Everyone on the Otium team and on location at the hotel was extremely supportive and friendly. From the bartenders to the online staff, there was always someone we could go to for help. The location is also right next to a bunch of resturants, the beach, and so many other things you must check out during your stay. I HIGHLY recommend staying with the Otium team.

I absolutely recommend this property. My husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was wonderful. Peaceful nights, great location close to the beach, bakery and coffee shops. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, the pool was clean and the area was very relaxing.

I had an amazing stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The Airbnb was in the perfect location close to everything. I ended up leaving my watch that was a family gift and the host was very attentive and very helpful and made sure and shipped my watch back to me in Indiana. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone going to Puerto Rico. I definitely plan on staying again when I go back. Thank you for the experience.

My stay was absolutely amazing! We were greeted by a member of their team. It felt very personal. You can feel the peace as you walk in. The room was extremely clean – loved the shower area! The salt water pool is amazing and their bartender gave us great drinks. No doubt that I will be back whenever I just want to unplug and relax. An awesome experience overall!!

Pros: -The unit has what you needed for a comfortable stay. -Good air conditioning. -Nice area, it is close to the beach and a lot of popular spots. -Property manager was polite. Cons: -Shower pressure is pretty weak, it gets the job done but it is not the most enjoyable shower. – Parking is very limited. – The unit is decent but the lighting in the pictures does make it seem a little nicer than it is in person but it was still a comfortable stay just not as updated as the pictures show.

“I recently stayed at The Weekender Hotel in San Juan, and it was fantastic. Tucked away in the Ocean Park neighborhood, this boutique hotel is just a short walk from the beach, great restaurants, and fun nightlife spots. Even though it’s close to all the action, the hotel itself is super quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were clean and modern, with a simple yet stylish design that felt fresh and inviting. The bed was really comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The property overall has a calming vibe that makes you feel at ease as soon as you arrive. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend The Weekender to anyone visiting San Juan. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a mix of relaxation and easy access to everything the city has to offer. I had a great time and can’t wait to stay here again!

It was adequate and clean.
It was adequate and clean. Missing a closet and would have preferred the TV in the bedroom of the suite. Next time I would get the studio instead. Also, all management is done remotely. There’s no one on the premises to meet for check-in or any request. It would’ve been easier to check in if I would’ve known that.

Excelente experiencia y hospitalidad. El lugar es precioso y la piscina nos encantó. Los más que nos gustó fue el trato y toda la hermosa vegetación. Si estás considerando quedarte aquí por favor hazlo, no vas arrepentirte. Como nota y si quieres utilizar la piscina en forma de L, asegurarse bien si la habitación que te quedarías tiene acceso a la piscina pequeña, ya que es exclusiva para dos cuartos en específico. ¡Muchas gracias!

Very nice and helpful host! If we needed something and messaged host it was brought to us within minutes! Only downside of out stay was the last night, lights went off, around 6/7pm and we just a got a room for the night at 12:30am because it was too hot too sleep, other than that everything was good
This is my kind of place
This is my kind of place, centrally located, safe, extremely clean, fun, the ac work great, the bedding was really comfortable even the sofa bed a + Right in front of the beach.. even had all the beach equipment. It was close to everything from grocery store to the best restaurants and hang out places.
This residence is located perfectly
This residence is located perfectly with walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and beach 2 blocks away. There are local mom and pop shops with authentic PR food that we ate at almost every day. Walkable drug stores for any last minute needs and easy/ quick Uber ride to La placita and old San Juan. Despite our apartment not having working water the first night, Mark, Otium team member actively communicated with us until the issue was resolved. We appreciated his hard work on this. Would definitely stay here again.

Great and convenient stay
Great and convenient stay. Customer service was friendly and always available when needed. Loved that this unit was in a gated community with security. Felt safe with my husband and 10 month old. Added plus was the washer and dryer unit. Very convenient with all the watersports my family was indulging in. Would love to rebook in the future.
