The property was clean….the beach is close by…the host always responded on time when if any issues arise…I would stay there again…many places to see from that location…the only problem with stay was pool was not available…from previous reviews it has not been available since April…other than that it was a great stay

Excellent place to stay if you’re looking to be right in the center of everything – bars, restaurants, night life, beaches etc! The rooms looked just like the photos and the roof top terraces were the cherry on top! 100% recommend this property!

Great little oasis , wish we could have stayed longer, but the ferry schedule cut our trip a day short, don’t forget to book your ferry tickets ahead of time (online)we forgot. Loved the shower great water pressure and the outdoor space is gorgeous… also keep an eye out and you might get a chance to see the hummingbirds thanks to the beautiful landscaping in the the property.

Otium Group was stellar to stay with during my trip to San Juan. The neighborhood is very central and near plenty of the Santurce neighborhood attractions. The hosts communicated with us readily and provided us with help as needed. Would recommend!
Place looks just like the pictures
Place looks just like the pictures, great location if you want to be close to city and night life. The balcony at nights is a great place to relax and feel the Puerto Rican breeze. Only complaint is water doesn’t get hot and sometimes not even warm. I expect this tho from older buildings in Puerto Rico so we didn’t have an issue with it, plus the days it gets so hot you’ll want cool water. A/c worked great sometimes too cold lol. Would stay again with Otium and any of their properties.

It was comforting to have their quick response with any assistance we needed. They really want to do everything they can to make your vacation stay a great one on their end. Puerto Rico is awesome, make sure to check it out if you haven’t already!

This host’s responsiveness was beyond superb. Their instructions for check-in and check-out were very spot on. They were very attentive during our stay. We felt very safe and secure and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The neighborhood was within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. We will visit again.
Overall the condo was good.
Overall the condo was good. Everything was very clean. However, when arriving to the condo it is a little confusing trying to find the lock box with the key. The condo is exactly as pictured, but the pictures are much nicer online than the actual place itself. It seemed to be a good location and we felt safe at the condo at night time. I highly recommend a rental car! You will need it. When we arrived we only had 3 towels for 4 adults and there was not a comforter on the king size bed. The communication with management was 10/10 and they fixed the issues immediately. The building did have some sort of sewage issue- so it did smell pretty bad at some times. Overall, we would stay at this location again!

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It was as pictured & described, very clean. Beautiful beach view! The apartment was nicely furnished and had the basic items we needed for comfort. A nice touch was a dispenser mounted in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The kids loved having an arcade game in the apartment and played it every night! All building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We used the tennis court w/racquets/balls provided in the apartment. We used the fitness area, they had a nice assortment of equipment available. The game room had a ping pong table and pool table. The library is close to the laundry room so I sat there and read while doing laundry. The pool was very clean and had a lifeguard. Beach access gate was secure but easy to use. Beach was not crowded and was clean. Many restaurants, shops, Walgreens, and CVS within walking distance. Gated entrance to property with 24 hour guard present to monitor car and pedestrian access. Another 24 hour security guard at building entrance. The parking lot, parking garage, exterior areas, stairwells, and interior common areas were clean and well-lit. I would recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again. We had a great stay!

Everything was great.
Everything was great. Host was polite and communicated very quickly. Host was able to recommend places with a site which lead us to be able to plan a great itinerary. Airbnb was very close to pretty much ALOT of places such as beach, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs (La Placita- a must to visit), and many more. The gated community was a plus.

This has been my BEST Airbnb experience! The condo is in a great location (central to so many things & a good base for exploring the rest of PR). It’s a few blocks from the beach, walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars and food trucks and also close to the freeway. The condo is in a clean, well maintained, gated community. The host is incredibly responsive, attentive & thoughtful. Communication was very prompt and helpful. The day we arrived they left a personal note, a goody basket, and had the AC cranked and ambient lighting on for our arrival! The condo is modern, bright and beautiful. There is 1 bedroom and a very comfortable sectional sofa bed in the living room. Great shower/water pressure, full kitchen with everything you need, stacked washer/drier, central air (not just a window shaker), a dedicated parking spot and the pool is just around the corner. The biggest win- there’s a arcade in the living room packed with multiple classics like Ms PacMan and Dig Dug-my 6 year old was ecstatic! I can’t thank you enough for sharing your Airbnb with us! I highly recommend this location and this host!!!

I booked this unit because I stayed an extra week so I moved from Carolina.
I booked this unit because I stayed an extra week so I moved from Carolina. Everything was great as far as comfort, location in relation to everything, and safety. Bathroom was a bit dated but the overall unit was comfortable. The washer and dryer definitely needs to be updated theyre extremely old and ineffective. Clothes were always damp coming from the dryer. I appreciate the communication from the host and checking up on us regularly. The location of the unit was also very solid and we could get anywhere quickly. Would def stay again.

Beach, dining and local shop all within walking, biking or driving distance. Location was in a secured community with 24hrs guards. The apartment was a 1 bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Pool was not accessible as it was caution taped at the gate…it was clear and pool pump were on during our stay but when I inquired with management they said it was closed for maintenance. ..seemed odd since prior renter noted the same over a month ago. Overall management was attentive and responsive to all my communication. Would stay again mainly to proximity of lodging to beach and l Iocals.

It has a great king bed and a great queen. The two blue sofas fall down into beds but arent as great as a bed but definitely worked! Also had another whole couch as well. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The shower in the bathroom with the king bed is much nicer. Otium responded basically instantly and was very accommodating and helpful with what to do nearby. Definitely recommend this stay!

Loved staying at this apartment for a week. It’s a very beautiful place. The highlight for me was the service we received. Check in was seemingly, the host is extremely responsive and accommodating. Top notch customer service. Highly recommend.

Cute little place in a convenient location right on the beach. The building offers round the clock security which made us feel safe when coming back later at night. The host was great at communicating before and during our trip. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

This location is central to most attractions and beaches. If you want to enjoy outdoor activities be sure to plan an early day as activities like jet skiing, banana boating, etc. close at 4pm daily and closed on Sundays. If you would like to go to the waterfall, plan for a tour. We were informed that there is no service in the mountains to request an Uber.

Great space & service. The Otium team was very receptive to messages if anything was needed. Space: Is as seen in pictures. The building feels pretty secure with security guards on duty 24/7. Bonus is that they’re pretty nice & funny. Location: The spot is central to Condado with quick eats & grocery stores walking distance away. If traversing outside of the Condado touristy area, you’ll find that the Ubers to other areas like Old San Juan, Santurce, Malls, Airport or Beaches are reasonably priced and within 20 minutes drive. Tips: 1. If staying more than a couple of days, don’t be afraid to reach out to Otium for any long term essential supplies that may be missing. We stayed a week, and was met with swift provision of items like mops or dish sponges. 2. Take advantage of the building amenities & beachfront! Although the building is a bit older & under renovations, don’t let that fool you on how well kept many of the airbnb units are as well as the amenities available.

This location is fantastic. A delicious cup of coffee AND the beach were only short walks away. So many places to eat nearby. Building was super secure – gated with onsite security. Oh, and I loved that electric scooters were plentiful and easy to access.
