Convenient place and location. Beach and restaurants at walking distance. About 15 mins from airport. Beautiful views from the windows. Very spacious and accommodating for our group. The 2 bathrooms were a plus having 6 girls getting ready in the am. Secured parking with 24 hr. security was great. Great communication throughout our stay. Would definitely come back. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend some type of noise canceling device.

Place was clean, check in/out was a breeze, and location is great. The host was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE and professional! When we first showed up, they had forgotten to leave us our beach access key but we messaged them and it was corrected within minutes. I wasn’t at the unit when they delivered it so I had initially asked them to go into the unit and leave it on the counter. But being the professionals they are, they advised that they don’t enter the unit after guests have checked in so they left the key with the security guard. A+! The unit itself isn’t all that big but it’s cozy and well kept. the view from this oceanfront unit is immaculate and you’ll literally wake up/fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. If you’re looking for ultra high-end luxury this isn’t it, But if you want a clean, functional space with great views and location, this is the spot. Value for money is also great. Will be sure to check out Otium’s other rentals next time I’m in town.

Great place! The apartment is clean and neat.. Great AC, hot water and appliances. The location is perfect and best of all… the amazing beachfront view!! Definitely a no-brainer. Communication with the host was great and timely. We would definitely return to this place in the near future. Thanks for everything!!

the apartment is very clean and neat, the building offers laundry room, pool and gym. The location is a walking distance from the “big names” hotels area but you don’t live in the middle of the disco party, it’s a quiet place. The only thing to mention, we were not lucky with the ocean and had to travel to a beach which is ok for kids, maybe it depends on the season. But if you like surfing or kiteboarding, this area is definitely 100% yours. The managing company is welcoming and amazing in communication. Have a good time in San Juan!

The location, communications and apartment were all great. The apartment is located in an older building in Condado, on the beach and giving you a feel that you are in Puerto Rico. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and night life, made things really easy for us as we did not have a car. We used uber to get to Old San Juan, which was also easy and not expensive. Thank you for helping to make our stay pleasant.

The host would reply within minutes to any inquiries I had and I know if a problem did arise, they would be there for me. Perfect stay !

This was a special find in Ocean Park!
This was a special find in Ocean Park! I was raised in Puerto Rico and was looking for a quiet, affordable, and comfy place to stay by the beach while visiting family and this was exactly that. It has everything you need – a new TV with Roku setup, comfy beds, big bathroom (GREAT shower pressure which is not easy to find in PR), beach chairs, extra towels, washer & dryer, etc. The apartment is also in a very safe location inside the Ocean Park community. Juan Miguel from Otium rentals was super professional and accommodating – we were able to check in early and he made himself available very quickly for anything we needed. They left snacks, coffee and water for us which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall highly recommend you stay here or any other Otium properties and look forward to coming back!

The stay was awesome! My wife and I loved the apartment. The pac-man machine is a fantastic touch. We didn’t think that we would use it at all and ended up playing it every night after getting back from our days worth of exploring. Otium was also very accommodating and was great at answering questions. Highly recommend!

If you see this review this is your sign to book this unit! The host was amazing! The unit Amazing. The community and neighbors are amazing! I love the feel of home that we had during our stay! It’s definitely convenient to so many things such as food, beach, shopping and more. The drive to downtown, airport, and old San Juan is 20 minutes or less. The unit was clean and equipped with what we needed. I will definitely use this host and unit for my next stay.

What can I say except everything about our stay was top tier and absolutely AMAZING! The apartment is clean, beautiful, in the perfect location and has access to a private beach. Everything is only 5-10 mins away on an Uber ride – Uber rides were only about $4-$10 per ride. The building itself is super safe and gated with security almost always on duty. My best friend and I, as two women, felt super safe the entire safe and would be in and out Juan Miguel was SUPER responsive and kind, he was available for any questions or concerns and made sure to check in on us Overall my stay here was just perfect, I highly encourage this for anyone looking to be in the middle of everything and wanting to be steps away from the beach

