Otium was super responsive and accommodating. We were able to check into the apt easily and the apt was right in front of the pool. The apt was clean and we had fresh towels and all the amenities we needed. The cleaning staff came daily to clean other apts in the area and they were also super friendly and helpful. Definitely a nice quiet area with other tourists. The location was close to the airport and close to Old San Juan. It was easy to get everywhere. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place for us! The location SO convenient – a 10 minute drive to the Airport & multiple public-access beaches, and 15 minutes to Old San Juan. The pictures were spot on – the patio with the hammock was even more impressive in person. Everything was super clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed. We had a rental car; they mentioned parking was limited and it was, but we were always able to find a spot just around the hill at the top of San Jorge. All of the communication with the host was timely & extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend this place and host!

Loved staying at this airbnb. The apartment has a beautiful beach view and amazing balcony! It’s very well equipped with all the amenities. It’s also centrally located with lots of restaurants around and is a few minutes walk from the beautiful Condado beaches. The host was very responsive and very knowledgeable about the area! The checkin was very smooth. I would 100% recommend it.

Overall our stay was great! The apartment looks just like the photos and is a quick walk to the beach. We liked being able to use the pool after the beach. Everything was clean and there is a washer and dryer so we could wash towels since there are not any extra beach towels. Otium answered our questions quickly and extra towels and blankets were available for purchase.

The host is very responsive and accommodating. This stay felt like being at a hotel but with the ability of cooking for ourselves. Everything was nice and clean.
Great Airbnb.
Great Airbnb. In the middle of old San Juan and condado. If you really want you could walk to San Cristobal castle and downtown old San Juan. Beautiful view great amenities. If we come back to old San Juan I’ll be booking this Airbnb again

Amazing stay, Very close to the beach. The place was clean and up to date. Amenities were also clean. Close to a lot of food places. Definitely would stay here again.
This cozy room is the perfect stay
This cozy room is the perfect stay for beachfront access and poolside lounging. Not only did we feel safe in the gated property which always had security on duty, but also the whole neighborhood. The street was bustling full of life and foot traffic in the afternoons but very quiet and peaceful in the evening. Being right on the edge of a main vein of restaurants and bars made going out fun and easy. We had originally booked another unit in the same building through Otium and unfortunately through no fault of their own they had to cancel us last minute. We spoke with customer service and they did everything, and I mean EVERYTHING they could to make it right. I couldn’t have been happier with the way their team handled the situation . Overall, if we return to the area we would definitely look them up again

Had a great stay at this location. It’s a gated community and walking distance from the beach and a few restaurants. Felt very safe and the place looks just like the pictures. Most Ubers knew the location, and cost a few bucks a ride. Otium provided a link for things to do, places to see, etc. Cons Pedestrian gate key kept getting jammed, but Otium had someone come by and assist with this. Opening the lock box to receive the keys took some time, some else checking in who had figured it out helped. I would stay here again.

The property was basic but suitable. The problem we encountered was the manager emailed me five times stating there were noise complaints. That we were talking too loudly and had excessive noise after 10:00. There were two of us and we were either watching tv or in bed at 10:00. It got quite annoying as we felt we could not enjoy our time in the condo.

Overall it was a decently large one bedroom apartment in a gated community. No frills but had a large bathroom and full kitchen. The pool was sort of uninviting but it’s close to the beach and you can always Uber to other areas of San Juan for very cheap. The listing did say it was had two beds (a queen bed and a sleeper sofa) but when we arrived we couldn’t find sheets for the sleeper sofa (it is an extra charge to have sheets and pillows delivered).

Great place to stay for an affordable price. There is beach gear inside and the arcade games were a fun addition. The place is a quick walk to breakfast spots and to some smaller, quieter beaches. Never felt unsafe behind the locked gate and our locked room, and the staff was reponsive.

Instructions on arrival were clear, apartment is as described. Views are incredible. The building is super unique with really cool architecture. The central hallway is open to the outside and the rest of the building so noise travels easily but the neighbors are quiet and you can’t hear much once inside. There’s a market/grocery store on the corner with everything you need for your stay. A/c is super efficient. Hosts are quick to answer, polite and very accommodating. Building is located on a steep one-way street; the apartment is on the top floor w/ four flights of narrow stairs to climb plus smaller openings, pack light. Wear good shoes on your day of arrival. Centrally located and very walkable. We travelled with our two year old + stroller and found the area safe and welcoming. There were a few ants in the kitchen, as a previous guest mentioned, but nothing extreme or caused us any concern. We kept food sealed and didn’t have an issue. We would definitely stay again

Great that it was on the beach
Great that it was on the beach, and the pool was really nice. Very convenient location and the parking spot was very helpful as we’d rented a car. Lots of things within a 15-20 min walk and several restaurants and things within a block or two. Easy to get on the Highway and close to museums.

Such a cute and spacious place. The hosts were very responsive and quick. They proactively came and brought me extra amenities. The beach is out of this world! It felt like a private beach. The wifi wasn’t the most dependable. Theres a really good restaurant 1min away called Pacos. Great place and the snacks provided were yummy! Super sweet hosts.

Overall Otium’s listing was a great find.
Overall Otium’s listing was a great find. Very well located and accessible. Walkable to a lot of stores, restaurants, & La Placita. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. Had a small issue with parking as it is not actually included with the listing as originally stated but Otium went out of their way to provide a spot for our days there and helped our stay be much more comfortable/accesible. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Pictures doesn’t do the room/ living space justice. Everything was nice and clean, as expected. Pool was shareable and has enough chairs to accommodate people. Place was easy to find and able to enter. Very close to a nice body of water, lots of restaurants, and walking distance (10 mins) to a super market. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
