Truly, an iconic stay
Truly, an iconic stay! The best location imaginable in San Juan. Short walk to El Morro and the cafes of Old San Juan. If I could give more than five stars, I would. The unit itself is inspiring with its color, vintage doors and vaulted ceilings. Excellent wifi for those who have to work. Host is so responsive and kind with a seamless and quick self-check in.

This property was great! Good neighborhood, easy to get to from the airport, close to Old San Juan, and lots of restaurant/bar choices nearby.
The pool was right outside of the apartment unit and we never had an issue with other building guests making the area feel too crowded.
Overall felt very safe and would definitely stay again!

This property is as beautiful as it is advertised. My wife and I stayed a few days to celebrate the new year and we got lost in the space. Super spacious. The decor, the old feel of old San Juan in the architecture was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The spiral stair case was a challenge but all in all it was a great stay. The hosts are what made it top tier tough. Check in was simple. We had a small issue with the hot water and they were super responsive and had a tech at the unit immediately. We asked for more towels and they were also dropped of immediately. Host did a great job staying in constant contact with us and offering hospitality the entire way. I was very very impressed.
Negative:
The parking was a challenge but that just comes with the package when you stay in viejo San Juan. But we were lucky to still find parking close by every day.
Great location and the space is beautiful
Great location and the space is beautiful. Just had an issue with the water pressure the first few days but seemed to be addressed later in the stay. The host was easy to connect with and had great communication. The beach is a short walk down the street and is very private which we enjoyed. At night the area is gated off offering additional security. Overall great place and would recommend staying.
My wife and I really enjoyed this place
My wife and I really enjoyed this place. My wife originally stayed for a few days while visiting her parents. I can later and decided to book it for a few more days while I was there. This place certainly does not disappoint. There is so much space, and you feel right at home. My wife really enjoyed the large size kitchen. This location is so close to the airport and close to many places to eat and to the beach. Everything is within walking distance and in a safe environment. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The host is excellent and very responsive.

The apartment was immaculate, fully equipped, and clearly well maintained. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, which was helpful during my stay.
The best parts were the host’s attentiveness and quick responses, and of course the location. I had a great stay here and will definitely book again. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb felt like a home away from home. The space was well maintained, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. Everything I needed was provided, and the area was quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
Serenity by the Sea was everything we wanted and needed
Serenity by the Sea was everything we wanted and needed! It was an amazing deal for the price—right on the beach, where we spent time day and night. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry in the unit. The balcony overlooking the pool was a lovely bonus.
Excellent customer service and a fantastic location, close to great restaurants (including several five-star options). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Sehr viele Tauben saßen direkt vor Fenstern. Diese waren laut und haben Schmutz (Federn, Vogelkot) verteilt, der leider auch durch die Läden vor den Fenstern flog. Da sich die Fenster nicht komplett schließen ließen, war bei stärkerem Wind Durchzug.
We enjoyed our stay at Otiums place in San Juan
We enjoyed our stay at Otiums place in San Juan. It was centrally located between Old San Juan and Condado which made it easy to get around. For a studio apt it was just enough to enjoy the stay comfortably with a great view from the balcony. The host was friendly and quick with communication, the desk attendants were also friendly and helpful. We had issues with the fridge not working and the AC leaking, it caused some stress and anxiety but we still had a great stay. Would definitely book again if those issues get fixed!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was lovely and comfortably accommodated our family of five. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made family meals easy. The location was perfect—there were lots of great places to eat nearby, it was within walking distance to the beach, and there was plenty to do. The host was fantastic; they were always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our entire trip. Highly recommend!
Breathtakingly beautiful and spacious, modern, clean apartment

Beautiful apartment which looks better than the photos even. Immaculately clean, modern and very spacious. Breathtaking view from the balcony and bedrooms of the ocean. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in perfect condition. If you are having any doubts about booking this, don’t think and go ahead!
Negative:
Security staff can be difficult to work with during check in process esp with regards to wanting IDs for every guest and requesting verification calls from the host.
Our stay with Otium was excellent
Our stay with Otium was excellent. The host was responsive before, during and after our stay. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and was promptly resolved. The apartment was in great condition and exactly as described in the listing. Great location in Condado, my family and I felt very safe during our stay. Apartment is close to many shops and restaurants on Ashford. Would book again and recommend to others.

Mountain-side spot with views of El Yunque. Great base for exploring the east coast. It’s residential, so shop at Walmart first; a gas station is 10 mins away. This renovated 3-bedroom is perfect for groups, featuring new furniture, a desk, and ample storage. Parking is easy; laundry is coin-op. A/C is strong, though the ground floor feels humid. We had plumbing issues (clogged sink/toilet), so the sewage system needs work and the open shower design always make a puddle on the floor. We suggest to offer more towels . The support team was lightning-fast. Good value!
