This place was super clean well equipped and very nice decor and very cozy and comfy beds. The pool and beach are beautiful …the only downfall was that we needed to enter a code to enter the condominium there is no remote provided for your car entry only a code for you to key in and wait until they open the gate for you . the nost annoying thing was you have to listen to the same welcome recording over and over again. We were pretty much locked out on two separate occasions because no one opened the gate and we were left there to wait and couldn’t enter and when you try to call the host its a recording no live person so this was super frustrating and they should improve this for the future guest.

Aparment was great very clean and comfortable only problem we had was the living room area is very hot because there is no a/c in that area, would’ve been better if there had been a split unit there also. We have stayed in other air bnb’s and they supply a case of water, which is nice and inexpensive just a suggestion. We were there due to a family emergency so we were not going out much and being able to use the a/c only 8 to 10 hrs a day was difficult due to it being so hot. More rolls of toilet paper and trash bags would have been good. We loved the fact that it had parking and laundry area. Overall it was a nice place to stay and the price was great.

Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing! The Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the AC worked perfectly — which was a huge plus in the Puerto Rico heat.

We had an amazing stay. The place is beautiful, well set up, and truly feels like a home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, which made our stay really relaxing.
The location is fantastic — just a very short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning and evening walks by the ocean. The space feels even larger in person than it looks in the photos.
Otium was also a very helpful and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Fue difícil entrar al complejo el guardia llamo y no consiguió al personal dure como 30 minutos esperando,luego no podía entrar cuando marque el código para entrar al edificio, tuve que entrar cuando otra persona abrió la puerta,luego la indicación de la habitación estaba mal decía entra en el elevador a la derecha y era a la izquierda,cuando llegamos a la habitación indicada no era esa,caminamos en dirección contrario en el piso y por fin logramos entrar en la habitación,duramos más de una hora mi esposa y yo,el lugar es bonito pero tienen que mejorar para entrar y las indicaciones para entrar en la habitacion
We had an amazing stay
We had an amazing stay! Since it was a newer Airbnb without reviews, we were a little skeptical at first, but it completely exceeded our expectations. The place matched the listing perfectly and was exactly as described. It was easy to find, super convenient, and close to so many things in the area. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests!

Our family of 7 spent 8 days at this beautiful Villa. Everything was great, from the moment we stepped in until we checked out. What I liked the most was the privacy we experienced. For the entire week we had the pool to ourselves and the beach which is a nice walk through the golf club was also amazing as it was very private with no one on the beach so it really felt that we had everything to ourselves. The villa itself was beautiful as well, well equipped and it offered amazing views from any window or balcony! Very pleased with the experience. Whenever we decide to go back, this will definitely be the place to stay at!

Great location for a laid back, casual, last minute trip with my 16 and 19 year old kids. Beautiful beach less than a block away, great restaurants within walking distance and Old San Juan was just a short scooter ride away.
Unit was clean, comfortable and modern and the communication with the host was top notch!
Highly recommend especially with location and free parking.

Great size room for us and a toddler. Great balcony access, and super convenient and walkable to so many things. Highly recommend.
Negative:
There was no stopper in the shower and the grout could have used a deep scrubbing but was just fine for our needs.
We recently stayed here in condado and we really enjoyed our time
We recently stayed here in condado and we really enjoyed our time. The condo was perfect. Nice and clean, 7 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Main Street. The pictures are exactly as it is in person. There are 7 units on this property and we hardly saw any of the other guests. The property is really nicely designed with privacy in mind. The hosts are great and helpful with all requests. Next time we come back to PR we will definitely book this place.
We enjoyed our stay at Otium’s unit
We enjoyed our stay at Otium’s unit. The location is excellent, and the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood is quiet and very peaceful and just a very short stroll to the beach. I would say that the beach itself is fairly average at best. There are several good restaurants that are just a short drive away.
We however did face a few issues during our stay. The housekeeping service employed by the host was not very diligent in terms of filling up the toiletries in the bathrooms ( body wash, shampoo, conditioner). The washer and dryer in the unit are nonfunctional. And finally, we got locked out of the unit because the electronic keypad door lock was faulty, but the host was able to get us in using a manual key stored in the lock box.
Overall, we had a great time and definitely would like to come back again and recommend the place highly. We thank Otium for hosting us.

1.Communication with Otium was very good; however, their communication with the gate security was poor. I waited at the gate for an hour before being granted access and had to line up in the car multiple times.
2.According to the photos and reservation, the room was supposed to have an ocean view, but I was given a room at the back with no ocean view. Other than that, everything was excellent.
This is the fourth third time we have stayed here
This is the fourth third time we have stayed here. This is our go to place when we are in Puerto Rico. The place is very clean and convenient to restaurants, beaches, and best of all the airport. The neighborhood is quiet, and safe. This is a great place for anyone visiting the island. It has all the amenities close by. The support team is very helpful and respond very quickly. They try to accommodate any situations and are second to none. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit again! Again thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay!
Beautiful spot- comfortable and easy, but not equipped with extras.

Very nicely decorated. Beautiful spot with easy beach access. Very comfortable beds. Felt completely safe. Quiet spot. Had water there despite general water outage.
Negative:
No helpful extras like beach chairs or kitchen salt, etc. Felt like a managed property. Extra charges for things like checking in before four pm even though it wasn’t rented the day before. Sliding doors don’t slide very easily.
We had fun. Olimpo Court is clean, near public transportation, & the staff is friendly & helpful.

Location was fine and felt safe. The best part of the stay was Alejandro, one of the front desk concierges. He was soooo helpful about the property and transportation, and knowledgeable about the Puerto Rican politics. The room was spacious for two people. It has an old 1960s Florida feel to it, though it’s clearly a design choice, not a leftover. The hotel is right around the corner from the T3 bus line which gets you to the bottom of Viejo San Juan. Buses were free while we were there. On Avenida Miramar (right around the corner) there are plenty of restaurants, interesting shops, a supermercado for snacks and fruit, and some interesting institutions.
Negative:
There was some kind of pump over our room on the top floor. It made noise generally until after midnight and started up again early in the morning. It wasn’t super annoying to us, but if you’re a light sleeper it might be. Breakfast is minimal, and while we were there, there was no milk for coffee or the offered dried cereal (really a minor drawback). However, the Google map, which taxi drivers rely on, doesn’t seem to match the actuality. Taxi drivers continually pulled up to the wrong street. The hotel is on Jose Ferrar, not Av. Miramar as advertised, which seemed to confuse the drivers.
