, and historical park with walking/biking paths. We walked every morning along the road that follows the coast, always ending up with a visit to “our” coffee stand in the park. It is ideal for someone who wants to spend the stay enjoying San Juan and just grabbing Uber to go a little further. (Alternatively, there were scooters for rent off the sidewalk not too far from the condo.) We had to rent a car to visit family locally, so that was the only sad part to the stay there, as parking in the safe and close-by Caribe Hilton parking deck was $35/night. (We did know in advance that it would cost around that much, so it was not a surprise.) Still, as much as we have traveled to the island and different areas, we were shocked we had not stayed here before– it was so much fun to spend our mornings walking the area and taking advantage of the Hilton’s restaurants at night. We loved it!
The hosts are very nice
The hosts are very nice. Very communicative and responsive. Unfortunately, in the pictures the video games looked like they are in the unit. However, they are not. They are on the first floor and outside of the unit.
Also, the description said there was a balcony, but there is no balcony.
The host said that they would change the description so that it was not misleading, so hopefully they do that.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, minus the loud neighbors, but there’s nothing that the host can do about that other than to reprimand them.
There is also some type of electronic noise monitor in the unit. Unfortunately, there was not one in the neighbors unit because they were loud almost every night. Maybe the guests unplugged it. 
Overall, I found the staff to be very friendly, however, I do not like when the description is inaccurate or misleading.
Once again, I will say that the place was pretty clean and that’s what counts.
Wonderful location near the beach and eateries
Wonderful location near the beach and eateries. Perfect for two guests or a small family. You’ll have everything you need for a weekend getaway or more extended trip. Be mindful, it is a second story walk up, other than that it’s a very comfy place to stay.

The place was beautifuly furnished, pool was nice and the location was in an area with lots of restaurants and close to highway. I would recommend and would stay again.
Estancia muy agradable
Estancia muy agradable, fácil acceso al alojamiento ya que contaba con código, lo cual es mejor que las llaves para que cualquiera de los huéspedes pueda entrar cuando quiera y no haya riesgo de pérdida de llaves. Mary estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia y con voluntad de ayudarnos. Además, la casa proporciona nevera y utensilios de playa como bien se anuncia, que resultan muy útiles. También toallas, gel y champú de ducha y pasta de dientes. La ubicación bastante buena, con muchos restaurantes alrededor, un supermercado en la misma calle y a una distancia prudente para ir andando a varios sitios de interés como la Placita de Santurce.
We had a great stay
We had a great stay. The air bnb is in a great location and everywhere we went was on average 8 minutes away and uber was very cheap. My only few complaints would be that the bed was not as comfortable as we would have hoped. It more on the springy side. The main light also randomly turned on in the middle of the night which was a little random and woke us up. There is security 24/7 which made us felt more secure. The beach was somewhat close by. I would say about an 8 minute walk but felt a little longer because we had stuff to carry. Overall, there were small things but I would definitely stay again for the price and location!
This location was perfect
This location was perfect. Walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, the beach, and even a local Walgreens. Mary was very helpful and responded within minutes. Very pleasant and extremely helpful. I absolutely enjoyed staying here with my family. I would definitely recommend it. It was also super easy to request an Uber and inexpensive.

We got in really late and had an issue with the door, but there was someone available to help us get in. We appreciated that responsiveness at 1am. The space was great, location close to everything, view amazing. Loved being there, we didn’t want to leave

It was a nice place to stay, a little hard to find if it’s your first time in Puerto Rico, but after we found it, it was very easy to get to! Nice to be inbetween Condado and old San Juan! Great view, and Otium was very helpful!

The place was fantastic
The place was fantastic. Clean, spacious, and right on the beach. The pool was a nice touch. I had the unfortunate timing to arrive when the WiFi was down and I’m a remote worker. It was a Friday so repair couldn’t be done until Monday. Sophie communicated well and made a genuine effort to get things moving on Monday. I guess my only advice to guests, and this would be true of ALL AirBnb locations, even my own……..if you NEED WiFi just double check that it’s functioning before booking!

Amelia’s place was so homey and cozy. It was a perfect mixture of modern and island vibes. Super clean and organized. Amelia was also responsive and easy to communicate. She was reaching out to me to ensure we were ok before I even had the chance to message her. Highly recommend also because it’s located in a great spot. Far away from too much party vibes but close enough that you can walk to beach, clubs, bars, etc. Ubers to old San Juan were quick and very economic

The space was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and perfectly suited for a family with a baby. They provided all baby-friendly amenities (high-chair, changing table and a pack & play). Highly recommended for families!

I wanted to start by highlighting the positives of my stay. The apartment was beautifully designed with a great layout, making it very comfortable. The bedrooms were cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I especially enjoyed the balcony.
That said, I did encounter some challenges with accessing the property. On our first night, we had trouble with the entry codes for the gate, which required multiple calls to the management company. After finally getting through the gate, we found the instructions for accessing the apartment were unclear. There was a master lock key holder and a code on the door, but it wasn’t immediately apparent which code was needed. This caused some confusion and delays, and we ended up spending multiple days dealing with access issues.
Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness could have been better, particularly underneath the bed, where it seemed that the area hadn’t been properly vacuumed.
I hope this feedback help to improve for future guests.

I stayed for about 4 nights and the apartment was very clean. The host was very flexible with me about my check in time which I truly appreciated and the pool outside was great. I loved that Cafe Bistro and 787 Coffee is in walking distance.
