We were four girls staying at Otium.
We were four girls staying at Otium. The place looks exactly like pictures. Otium is a great host, they are quick at response and garnered our needs on requests. The place is on level 4 so it’s big of stair climbing. The apartment is spacious with 2 rooms with queen bed each and one bathroom. Bathroom is a bit small. The living room was cutely decorated. We love the fact they have 2 patios at front and back of the apartment. We used their late checkout and birthday balloon add-ons. They delivered all the services on time. The neighborhood is very safe. The closest beach is just 15-17 min walk. Overall we had a great stay.

Great place to stay! Super close to the beach which is always a plus. Clean & inviting. So nice that it comes with parking too!

Our stay was fantastic, 5 stars all the way. Felt super safe, nice area, great add ons! That pool was amazing plus the beach is a short walk away. But over all what got me was how safe we felt our whole stay with a security guard posted daily and over night. Would for sure book again, super spacious and our group had a blast.

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and it was in a really nice neighborhood.
The Airbnb was exactly as pictured and it was in a really nice neighborhood and had several beautiful views! The beach was around the corner and it was surrounded by luxury houses. It was literally 12 minutes away from everything in Downtown San Juan. There was a Walmart and a couple of grocery stores close by. The only downside was that we went during Hurricane Fiona and the power and water went out in the building BUT our host, Juan did everything in his will to accommodate us. He brought us gallons of water, flashlights, and ensured us that we were safe. After the power and water went out, we could no longer cook or refrigerate our food and/or use the bathroom. Juan understood the circumstances and refunded for the 2 days we encountered that dilemma. He was honestly the best host and his communication was *chefs kiss* he always answered our calls no more than two rings later and was very understanding. If I could give him 8 stars, I would. But note to self: don’t go to PR in during Hurricane season 😅

Great spot! We felt close to everything, and were able to enjoy the beach access, gym, tennis courts and pool for the building, and were perfectly situated between the night-life friendly La Placita, the airport and historic San Juan for all our itinerary plans. Street Fighter was a fun distraction – bring your A-game because the computer is difficult to beat!

This place was everything we needed!
This place was everything we needed! It was a stone’s throw from the beach. Super comfortable. Even after a couple of days we started really feeling at home here. We had a few storms while we were staying here and everything was just so close by and convenient. The communication was on point! When we told them about our pup staying with us, they went above and beyond. Can’t say enough nice things. It is so close to the airport. We were moving back to the states and had a ridiculous list of things that needed to get done and this place was just perfect and comfortable to come back to after a long day! Thank you thank you!! ❤️

Great location, very spacious and comfortable for five of us. There was a little hiccup checking in at 2 in the morning but communication is very easy and quick , host came as soon as he can and solve the problem. Excellent beds ,very comfortable . Also it was close to beach, restaurants , airport and markets . It has safe parking ! Gated with 24 hour security.
This location is a great location to stay in Condado.
This location is a great location to stay in Condado. It’s very close San Turce for restaurants and night life, there’s a beach behind the building, 20 mins from Old San Juan or Pinones, and about 20 mins from the airport. Right outside the building you can walk down the strip and find some good restaurants and bars as well. Will definitely stay in this area again if I come back!

Great apartment! Very big and comfortable. The tv is huge and perfect for a family movie night. Response was quick when needed. Close walk to the beach and Otium has beach chairs and towels. Private parking space for one car and easy to find spot on the street for additional cars.

I must say from start to finish this house was the absolute best came out personally Brought extra linen very communicative. His B&B is so clean so unique by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in it’s so beautiful and close to the ocean the water spits at you honestly in my opinion if I’m in Puerto Rico I would not stay anywhere else but there and if it’s booked I will work around his schedule to plan my trip because his place is just that good and his welcoming is even better I appreciate the time you took for me and my family Godspeed🙏🏿

This Airbnb is located in a good area in San Juan. The location has great cafes and restaurants in walking distance with plenty of parking. My family and I felt very safe. The decor of the Airbnb is even more beautiful in person. It has Caribbean written all over it. Additional the host is lovely and made our happiest their priority. I greatly appreciate that! I would definitely stay here again.

