We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Otium’s penthouse. Although the stay had a somewhat rocky start because the apartment had not yet been cleaned until nearly 2 hours after the check-in time, this was quickly overlooked given how well-kept the apartment was and how wonderful the location is, just minutes from the beach. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and explore all that Puerto Rico has to offer! It is very close to wonderful restaurants, historical sites, and a quick 200 meters to the beach. The apartment also has a lovely large terrace with string lights, which we enjoyed at night and during our morning coffee. The staff was also very proactive in making sure everything was going well. We would absolutely stay here again!

I just wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience at The Weekender—we had an amazing time! The location is absolutely perfect and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, and for places that were a little further away, Ubers were quite affordable and no more than $13. I also can’t say enough about the staff. They were incredibly polite and responsive, making sure our space was impeccably clean throughout our stay. It was such a relief knowing we could reach out to them anytime, and they’d respond promptly. Just a small heads-up about parking—it can be a bit challenging since it’s on a residential street, but that’s a minor detail compared to the overall experience. We truly appreciated the WiFi availability and always having clean towels on hand. We’ll certainly be looking to book another stay in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay here.
Absolutely loved our stay here. It was quiet at night with some nice music during the day. Absolutely beautiful hotel space, the pool was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a late flight on the day of checkout and they allowed us to stay around the premises until It was time for us to go which was so helpful. I already have a family member booked to stay here next month and will be back myself!

I had such a wonderful experience staying at Otium’s Airbnb! I booked a last-minute trip for my mom’s birthday/Christmas and initially wanted a hotel, but with no good options, I turned to Airbnb and found Otium—and I’m so glad I did! The location was unbeatable. Everything was within walking distance: amazing restaurants, the beach, a liquor store, Walgreens, and the highlight—La Placita de Santurce. It’s a vibrant area with a variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs, just a 15-minute walk away. It’s definitely worth visiting, especially on a Friday or Saturday night for a lively atmosphere. Sunday was more relaxed, which was also nice. Overall, Otium provided the perfect spot for our trip, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

The apartment was in a great location – two short blocks from Condado Beach and steps from the main street with plenty of restaurants. Condado Beach is amazing — the waves are big and strong and there are often rip tides so we only went in to our waist, but felt totally safe doing that with our teenagers. Little kids just played where it was very shallow. We enjoyed walking to restaurants in different neighborhoods like La Patrona, which was delicious! We walked to Old San Juan (a long walk), Escambron Beach (where you can snorkel – no waves), and Santurce (artist area with great street murals). The location of the apartment made it very easy to walk everywhere. The apartment worked great for our family of 5, using the living room futon as a bed so all 3 kids had their own bed. The kitchen has pretty minimal cooking things (no salt, pepper, oil, and no oven, just a 2-burner stove top), but was perfect for making breakfast and sandwiches to pack.

We stayed at this space for 4 days, the space is nice and clean, has everything we needed, a fully functioning kitchen and AC, a little private pool to relax. The unit is spacious and not cluttered (important for families with toddler!). The location is awesome – just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, breakfast/brunch places, pharmacies and small grocery shops, 10 minutes Uber to Old San Juan or the airport. The host is very responsive and answered our questions promptly. The bathroom is not as spacious but works fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it!

1) Signs directing where to dispose of garbages into outside trash cans. 2) level the transition step from hallway into the bathroom; that is a serious trip hazard. 3) neighborhood is very well lit, maybe bedroom blackout curtains or shades. 4) dining chairs should have felt slides on the legs, noisy for downstairs occupants.

Had an amazing stay here with my family. Perfect for folks who want a little more space and culture than a hotel. The apartment is brand new, nicely decorated, and spotless. Great location – just a few blocks from the main strip of Condado beach (with coffee shops, restaurants, and a Walgreens just a few blocks away), and a quick uber to Old San Juan and many other areas.
I have been to San Juan several times
I have been to San Juan several times and always stayed in the Condado area due to its proximity to everything I enjoy in San Juan and the surrounding areas. Upon arrival, I met with the building management who welcomed us, showed us our unit and provided accommodated all our request in little to no time. The brand new building offered spectacular amenities and convenient parking. During our stay, we had a few more ask, some of them late at night and the 24/7 support line responded and helped us in a timely manner. While Condado has a beach, it was lovely to have access to the pool on the facility to cool off on a warm day without needing to go to the beach! All the amenities and spectacular services made our stay extremely delightful and I can’t wait to make this my go-to spot in Condado. Thanks to Juan and Jose!

-Was about 15 minutes away from the airport -super easy to check in took second to get into our room -central a/c and heating was perfect -pool was spotless and we even caught a few staff stopping just to make sure everything was spotless -there was a tons of coqui frogs hidden around the property signing to us made it so easy to fall asleep to it – there are a bunch of restaurants, bars, clubs and beaches close by which made it easy to have a great time

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the week and I have to say it’s my 3rd time in PR but this stay by far was the best! Not only is it beautiful, peaceful, and just like the pictures but its also at an amazing location. You have the beach within minutes walking distance, theres restaurants around, a walgreens, and everything like viejo san juan, la placita, etc, within 10mins away. It was amazing and the staff very friendly. We loved it and will be back!
