The host was responsive to all my messages. Location was easy to find, there are attendants at the entrance who were very friendly, the place was clean, the view was wonderful. The pool area and hot tub were a nice hangout spot too. We rented a car and parked it a block away at a lot which only charges $8 a day. El Escambron beach is within walking distance. We went snorkeling and sun bathing there. There are restaurants within walking distance too. There were no issues with our accommodations, at first I thought there was no blow dryer as advertised, but I did find it in a dresser drawer. They left us enough bath towels for everyone, plus beach towels, there was a cooler we used in our adventures to Old San Juan, Fajardo, and Siete Mares beach. The WiFi is spotty, but not enough reason to knock any stars off in my opinion. I’d definitely recommend this AirB&B.

Nice location in condado district. Super close to everything. It’s nice to have parking. A little tight but to be expected in the middle of the city. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Old San Juan is close by. A little loud but again to be expected in location. Nice little plunge pool. Property was impecable. Everything was in great condition, super clean and functioning. Worked out great for our family!

Great location! Within walking distance of everything. The place was clean and felt very private and secluded, even though there were other units. I do think more bags for trash should be provided given that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet, but that is my only minimal complaint. Had a great stay!

While the parking space was tight
While the parking space was tight, and took a few tries to get into, it was worth it! These apartments are so close to the beach! It is inside a gated community, and the parking and entrance access are also behind gates. The apartment was clean, the A/C worked well, and the kitchen had what we needed. The bedrooms had plenty of space and closet space, bath and beach towels included. There was plenty of hot water. The balcony was awesome for hanging out, listening to the ocean, and watching the (taken care of) stray cats wandering and interacting. 15 minute ride to airport, and 10 minute ride to Old San Juan. Would definitely come back!

The host was incredibly attentive and provided great recommendations, making check-in and communication seamless. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. I absolutely loved my stay at Otium
I absolutely loved my stay at Otium for a quick weekend get away. From start to finish I enjoyed myself. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and serval options as I had to wait for my room to be ready for check in (I got there hours early so I knew I’d be waiting a bit). I was provided with water and a beach towel. Check in was quick. I had drinks at the bar and laid by the pool one evening it was luxurious. The beach and several restaurants and bars are less than 7min walking in every direction. Prime vacation location. I cannot wait to come back when the onsite restaurants is completed to try their brunch! If you’re thinking about staying at Otium, book it!

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay! Very close to the airport, beach and everything else you’ll need. We were down the road from Walmart and made multiple trips for food and other supplies. Ubers to nearby restaurants and bars were inexpensive. The place was clean and spacious enough for the five of us. The pool is shared with other units in the complex but that was no problem. There was great communication from the host and all questions were answered in no time. Overall the experience was great and we would stay there again!!