This place is beautiful! It’s very spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect and you feel safe because you are in a gated building. The beach is literally 2 mins walking distance, and the pool was amazing too. We loved our stay!!

I stayed here with my family of six and it was a great location for those looking for quick access to the beach, nightlife, and proximity to restaurants! We rented a car for our visit and it was a big plus to have a designated parking spot located directly next to our unit. The apartment is located within a residential village that is gated and you can only access the neighborhood through a 24/7 operated security gate – which I only mention for anyone concerned about safety; the neighborhood was lovely and gorgeous! I would say that this listing is ideal for groups of 5 or less simply because there is only one bathroom and the sofa bed can only really fit one person comfortably. Moreover, the host was super accommodating and friendly and really made us feel welcome. He responded quickly and effectively which ensured a smooth check-in, check-out, and was able to provide us with any items we may have needed to make our stay more comfortable. This was our first time in PR and our first time as a family staying in an Airbnb and we enjoyed it so much! We loved having the in-unit washer and dryer available (especially after beach days and hiking in the rainforest), the kitchen came in handy for family meals, the shower pressure was great, and the A/C worked wonderfully for my siblings who love it really cold.

This place was an absolute GEM! Very stylish too! The place was clean and perfect for my husband, my 8 year old, an 11 month baby and myself. Both the living room and bed room had AC. The couch was a perfect size for my 8 year old and the TV has YouTube for my 11 month old and Netflix for us adults. The kitchen was perfect and the stove top was easy to use. There was so much space in the cabinets. There were many appliances in the kitchen as well as many glasses and plates. The fridge/freezer was spacious. I love the touch of the record player. I was able to talk to my son about how it went from records to Apple Music playlists. There is also a washer and dryer which again was amazing for my family! The bed was very cozy and the bed room is very spacious with the already provided pack and play for my baby to sleep in. The bathroom was a perfect size and the shower has hot water and easy to use. This place also comes with a parking spot which is steps away from the front door which is a huge plus! The host responded very quickly with a question that I had. Truly and amazing experience I would 100% be back and also recommend to family and friends!

I had a great stay! I would recommend to all my friends for sure. It was hard climbing up the stairs sometimes but it was very manageable. It was clean and the communication was amazing!
Our stay was comfortable.
Our stay was comfortable, however sofas needed vacuuming and I never sat on them. The ac intake was totally clogged but the ac was freezing on every setting but maintenance quickly came to clean it. The pillows were thin on the master bed. Ask for more towels. The beach towels need upgrading. Good location and very beautiful views.

I celebrated my 30th birthday in San Juan and Otium rental was perfect for this. I will say that the check in process was a little difficult however, I contacted Otium and they helped me right away. I was able to locate the lockbox and get into the Airbnb. This Airbnb is in a central location to literally everything! Only 10 minutes from airport. It is 10 minutes from La Placita, Isle Verde and club Brava! Also 15 minutes from old San Juan which was awesome. Quiet hours are a concern if you are a bigger group so be mindful of that. Washer and dryer in unit SUPER helpful! Apartment was very clean. Sleeps 5 people comfortably.

This condo was nice, the A/C was always on and super cold. Huge living room with two L-shaped sofas on each corner. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need in it including washer and dryer. Two bedrooms nice size; master bedroom had a bathroom and king size bed. Nice size swimming pool gazebo with barbecue grill, two minutes from the beach. But the nicest thing for me was the hospitality the hostess provided. John was excellent. So accommodating, when we needed extra towels, within the hour they were by the door. He provided us with extra blankets and pillows and at one point the ice maker machine wasn’t working properly in the refrigerator and he literally sent an Uber with a bag of ice to the condo at 11 o’clock at night. That is service for ya! He brought us extra keys; the guy was just awesome. I gave him a five star for hospitality. literally awesome person who cares about your experience. 💕
