Lovely oasis in the middle of Ocean Park! Totally unexpected. It’s like walking into an IG blog post! Community space is beyond lovely and relaxing. Loved the pool and bar! Totally zen! The staff was amazingly responsive and were delightful to interact with. The room was small but they maximized the space. The surprise was the open bathroom. If you are traveling with someone else be ready to have no bathroom door. The room is east facing so you will be greeted each morning by the sun! Great spot in the neighborhood. Close to great restaurants! Be sure to check out Acapulco for amazing tacos and Kalsalta for baked goods and fresh sandwiches!

This was by far the best welcome to Puerto Rico! This place was spectacular and even more so the staff!! We got to talk with the night guard/ police and he because like family, gave us so much advice and a list of places to visit the actual room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. My husband and I loved the pool and it was a 8 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Definitely coming back to stay here the next time we are in town!

Is a wonderful location at condado you can find everything on walking distance. Beach, restaurants, bars, stores and transportation. The rooms were very nice and clean always ac in the building. Only thing was dirty and abandoned was the terrace and the patio. The first 2 days of my stay I had no water on my apartment for the second night I ask them to please lend me a bathroom in another room and they did so I can take a shower and finally the move me to a room were the water was working properly. How ever people was friendly enough to pick up the pone all the time even though they couldn’t do much my first 2 days. After my 3rd day I was extremely happy.
A fantastic micro resort
A fantastic micro resort style boutique hotel in the heart of Ocean Park, walking distance to Kasalta —a much loved local coffee house and restaurant I’ve been going to since I was a child. The beach is also a five minute walk, along with being nearby to Calle Loiza’s bars, clubs, boutiques and restaurants. The property itself is stunning. Something out of your most romantic Caribbean dreams, a saltwater plunge pool, a beautiful manicured reception garden and courtyard with beautiful water features and local tropical greenery. Even the hummingbirds love it! Tranquil, and beautiful. The rooms are bright and clean and every design detail attended to, the tiles and light fixtures all harmonize with the beauty of the property. All of the staff were friendly, and warm—we felt welcomed from the first. Thank you for a great stay, we will certainly return again soon!
We are a family of 5
We are a family of 5 and booked a three bedroom to accommodate us all for a family vacation. The check-in instructions were provided the day of at 3pm for a 4pm check-in. We were still on the plane at that time, when we landed and checked the directions we were moved to two 2bedroom apartments which didn’t work for us. After two night were we moved into the correct unit. Having two children (one adult child) in a separate building was uncomfortable for us and inconvenient but the host did their best to correct the issue. The 3 bedroom was a lovely place with plenty of room. The location was perfect, a block and a half away from the beach, a block from Walgreens and just a couple blocks from the grocery store. There is a little restaurant/bar right next door which we enjoyed. Parking is very limited (we don’t have a car so that didn’t impact us) but I would really think about parking before booking if you plan to have a car.

Location was great, walkable to lots of different touristy things as well as Walgreens etc. We didn’t have car which was good because parking would be very difficult. Restaurant next door can be loud so don’t expect perfect peace and quiet. Also there are permanent residents in the place so if you expect to be loud and party late, you may disturb the neighbors. Overall great stay for a few nights in Condado.

This is a very well-oiled machine and a fantastic staff. I would recommend this for solo travel to Purrto Rico, especially if you want to be a block or two away from the tourist traps. For context on how impressive they are, I arrived at 2am, and saw there was no one there to check me in (understandably). I panicked and texted the otium’s cell, and received a response and a call in one minute. They have. 24 hour security , and the guard simply greeted me and gave me my key. This set the tone for how supported I felt. The staff and resort is great – relaxing little oasis as you go in and out of San Juan.

Our host was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. They provided a thorough guide to local hotspots, restaurant recommendations. The place was spotless when we arrived, with fresh linens and towels. The Airbnb had all the amenities we needed, from high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning to beach towels and chairs. We couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb experience. It was the perfect home base for exploring Puerto Rico and provided a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a day of adventures. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to experience Puerto.
This was my first time going to Puerto Rico
This was my first time going to Puerto Rico and Otium did not disappoint! The place looked EXACTLY like the pictures. It’s a clean tiny apt and it was perfect for my friend and I. I was by myself for a few days and even then I felt safe. I felt like I was in my own place. Just very comfortable. The waves from the sea were so relaxing, especially at nighttime and early in the morning. The neighbors were friendly. You can find food and an amazing coffee shop on the same strip. The highway was easily accessible. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I will be back for sure!!😊
We love The Weekender!
We love The Weekender! It was our second time staying and it did not disappoint. The interior and exterior design is gorgeous. Our room was beautiful and clean. The location is great. You can easily walk to many popular destinations. The staff is great. We will definitely stay there again and have recommended to all our family and friends.
This is such a cozy and cute place
This is such a cozy and cute place—both the apartment itself and the area around the pool! It’s clear a lot of thought was put into decorating everything and stocking the kitchen. It’s near Ashford Ave and the beaches so you’re close to everything you need. If an issue arose, the Otium team was quick to respond (within a few minutes)! One thing we’ll note is that parking isn’t guaranteed if you’re coming back later in the day since there’s only three spots. But it’s still worth the stay!

Our flight to DC was delayed by a couple of days and we had to find a place to stay. Booking this stay was super easy and there was always a fast communication with the host Kyara! For our short stay we loved this place. I will say it’s not super sound proof, we could hear our neighbors moving things and walking around but if you don’t mind this like us it should be a comfortable stay. The bed was sooo comfy though!

I enjoyed my stay here! I had to stay 3 additional nights in Puerto Rico due to my canceled flights and this was an easy book especially at 9 p.m. The host was super responsive and was super friendly trying to help me with my stay and made sure everything was great. This was my first Airbnb booking and couldn’t be any happier!
