Highly recommend Otium’s place. It was so clean and beautifully decorated on the inside. The amenities were just as described, easy parking, beautifully clean pool, and so well appointed. The balcony was a really nice place to relax and unwind and it was so quiet and peaceful. Our group enjoyed the space very much and had so much fun walking less than 10 minutes to the beach. Plus it was conveniently located so close to many great restaurants. We were very happy with this rental and would recommend it to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Juan! The place was spotless—everything was so clean and well-maintained, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which really added to the overall great experience. The location couldn’t have been better—there were fantastic restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance, so we could easily explore the area without any hassle. Highly recommend this spot if you’re planning a trip to San Juan!
Everything was perfect only downside was the check in.
Everything was perfect only downside was the check in. The check in is already late in the afternoon and there’s an extra charge for early checked when most Air B&B check in are at 3pm. But the issue with check in was that we had to wait about an hour for the room to be inspected before we were able to get in to our room. But overall it’s a beautiful place, in a great centralized location and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive if anything is needed.
Could not have been more satisfied
Could not have been more satisfied with our stay at Otium’s The Weekender. Stephen was so kind and helpful, the place was extremely clean and kept well. The addition of the bar and service from Hector was perfect for relaxing at the hotel property (cocktails were on point). The pool was great to sit in after a beach day. The only thing to note is the bathroom and toilet are technically in the room that we stayed. There was a one separating wall, something we were able to adjust to. Maybe the other rooms were different. Nonetheless a perfect stay, we greatly appreciated the house keeping who also went out of her way and offered to dry my bathing suit when she saw me laying it out to dry while packing. The extra attention to detail were noted and we will absolutely be back and will be recommending to friends for future travel.

Had problems with digital lock upon arrival switched to another unit had no problem with lock. In 2 days switched to original unit again lock problems. Finally replaced lock no more problems. One problem solved another arises, no hot water in shower. Bathroom sink and kitchen sink had hot water. Was supposed to be fixed next day same problem that night no hot water in shower. Told they would check next day, to late I was leaving that day.

Absolutely loved our stay here!
Absolutely loved our stay here! Two nicely sized rooms, only one bathroom in our unit but we made it work. The backyard pool area is absolutely stunning and so nice to lounge around in and take pictures! The location was better than expected with plenty restaurants, hotels, walgreens, beach only 2 blocks away, and old san juan less than 15 mins away. Hosts are responsive. No washer dryer in the unit, but not a big issue.

Very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and a nice pool in the yard. The shared outside space was a pleasant place. It looked how it did in the pictures. It was clean but the maintenance in general was a little disheartening- we had no hot water our entire stay, the key pad had no power. The Otium staff responds in a timely manner, even if it’s to say they have no update. If we had no added stressful issues, the stay would’ve been 5 stars.

Quanto ao quarto: Nosso quarto era térreo, os demais hóspedes passavam gritando, falando alto, rindo, batendo o portão de entrada o tempo todo. Em qualquer horário, não houve sossego. Chão sujo, impossível pisar descalço, porque parecia uma cola de tanta sujeira. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Ou super gelado ou quente. A cozinha é bem equipada, espaço bom, geladeira grande. Boas toalhas de banho e itens de higiene. Quanto a localização Super bem localizado, perto de tudo (mercados, farmácias, praia, restaurantes). Por causa disso, super barulhento. Carros 24h por dia buzinando, freiando e com muito barulho. Nosso quarto era térreo (n 101 – Studio 1 com cama queen), e ao lado fica um bar/restaurante com música alta e pessoas gritando madrugada a dentro. Na nossa primeira noite (sábado), houve música altíssima e gritaria até 3am. Não dormimos, não conseguimos descansar. A experiência foi desagradável. Não vale o preço que custa. Teria pago o dobro do valor por um lugar que tivesse silêncio e pudesse relaxar. Demais hóspedes completamente sem educação. Passavam ao lado do quarto cantando, gritando e falando alto. Em qualquer horário, seja durante o dia ou de madrugada. O portão de acesso aos quartos é de ferro, e faz muito barulho. As pessoas batiam este portão com toda a força, gerando muito barulho. Foi muito desrespeitoso. Até briga entre mulheres nos ouvimos, com gritaria e xingamentos. Provavelmente estavam alcoolizadas.
Otium’s was amazing.
Otium’s was amazing. The location is perfect, surrounded by great brunch spots and coffee shops. It is a short 5 minute walk to a very active beach. The best part of the stay is the Otium team – they are very responsive and provided great suggestions on things to do in the area!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay.
This was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was my husband, my mom, brother, grandma and I that stayed here. The place was large enough for us all to have our own space without feeling crowded. It was super clean and had everything we needed there. The pool area directly out side of the apartment made for a bunch of fun memories the days we just wanted to relax. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk so the distance was perfect. We’ve already started talking about coming back! Can’t recommend this place enough.
The best host ever!
The best host ever! The pictures don’t do this place justice at all. Definitely a place to come with your whole family! We had a two year old with us and the host provided us with a life jacket for her without ever asking him to! We did have issues with the WiFi in the downstairs unit, however the next guests will not have to deal with that as we notified him and he is purchasing a booster for the downstairs unit. The AC worked well in all rooms, the host was veeeeery responsive. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great time! Even offering to go to the grocery store for us! My niece is very picky right now and he brought her yogurts that she absolutely loved! Now. If you’re not a great driver – probably not the best place to stay as you are driving up a mountain to get there, but the views as you are driving are AMAZIIIIING. Nothing negative to say. Loved loved loved staying here! Will absolutely try to book again next time we come to PR.

AS WE REACHED THE IMMEDIATE AREA WHERE THE HOTEL IS LOCATED WE WERE A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT THE HOTEL STAY BUT AS WE ENTERED THE GATE,WE WERE AMAZED AT THE BEAUTIFUL GARDENS AND FRIENDLY STAFF. THE ROOMS WERE PERFECT IN EVERY ASPECT. PARKING WAS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO FIND. LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND STORES WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. WE RATE THIS HOTEL A 10.
Celebrated my anniversary here
Celebrated my anniversary here and Otium made it feel like home away from home. The staff were amazing and responsive. If you are a love island fan this is the perfect place to give you the Villa vibes. Thank you Mark, Kyara, and the entire Otium family for making this experience the best. I will be returning

We loved our stay here! Really great location, close to a lot of good restaurants and bars and a short drive/uber from most things in San Juan. Also really close to the beach which we loved. The hotel is really cute and clean! We loved the pool and the bar area, never crowded and also very pretty. All the staff were also amazing and extremely nice / accommodating during our stay. The room and bathroom were very clean and just what we needed. Would stay here again!
