A very nice, cozy place and close to many restaurant
A very nice, cozy place and close to many restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. When we arrived the key-lock didn’t work, I wrote for a key to keep our things safe and they responded pretty quickly. Be sure to read all the descriptions on the listing as I didn’t know they charged $25 APART from the total that appears on the Airbnb invoice. This $25 IS NOT REFUNDABLE, although it is a security fee, they do not give it back even if everything is in order. Another thing to know is that there was a loud noise from the water heater. The pool was quite cold so we could not enjoy it, the surroundings of the pool and inside the pool had many leaves from the trees around it and had sand on the bottom, anyway I understand that it was quite clean. Parking is quite tight, so if you have a fairly large vehicle it will be difficult to park. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Was a good stay at the Otium weekender. The location was ideal and close to everything you need including the airport and beach. It had a nice little pool that was nice to relax by. The only real negatives I could find was lack of storage space for clothes and the rooms not being cleaned daily due to low staff. I would however stay again if I visited. Thanks
Great spot a little smaller
Great spot a little smaller than pictures made it seem. Feels like a hotel room but with an extra kitchenette. There we beach chair and plenty of towels. Overall great location made everything worth it and a stunning view. Wasnt spotless but still clean We love Puerto Rico and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb, and the backyard truly made the entire experience. It was peaceful and private, with a great pool, an area for entertaining, a pool table and outdoor bathroom. The space is perfect for a family reunion or vacation, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Keep in mind, you’ll need a car to get around to and from, but it’s totally worth it for the tranquility and amenities. Abraham, the host, was incredibly attentive and made himself available whenever we needed him. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, fun getaway with family or friends!

This was a great place. Very clean and had all the amenities that were listed. This is located in my favorite walkable area and close to a beautiful beach. The host was super friendly and very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property and loved the service and support from Otium. Will definitely book the same spot next time I visit!

Overall, a great Airbnb! Cute little place within walking distance to Condado beach and restaurants. The space was exactly as advertised. Small but cozy with everything we needed. Quiet and felt very safe. No issue with noisy neighbors. The property is gated however the parking area is unlocked and open so it’s not totally secured. The proper is very well managed and the communication between the host was easy and always very quick. They were very on top of making sure we had everything we needed. Nice they offered beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling things. The pool was clear and well maintained. Only complaint is the bathroom shower. The water temp was all over the place – super hot then very cold. I would stay here again with a future visit to San Juan.

Enjoyed every interaction I had and they certainly have a bright future ahead of them. I believe they had just opened a couple months ago and had not been fully staffed and accommodating. I would go back in the future but maybe instead of 6 nights just do a weekend

Spacious, tidy,
Spacious, tidy, accomodations on a quiet side street. bright, cheerful and very comfortable. everything was working well. It’s an easy walk or bike around Santurce or to Miramar. short, cheap Uber ride to Condado or Old San Juan. Great breakfast spot (Huevos) and comfy cafe (787) both 2 min walk, as well as many other restaurants a short ride away I really enjoyed my stay!

What a great place to spend a few days in San Juan! Our group of 4 loved the walkability to the beach, restaurants and bars, and convenience of having the pool to use as well. The area is very safe and we felt really comfortable walking in the evening as a group of 4 women. The WiFi was strong, AC was powerful, and the apartment was tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a bit small, but manageable. 10/10 would recommend!

Incredible stay and amazing staff. Steven had the best recommendations and Miguel made the best drinks. Amazing food & bars within 5 mins of walking distance. Villa kinda feels like love island lol, definitely IG/Tik Tok worthy. Thanks for a great stay and I’ll be back!

We had a great stay.
We had a great stay. The space was great for our whole family and allowed us easy walking access to the rest of Condado and the beach without all being squeezed into one hotel room. Hosts were easily reachable for anything we needed. While we were out and about most of our trip, the space made it easy for us to recharge whenever we were back there. Comfortable beds too.
My flight arrived way earlier than check-in time
My flight arrived way earlier than check-in time but Orlando was super sweet and helpful in doing the best that he can to accommodate an earlier check in and offered recommendations on what to do in the area. The location was very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and other shops and ubers were very cheap if you wanted to visit outside the Santurce area. Everything looked exactly like the photos and was clean, would definitely choose this place again in the future

This is a great spot in San Juan. It was very clean and well equipped. Good size for 1-2 people, great location near so many great restaurants and beaches and if it’s too far to walk, the Ubers are all very affordable. I would definitely stay here again.
