Kyara welcomes you generously. The place is great and worth every penny., the views are beautiful and the sound of the ocean at night relaxes you. The bed is great and we got our rest every night. Apartment is so spacious that being in a wheelchair is not easy to move around but the space inside the apartment is great for the wheelchair. The administrative manager of the complex had to address an issue with a the handicap ramp into the building that was blocked by a guest, but the issue was temporarily resolved so I can use the ramp during my stay. One point that I will mention is that the unit is on second floor and there’s an elevator with a generator as backup when the power is out. I’ve already forwarded the link to my family and friends to promote the apartment. I know that we will return to this facility to enjoy a great vacation.

“once we first got there the instructions was unclear and we had an issue with the lock standing out in humidity for 45 minutes even though kyara was super communicative it still sucked we had to wait that long for help. but besides that the place was great! the AC felt good in both rooms and the bed was super comfortable. me personally dont mind loud outside noise but its close to a bar that some nights like to get loud but other than that 8/10 i wouldn’t stay here again. oh Ps there’s a lot of great things to do near and great restaurants

Being born and raised on the island Kyaras’ place made me feel right at home! The sounds of the ocean at any given time really make you feel like you’ve escaped reality and can put your mind at peace. Everything was exactly as advertised and access was seamless. This home is tucked away enough to where there was absolutely no noise other than nature, but at the same time a short hop away from some great restaurants, panaderias, bars and views. I’d even recommend this stay to my family from Dorado for a short west-coast getaway. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the host and team. You’ve made visiting with my girlfriend and showing her my home, that much more memorable ❤️

I recently stayed at this location again, and I have to say, it was just as great as I remembered. The neighborhood feels really safe, which is always a big plus for me. It’s on a quiet street, so you can relax without any noise disturbances. Plus, getting to all the local attractions was super easy. Everything I wanted to see and do was just a short walk or drive away. I’d definitely choose to stay here again in the future!

The place was very clean, private, and had a good atmosphere! The staff was very nice and was always willing to help if we had questions. The pool was nice and the coquis sounded so cute 🙂 the only thing that me and my friend would change is the lack of a door to the bathroom. The bathroom is open concept so there wasn’t a door for privacy. The price for the amount of time we were staying was extremely reasonable and we would stay there again! Highly recommend cause there are a lot of things to do within walking distance as well!

I loved everything about the stay! It was a rough beginning as instructions were not sent on how to checkin. I had to call twice before receiving a call back with instructions which was very stressing especially after traveling for 9 hours.There isn’t any assigned parking so you would have to park on the street. (We had no issue finding parking for most of our stay) Other than that everything was great! Location was perfect and close to everything! There was a great little coffee shop about 3 minutes walking. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The inside space was also very big! It was clean and the a/c worked amazing which was a necessity with this weather. Great little kitchen stocked with all your kitchen needs. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Really enjoyed my stay here for the week! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. The location is great – walkable to all the restaurants and nightlife in Condado while still being tucked away on a quiet road. The host and Otium team went above and beyond with their hospitality. I would love to stay here again.
I recently stayed at The Weekender
I recently stayed at The Weekender and honestly it was absolute perfection. From the moment we checked in I felt like I was entering a little tropical oasis. The location could not be better, it is just a few steps from Ocean Park Beach in a neighborhood full of great cafes, restaurants, and local energy. One of my favorite parts was the staff, they were always so warm, attentive, and helpful. Any little request was handled fast and with a smile. We truly felt taken care of! If you are looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing escape, or just a place to reset, this is it. We truly can’t wait to come back!! 🙂
Beautiful place to stay right on the condado lagoon!
Beautiful place to stay right on the condado lagoon! The view was amazing on the balcony. Air conditioner worked nicely, place was nice, beds were comfy and entry was easy with the pin pad on the door. This is a great location to stay in, especially if you don’t rent a car. Escambron beach was a short walk away. Condado beach was a quick uber ride which was a great beach especially to watch the sunset or get some pineapple/ coconut drinks! Ubers were cheap and very accessible. We were close to everything via uber- old San Juan, the lively area of condado with lots of bars and restaurants and El Choli. There were some restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store within walking distance. Highly recommend El Taller Tacos for lunch/ dinner and Ochocielos for breakfast/ brunch! The only thing I’d mention is that the shower was either super hot or room temp/ cold but I know that’s a Puerto Rico thing and it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!
Don’t let the local area intimidate you
Don’t let the local area intimidate you, the people of San Juan are caring and respectful. Many nights I found myself walking around til 3 am with no issue, (exercise caution of course). The beach is a quick walk away with local restaurants open 24/7, the location made it ideal to explore all of San Juan. I was so busy with the city and exploring Puerto Rico as much as possible I didn’t have time to explore the pool and I was here for 7 days.

We loved our stay here while in San Juan! Location is perfect for a mix of beach, restaurants, and short ride to Old San Juan. Host was very responsive and accommodating when it came to helping us with a fix we needed. Super cute apartment aesthetic and perfect for our needs. Pool was a great addition.

This place is was perfect for my family!! very nice and modern place … location is amazing and always the host was available to answer any question ! Coffee ,water and tee give to us a nice welcome ! We make the best choice and we will to choice again for sure this place !!!

Had an amazing stay at the Weekender! The location was amazing – a 5 min walk to the beach and 15 min drive to old San Juan. The hotel itself was super clean and always smelled amazing. On top of that, the staff were always super helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Puerto Rico
First time doing Airbnb
First time doing Airbnb, first time in PR and we stayed for five days it is a must to come back to PR and to this location. The location itself is great, close to everything and very well distributed. Jessica was my host and if I could I’ll give her and the property 10 stars I will, she was extremely kind and responsive. Anything that we need she was always open and helpful right away, her kindness and the way she assisted us was A1+. Definitely will be back because 5 days are not enough! I have to thank Jessica also for her assistance with the parking space, if you are lucky like I was you might be able to arrange that if not street is safe or any close parking lots as well! Thank you so much for all your help and I absolutely will recommend this property and Jessica anytime!
