I loved everything about the stay!
I loved everything about the stay! It was a rough beginning as instructions were not sent on how to checkin. I had to call twice before receiving a call back with instructions which was very stressing especially after traveling for 9 hours.There isn’t any assigned parking so you would have to park on the street. (We had no issue finding parking for most of our stay) Other than that everything was great! Location was perfect and close to everything! There was a great little coffee shop about 3 minutes walking. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The inside space was also very big! It was clean and the a/c worked amazing which was a necessity with this weather. Great little kitchen stocked with all your kitchen needs. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Really enjoyed my stay here for the week! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. The location is great – walkable to all the restaurants and nightlife in Condado while still being tucked away on a quiet road. The host and Otium team went above and beyond with their hospitality. I would love to stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Weekender and honestly it was absolute perfection. From the moment we checked in I felt like I was entering a little tropical oasis. The location could not be better, it is just a few steps from Ocean Park Beach in a neighborhood full of great cafes, restaurants, and local energy. One of my favorite parts was the staff, they were always so warm, attentive, and helpful. Any little request was handled fast and with a smile. We truly felt taken care of! If you are looking for a romantic getaway, a relaxing escape, or just a place to reset, this is it. We truly can’t wait to come back!! 🙂
Beautiful place to stay right on the condado lagoon!
Beautiful place to stay right on the condado lagoon! The view was amazing on the balcony. Air conditioner worked nicely, place was nice, beds were comfy and entry was easy with the pin pad on the door. This is a great location to stay in, especially if you don’t rent a car. Escambron beach was a short walk away. Condado beach was a quick uber ride which was a great beach especially to watch the sunset or get some pineapple/ coconut drinks! Ubers were cheap and very accessible. We were close to everything via uber- old San Juan, the lively area of condado with lots of bars and restaurants and El Choli. There were some restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store within walking distance. Highly recommend El Taller Tacos for lunch/ dinner and Ochocielos for breakfast/ brunch! The only thing I’d mention is that the shower was either super hot or room temp/ cold but I know that’s a Puerto Rico thing and it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!
Don’t let the local area intimidate you
Don’t let the local area intimidate you, the people of San Juan are caring and respectful. Many nights I found myself walking around til 3 am with no issue, (exercise caution of course). The beach is a quick walk away with local restaurants open 24/7, the location made it ideal to explore all of San Juan. I was so busy with the city and exploring Puerto Rico as much as possible I didn’t have time to explore the pool and I was here for 7 days.

We loved our stay here while in San Juan! Location is perfect for a mix of beach, restaurants, and short ride to Old San Juan. Host was very responsive and accommodating when it came to helping us with a fix we needed. Super cute apartment aesthetic and perfect for our needs. Pool was a great addition.

This place is was perfect for my family!! very nice and modern place … location is amazing and always the host was available to answer any question ! Coffee ,water and tee give to us a nice welcome ! We make the best choice and we will to choice again for sure this place !!!

Had an amazing stay at the Weekender! The location was amazing – a 5 min walk to the beach and 15 min drive to old San Juan. The hotel itself was super clean and always smelled amazing. On top of that, the staff were always super helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Puerto Rico
First time doing Airbnb
First time doing Airbnb, first time in PR and we stayed for five days it is a must to come back to PR and to this location. The location itself is great, close to everything and very well distributed. Jessica was my host and if I could I’ll give her and the property 10 stars I will, she was extremely kind and responsive. Anything that we need she was always open and helpful right away, her kindness and the way she assisted us was A1+. Definitely will be back because 5 days are not enough! I have to thank Jessica also for her assistance with the parking space, if you are lucky like I was you might be able to arrange that if not street is safe or any close parking lots as well! Thank you so much for all your help and I absolutely will recommend this property and Jessica anytime!

We had a great stay in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Condado. The pool was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. It was helpful to have basic seasonings and coffee pods available. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Great for families, with beach chairs and other items ready to use. Communication with the host concierge service was fabulous and a great touch. Check in and check out were smooth. The eye masks and ear plugs were a thoughtful touch, although we enjoyed hearing the coquí at night and skipped the ear plugs. The air conditioning was strong and the apartment felt very clean. The only downside was the limited hot water. Otherwise, this place was an excellent choice for our trip.

“We had a great stay at this rental! The location is perfect—walkable to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Despite being so central, it was quiet, which made it easy to relax. The apartment was nice, very clean, and the AC worked great. One pleasant surprise was that there’s a washer and dryer available, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but came in handy. The only thing we thought could make the place even better would be having a Keurig machine since they also provided K-Cups with authentic Puerto Rican coffee. Overall, it was an excellent spot and we’d definitely stay again!

The location is amazing!
The location is amazing! The place is just perfect for a couple of people looking to get a comfortable stay and explore and enjoy the beach and the city. A short walk and you get to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You can walk to great restaurants and even venture out to fun places like Santurce, Calle Loíza and catch a short ride to enjoy Old San Juan.

It was close enough to Old San Juan and the beach to explore with ease, yet it still felt peaceful and private. Spectacular! 🤩 100% recommended👌. All new, a modern, relaxing atmosphere and first-class service. As soon as you walk in, it smells clean. They have details in the room of water bottles, chips, pool towels, refrigerator, safe, television, in short, everything for your stay. The room had another private pool😍, ideal for couples. The check-in and check-out process was excellent, simple and flexible. Communication at all times. They have a Studio gym. The bar had very cold beers and delicious innovative cocktails to hang out while you watch your favorite games. Hector the bartender is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are very responsible and committed. It’s a boutique hotel for adults, super centrally located on Loiza Street, where you’ll find pharmacies, shops, restaurants on the corner and steps from the beach. I’ll definitely be back🙏. Satisfied and grateful.

We loved our stay with Otium! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and had great amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice standing showers. The AC units worked well throughout the apartment which was a great relief. The kitchen was well equipped and a good gathering space. The location was perfect in Ocean Park with easy access to the beach and many cafes on McLeary Ave and restaurants on Calle Loíza.
