I have mix reviews. Overall it’s a good place, exactly what the pictures show, the host resounds quick, and fixed the issues we had. I paid extra to rent a pack and play. Upon my arrival it wasn’t set up, and when we tried setting up ourselves it seemed broken. They sent someone in to fix it but didn’t leave the bassinet attachment included, I had to call again and they dropped it off the next day, once again didn’t set up and took us a while to put it together. They have baby gate, baby utensils listen on amenities, when I asked I was told otherwise. Hot water wasn’t working the first 2 days I was told it was something in the neighborhood, they sent someone to look at it and turns out the handle is placed wrong, the cold is actually the hot etc, the tech mentioned it’s happened before. That should be included in the description. The remote to open the gate didn’t work from afar you have to get out of your car to get the gate open. Pool needs more cleaning. Shower needs more scrubbing
The place is fantastic.
The place was hard to find at first, especially if you come at night. But the host does have a video that shows you how to get in due to it being gated. But overall, the place is fantastic. It’s like a small gated community with a beach behind it. My wife and I walked a few feet to the beach, which felt like a private view. Multiple restaurants are near, as well as corner stores and gas stations. Overall, this is a fantastic location. Everything you need is near or a $7-10 dollars Uber ride to places close to old San Juan. Highly recommend. They also have a washer and dryer as well as a pool. The inside was clean, as described.

Viajamos con nuestra bebe de 1 añito, el lugar super limpio, esta muy bien ubicado, en un área segura y privada. el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, puedes cocinar, también te prestan sillas y Toallas para la playa, también tiene lavadora y secadora. Cerca hay hermosas playas y el viejo San Juan en carro también está cerca.
The apartment was perfect
The apartment was perfect – clean, bed very comfortable, gally kitchen very functional. I had a few questions when I first arrived, and the response was positive, helpful and instant – awesome. The pool was great – water clean and refreshing. Overall – exactly what I was hoping it would be; I’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at Otium. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and the area felt safe to walk around during the day and night. The best part of staying at Otium was how close we were to the private beach – about a 5-10 minute walk, easy access to the pool and laundry and dryer in-unit. The Otium team were very professional and quickly responded to any inquiries we had along our trip. There was one morning where we woke up to a loud bang and it was a fallen piece from the kitchen cupboard. I sent Otium a message and they sent out a repairman, right away. My only complaint would be on how quickly the pool would get dirty with debris due to the surrounding trees. Overall, I would rate my stay at Otium a 10/10. If we were to return to SJ, PR; we would rebook with Otium.

Came In to a coded well gated area. Apt rented was clean and the grounds entering on site white and well kept. Mini pool was a cool down and the bend around my area was safe. Upon walking just steps to the beach. It was a perfect recess to take a swim into and the view was panoramic 5 stars on the view. Air b B for a quiet clean getaway and mind rest was a plus. Happy to have stayed. 4/ half stars. Thanks

The place looked exactly like the pictures! Loved the little things that were left for us to use like beach towels. It was clean! The place was close to everywhere we Uber’d to. The only thing I would say is I would have loved to use the pool. It looked dirty as well as it’s surroundings. But thankfully the beach was walking distance. I really didn’t miss the pool.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, It felt like our home away from home! Everything was clean and the neighborhood felt extremely safe. The area is great. Just a 5 minute walk away from the beach, the pool was a bonus for the days that you didn’t want to get sandy but still cool off, a big supermarket just a little less than a 10 min walk. They had parking spot for the car we rented. Overall I can’t wait to come back to PR and come back to this place!! 10/10

Great place to stay! Otium provides you with everything you could need, and are very responsive and hospitable. If you’re debating on staying here, or a hotel I’d definitely choose this rental! Having the kitchen was so great, and the hose outside was perfect to keep the sand out of your living space. The beach outside and the pool were also fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!!

Looks just like the photos. Due to trees the pool gets pretty messy but gets cleaned. 5 minute walk to the beach. Conveniences stores close by. 20 min ride from Old San Juan

Great place to stay at. Loved the location, it’s in the center of many popular attractions such as bars, beaches, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets & stores. There was some hiccups with the lock but overall amazing experience. The customer service team is very prompt and easy to communicate with. The place was EXTREMELY CLEAN and having a pool (for the entire complex, it is not private) was very clutch. The photos do match the apartment, however I do believe it needs a paint touch up. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb if you want something on the cheaper side, but very comfortable and accessible for traversing PR.

Great location right by the beach. Security is mostly theater for the overall compound,, as you can access the properties by a skate park without needing any gate codes, but the apartments themselves are secure. Juan Carlos is an amazing host, go see him perform if you’re able!

Beautiful area, with pool and beach access! Space was simple, clean, and had two strong working ACs. Two grocery stores close by and quick food options across the street. Street cats in neighborhood are super friendly and we loved seeing them! Only flaw was wifi connection going in and out for our tv. Hosts were super accommodating and very quick to respond to messages. When there was an issue with our air mattress, they immediately came to swap it out. Couldn’t have been a better stay.

Our stay was great. Space was very clean. Loved the bright colors in the living room. The beach toys and games were a great touch. Having the activities listing was a great time saver.
The Otium Rental was exactly as described.
The Otium Rental was exactly as described. It was extremely clean. The air conditioning worked great. There is a ductless system in each room. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of hot water. The Otium management team was super responsive to our needs. The location was walking distance to the beach, stores, and many restaurants and nightlife. Also, a 7 minute Uber ride into Old San Juan and a 10 minutedrive to the airport. I would highly recommend this rental.