The decor in the pictures was about the only thing accurate as far as “modernized” goes (which I give a 10/10 for).
The decor in the pictures was about the only thing accurate as far as “modernized” goes (which I give a 10/10 for). You can tell they put a lot of effort into updating that side of things! As far as the building and the foundation of the apartment itself, everything is falling apart. It was clean but felt dirty just because of the noticeable degrading of foundation (floors/shower floor, front door arch walk way, shower handle falling off, around the toilet corroding). I will say there was lots of modern technology (smart TV, ring camera, good air conditioning units with remotes). I’d plan to bring an extension cord as there are no outlets in the bathroom. I give the customer service a 10/10 – very quick to reply, easy check in, and kept asking if we needed anything. We did request more towels, which they brought us some the next day. Just wish when I read the reviews would’ve been warned about how outdated the building/foundation was. I was expecting a new, modern place based on the pics. The location was excellent! Everything you need in Condado is within walking distance from the apartment. Overall the rental company in general was very accommodating & good bang for your buck if you don’t plan on being in the room much.

couldn’t have asked for a better stay in san juan!!! the apt was super comfortable with a great view of the city. pool and beach access were perfect. the beach chairs and towels provided were definitely a plus! we were able to walk to many shops and excellent restaurants. all other destinations (ie old san juan) were a quick $5 (or less) uber away. the store downstairs in the building was very convenient! safe neighborhood, and even safer with the security guards. check in/out was easy, we appreciate being accommodated the way we were! as mentioned elsewhere, there is no outlet in the bathroom… but with a long enough cord (ie for hair dryer), able to manage just fine. 10/10 would stay here again!!!

Me and my family stayed short notice From the beginning they let us check in early the place was really clean and had everything we needed extra towels and pillows fully stocked paper towels tissue. The was amazing if I had any questions they were answered the day we checked in there was a note and Planting chips in the kitchen I really enjoyed them so I made a comment to the host about how good they were I asked for extra so the last day we left early to the airport the host drove all the way to the airport to drop me and my family off so chips to go very nice really went above and beyond would recommend to stay will be coming back thank u guys so much

The location of the place is perfect it is within driving distance to other well known parts of PR. There is night life and restaurants located nearby, and a 15 minute drive to old San Juan. As well, local beaches nearby. The Airbnb was equipped with the necessities for the beach. Each room has air conditioner which is a plus with the heat in PR. There is a private parking space and entrance. Overall our stay was a lovely time. Would highly recommend staying at the Airbnb. Our host was able to answer us whenever we’d call for technical issues or recommendations. Would love to be back.

Otium were amazing hosts for my partner and I for our first trip to Puerto Rico. Our hosts were great with communicating check-in and check-out procedures and checked on us multiple times throughout our week long stay. The location is as pictured on the listing and the location is ideal for travelers ready to explore! The building is residential, but residents are friendly and great for conversation! The building is secure, well air-conditioned, and equipped with the necessary amenities for complete relaxation! The only downside to our entire stay were some issues with the elevators but even then, wait times were no more than ten minutes and as I mentioned before residents were great at conversation to pass the time! We definitely recommend this stay for couples or solo travelers. Mask up and travel safely!

Otium is a wonderful and communicative host.
Otium is a wonderful and communicative host. They checked in with me periodically throughout my stay. They were encouraging and they were delightful throughout. Highly recommended. The pac-man unit is wonderfully situated in the Condado neighborhood within 2 blocks of all the hustle and bustle of the restaurants and bars to be found in Condado. It’s about 3-3.5 miles to old town San Juan – which in the heat of the day may be a bit long for a walk (unless you are brave). It’s easily driven and quick. Loved the stay!

My friend and I had a great time. The place was clean, modern and convenient for all we needed. The Beach is right there out the front gate and they even left us 2 beach chairs and a cooler to take to the beach. Some good food spots within walking distance and a lil store at the base of the apartment building that had waters snacks beer wine etc. The communication with building staff and check in /out process was easy. Puerto Rico is amazing we had a great stay.

We have a great time in Puerto Rico. The condo was in a good location to walk to get food and it even had a Bodega downstairs in the building for quick necessities. The beach is right out the back door and they also had a really nice pool. The hot water doesn’t last long, so make sure you wash up quickly. lol! I’m sure that is due to it being an older building. Unlike the continental US, Puerto Rico takes COVID very serious and masks are required inside the public spaces of the building at all times. They had a screen by the elevator that listed the rules for the evlevators as well. We tried our best not to offend anyone by following those instructions.The host responded pretty quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone I knew.
