Nice location in condado district. Super close to everything. It’s nice to have parking. A little tight but to be expected in the middle of the city. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Old San Juan is close by. A little loud but again to be expected in location. Nice little plunge pool. Property was impecable. Everything was in great condition, super clean and functioning. Worked out great for our family!
Great location!
Great location! Within walking distance of everything. The place was clean and felt very private and secluded, even though there were other units. I do think more bags for trash should be provided given that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet, but that is my only minimal complaint. Had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful penthouse! The water views from the spacious balcony were breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax. The location was unbeatable—just a two-minute walk to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants. Plus, the proximity to the airport made traveling a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel in Puerto Rico for three days, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm and friendly service. The communication was excellent, with staff always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. The accommodations were pristine and beautifully decorated, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style. I’m truly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, yet conveniently located retreat. While the parking space was tight
While the parking space was tight, and took a few tries to get into, it was worth it! These apartments are so close to the beach! It is inside a gated community, and the parking and entrance access are also behind gates. The apartment was clean, the A/C worked well, and the kitchen had what we needed. The bedrooms had plenty of space and closet space, bath and beach towels included. There was plenty of hot water. The balcony was awesome for hanging out, listening to the ocean, and watching the (taken care of) stray cats wandering and interacting. 15 minute ride to airport, and 10 minute ride to Old San Juan. Would definitely come back!

The space felt stylish yet cozy, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. The location is unbeatable—situated in a vibrant area with fantastic restaurants, cafes, and shops just steps away. Whether you’re looking to explore Old San Juan, hit the beach, or enjoy the local nightlife, everything is easily accessible. The host was incredibly attentive and provided great recommendations, making check-in and communication seamless. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. If you’re visiting San Juan and want a place that offers both comfort and convenience, Otium is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!
I absolutely loved my stay at Otium
I absolutely loved my stay at Otium for a quick weekend get away. From start to finish I enjoyed myself. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and serval options as I had to wait for my room to be ready for check in (I got there hours early so I knew I’d be waiting a bit). I was provided with water and a beach towel. Check in was quick. I had drinks at the bar and laid by the pool one evening it was luxurious. The beach and several restaurants and bars are less than 7min walking in every direction. Prime vacation location. I cannot wait to come back when the onsite restaurants is completed to try their brunch! If you’re thinking about staying at Otium, book it!
Great place to stay!
Great place to stay! Very close to the airport, beach and everything else you’ll need. We were down the road from Walmart and made multiple trips for food and other supplies. Ubers to nearby restaurants and bars were inexpensive. The place was clean and spacious enough for the five of us. The pool is shared with other units in the complex but that was no problem. There was great communication from the host and all questions were answered in no time. Overall the experience was great and we would stay there again!!

A very nice, cozy place and close to many restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. When we arrived the key-lock didn’t work, I wrote for a key to keep our things safe and they responded pretty quickly. Be sure to read all the descriptions on the listing as I didn’t know they charged $25 APART from the total that appears on the Airbnb invoice. This $25 IS NOT REFUNDABLE, although it is a security fee, they do not give it back even if everything is in order. Another thing to know is that there was a loud noise from the water heater. The pool was quite cold so we could not enjoy it, the surroundings of the pool and inside the pool had many leaves from the trees around it and had sand on the bottom, anyway I understand that it was quite clean. Parking is quite tight, so if you have a fairly large vehicle it will be difficult to park. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Was a good stay at the Otium weekender. The location was ideal and close to everything you need including the airport and beach. It had a nice little pool that was nice to relax by. The only real negatives I could find was lack of storage space for clothes and the rooms not being cleaned daily due to low staff. I would however stay again if I visited. Thanks

Overall, a great Airbnb! Cute little place within walking distance to Condado beach and restaurants. The space was exactly as advertised. Small but cozy with everything we needed. Quiet and felt very safe. No issue with noisy neighbors. The property is gated however the parking area is unlocked and open so it’s not totally secured. The proper is very well managed and the communication between the host was easy and always very quick. They were very on top of making sure we had everything we needed. Nice they offered beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling things. The pool was clear and well maintained. Only complaint is the bathroom shower. The water temp was all over the place – super hot then very cold. I would stay here again with a future visit to San Juan.

Enjoyed every interaction I had and they certainly have a bright future ahead of them. I believe they had just opened a couple months ago and had not been fully staffed and accommodating. I would go back in the future but maybe instead of 6 nights just do a weekend

What a great place to spend a few days in San Juan! Our group of 4 loved the walkability to the beach, restaurants and bars, and convenience of having the pool to use as well. The area is very safe and we felt really comfortable walking in the evening as a group of 4 women. The WiFi was strong, AC was powerful, and the apartment was tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a bit small, but manageable. 10/10 would recommend!

Incredible stay and amazing staff. Steven had the best recommendations and Miguel made the best drinks. Amazing food & bars within 5 mins of walking distance. Villa kinda feels like love island lol, definitely IG/Tik Tok worthy. Thanks for a great stay and I’ll be back!
