this place is incredible
this place is incredible old san juan is beautiful and this place is litterly everything you expect … although … this property is ran by a property management company and they did ask for credit card info outside of the airbnb app … we didn’t not like that at all becasue of that I wouldn’t rent from airbnb again if they had a third party property management comp but other than that this place is amazing the neighbors that live dow stairs are incredible people …everything was clean… the beds were alittle hard and would probably recommend better bedding !

El departamento está cerca de todo, a 20 minutos de la placita caminando. Todo es igual que en la descripción, lo único malo es que en la ducha salía muy poca presión de agua, y que en el sofá cama no tenía sábanas y pedimos y nos dijeron que era un cargo adicional. Pero de ahí todo muy bien el departamento está cerca de todo y el Uber sale muy economico, nosotros alquilamos un carro y lo pudimos parquear en la calle con otros carros, fue seguro.
Best location
Best location, in the heart of Condado and walkable to a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach! As far as this place, the host Otium was very responsive. There were just some minor issues like some amenities that were missing but we communicated it well to them and they were able to fulfill those missed items. Very simple apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen has basic essentials. No dedicated workspace and no clothing storage as listed. There are hangers but no racks to hang. Internet connection is good. Windows have no blackouts. In conclusion, it’s worth it but communicate your expectation needs to the host.

The place is good very close to restaurant, casino, and beach
The place is good very close to restaurant, casino, and beach. The only issue that I had was that I didn’t have the code to the other apartment being that the three bedroom is two apartments into one, but that was resolve with a phone call. Is very quiet at night but around 8am you start to hear the traffic and business opening up. You have a Walgreens and CVS up the block and on the opposite direction there’s a Walmart that’s about a 13 minutes’ walk. I will stay here again if I plan to visit Condado in the future.

Great place, very walkable to the beach. Felt safe in the area. Decent selection of restaurants nearby. Good ac in the building, every room had one. We didn’t know that one of the beds was a sofa bed but they brought us sheets quickly and other than that it was a great stay.
I loved the location of this place
I loved the location of this place it’s right near the city everything is walkable distance. Super close to the beach, la Placita, and old San Juan. It was a little hard to find when our Uber dropped us off but Otium was very responsive. Great at communicating and was very clean.

Otium was very responsive to any questions we had
Otium was very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment is bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The video game is not just Ms. Pac Man it has Galaga and Digdug and more and was super fun to play. The area it is in is super cool and walkable. Lots of food and even a couple of bars/live music venues with a diverse array of bands and DJs playing were within walking distance. We would for sure stay there again as our week there made us feel like locals Everytime we stepped in and out of the door. Top notch in every way.
we had a mixed experience
During our recent stay at an Airbnb in Condado, we had a mixed experience. The apartment’s location was a major plus, offering convenient access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and condado beach. However, we encountered a few issues. Firstly, there was a plumbing issue when we arrived, which caused a water leak in one of the bathroom. To the host’s credit, this was promptly resolved. Additionally, the apartment felt stuffy and many of the windows did not open because the keys did not work. When they came to fix the plumbing issue they were able to open some more windows, others remained locked for the duration of our stay. Despite these challenges, the host’s quick response to our concerns and the apartment’s excellent location made our stay worthwhile.
over all it was a good experience
I stayed here with my bf for 10 days, and over all it was a good experience however there were some issues. When we first got there the fridge was leaking and toilet wasn’t working however Otium team responded quickly and the amenities were fixed in a timely manner! The pool was never properly cleaned, thus we went to the local beaches instead to enjoy the weather. The location was perfect as it was not far from the airport, Old San Juan and local grocery stores/restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and we appreciated Otiums help whenever needed.

Anyone could just drive in the development.
The lack of security was an issue with us. The key that you provided us to open the gate wasn’t needed because the gate was broken and unlocked the whole time. Also when driving into the housing development the security system didn’t work. Anyone could just drive in the development. Those were our only two concerns with the property.

Overall our stay was good! Not only is the beach a walkable distance away but it’s actually a really nice walk to ocean park beach. The apartment was clean and exceeded my expectations as far as the amount of things there is for us to use. ( cooking supplies and bathroom stuff) Someone already said this but there are some stains on the couch. No smell, I just threw a bed sheet over it and it was fine. The wifi was slow at times. One thing I wanna say is please get a broom and mop for the apartment! When it rains water comes in from under the door. And if you come from the beach obviously there will be sand. The floor gets really dirty. But communication was very easy and responsive so I appreciate that!

Unfortunately the original Airbnb we had booked with Otium flooded during the flash floods last week. They were quick to move us to a new place. This place was nice but did not have the laundry or king bed that we had paid for when we booked. Overall, otium was very communicative and responded quickly when the first place started to flood.

The host was very responsive, answered questions quickly and was super nice and understanding. Place was clean and just as pictured. There are walkable places near by which was great. I felt pretty safe and comfortable. However, the hot shower water didn’t work, but overall a great place. I would stay there again.
