We had a great stay in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Condado. The pool was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. It was helpful to have basic seasonings and coffee pods available. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Great for families, with beach chairs and other items ready to use. Communication with the host concierge service was fabulous and a great touch. Check in and check out were smooth. The eye masks and ear plugs were a thoughtful touch, although we enjoyed hearing the coquí at night and skipped the ear plugs. The air conditioning was strong and the apartment felt very clean. The only downside was the limited hot water. Otherwise, this place was an excellent choice for our trip.

Recommend The Weekender 300%. If you are looking for a cozy, private and quiet place to stay; this is the perfect place. Me and my husband enjoyed the hotel amenities; friendly staff and something that caught my attention the smell; this place smell so good at every corner. The beautiful gardens and the coquis sound at night, so extra. Also the stores and restaurants around in a walkable distance; including a 5 + minute walk to the beach. Perfect! Thank you.

“We had a great stay at this rental! The location is perfect—walkable to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Despite being so central, it was quiet, which made it easy to relax. The apartment was nice, very clean, and the AC worked great. One pleasant surprise was that there’s a washer and dryer available, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing but came in handy. The only thing we thought could make the place even better would be having a Keurig machine since they also provided K-Cups with authentic Puerto Rican coffee. Overall, it was an excellent spot and we’d definitely stay again!

The location is amazing!
The location is amazing! The place is just perfect for a couple of people looking to get a comfortable stay and explore and enjoy the beach and the city. A short walk and you get to enjoy the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You can walk to great restaurants and even venture out to fun places like Santurce, Calle Loíza and catch a short ride to enjoy Old San Juan.

Our experience at The Weekender in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely cared for. Every detail of the property was stunning, beautifully designed, and full of character that perfectly captured the lively spirit of Puerto Rico. The location was excellent. It was close enough to Old San Juan and the beach to explore with ease, yet it still felt peaceful and private. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect balance between a relaxing retreat and a place where you could connect with other travelers if you wished. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged with stylish décor and comfortable furnishings. Everything felt carefully chosen to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Spectacular! 🤩 100% recommended👌. All new, a modern, relaxing atmosphere and first-class service. As soon as you walk in, it smells clean. They have details in the room of water bottles, chips, pool towels, refrigerator, safe, television, in short, everything for your stay. The room had another private pool😍, ideal for couples. The check-in and check-out process was excellent, simple and flexible. Communication at all times. They have a Studio gym. The bar had very cold beers and delicious innovative cocktails to hang out while you watch your favorite games. Hector the bartender is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies are very responsible and committed. It’s a boutique hotel for adults, super centrally located on Loiza Street, where you’ll find pharmacies, shops, restaurants on the corner and steps from the beach. I’ll definitely be back🙏. Satisfied and grateful.

We loved our stay with Otium! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and had great amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had nice standing showers. The AC units worked well throughout the apartment which was a great relief. The kitchen was well equipped and a good gathering space. The location was perfect in Ocean Park with easy access to the beach and many cafes on McLeary Ave and restaurants on Calle Loíza.

We had a great stay at Kyara’s place in Ceiba. The listing showed two bedrooms but it actually had three, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were comfortable, and the living area was spacious. The walk up to the second floor was a bit uncomfortable, and the front bedrooms were exposed to some outdoor noise from other guests, but the back bedroom was very quiet with only the peaceful sounds of nature. The mountain views were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, a very comfortable spot to stay in Ceiba!

I stayed in apt 7 inside a beautiful residence with a shared pool. The apartment had a small kitchen/ living room with a TV, a small couch/bed, and enough cooking utlensils/appliances for a short trip. Separate was the bedroom with a very comfy bed, small closet space, and drawers and a small bathroom. Everything was as advertised, and it was spotless when I arrived. I particularly appreciated the speed at which they replied to messages and answered calls. I had an unfortunate issue with another airbnb where I had to leave, and found this one very last moment. They immediately sent me the instructions to get in and they answered my calls with additional support requests. There was also a situation one night when other guests were being loud around the pool afterhours, and before I even complained, they messaged all guests apologizing for the inconvenience and reminding everyone of the house rules. Superb customer service! I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for four days with my friend at this apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to all the amenities you may need while visiting San Juan. Our host, Mary, was fantastic. She checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly, which made us feel very well taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, giving us everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a great time and would gladly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Loved this place so much. All of the staff I interacted with were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was gorgeous and I loved that it felt like the bar was open all the time for coffee or drinks. I loved the lush green surroundings and the happiest sound of the coqui. The hotel felt alive but it also was quiet enough for me to have a great night’s rest and I was very at peace there staying alone as a woman. It was so close to the beach and delicious food and drinks . My room was clean and my bed was comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised it had a steamer for my super wrinkly dress I didn’t expect to get so bad in the suitcase. I wish I could have stayed longer:) I am dying to go back to PR and I will definitely stay here next time.
This place had such a beautiful view
This place had such a beautiful view, I enjoyed waking up and seeing the sunrise from our front view. The check in process was so easy and the host responds so quick if there’s any questions. I loved how thoughtful the Airbnb host was including small things like towels, toothbrush, tooth paste, and a first aid kit. The receptionist at the front are so welcoming as well. The place was so spacious and clean. Overall our experience here was amazing, we miss it already. Thank you!

Kyara was very responsive and quick to answer my questions . From the moment I got there it was amazing and a walk to Escambron Beach. She also provides a towel and beach chairs with a little cooler , what more can I ask for . The place is exactly how you see in the pictures and very easy access to uber , Lyft . Definitely booking her as she is a great host and so was the place.

Everything was exactly as pictured and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything you need is within walking distance, with a beautiful beach nearby. The place itself was clean and just as described, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The only recommendation I would make is to include a microwave in the room for added convenience. Overall, everything was great, and I will definitely be back!

My stay was overall excellent. The room was spotless and the location is very convenient. However, there were some aspects that I consider important to mention. I was asked for an additional $25 charge, outside of the Airbnb platform, for “possible minor damage to the room.” This charge was non-refundable and, if it was not paid, the room access codes were not provided, which I thought was inappropriate. In addition, I had difficulty locating the parking lot, which is in front of the building and is shared with “Casita Miramar”. When I tried to contact customer service to resolve this situation, there were no staff available who spoke Spanish, which complicated the process. Apart from those details, the experience at the place was very pleasant and I would recommend the stay.
