These little boutique condos were perfect for what I was looking for. Somewhere quiet on the beach. Our balcony overlook the courtyard where the pool is and from our bedroom you could hear the ocean and see the beautiful waves. Thank you for having us❣️
This place is the best bang for your buck!!
This place is the best bang for your buck!! I wasn’t even looking for the cheapest area, but this one caught my eye. The house is right behind the beach, you can wake up every day and see the blue clear water. There are so many food places, convenience stores, etc within 10 minutes of walking distance. The location is great, only 8 minutes from the airport, and last but not least it also has a private pool!!! It is also as secure as it can get. We had 0 complaints.

El lugar es como se ve en las fotos, el acceso al check in es un poco confuso pienso porque tiene dos puertas pero una vez que lo encuentras es muy fácil, esta bien ubicado. La parte que más nos gusto fue el fácil acceso a la playa y la piscina al abrir la puerta de tu apartamento. Las amenidades por dentro son minimas pienso podrian mejorar pero tienes lo necesario y es comodo. Es un lugar seguro, puedes estacionar tu carro frente a la casa pero dentro del conjunto habitacional. Si lo recomendaria y volveria a hospedarme en este apartamento. Disfrute mucho de mi estadia.

Missed our flight and needed somewhere close to the airport to stay. This place is great, but the surrounding area is a bit sketchy. Inside the gated community we felt very safe. There is a beach 1 min away but you can’t swim in it. The pool and room itself are fantastic. Great place for a short stay!

I stayed in this room for one night instead of the 3 nights I planned to be there. Unfortunately, there was no electricity in the entire building while I was there so I had to change plans. Fortunately, the hosts were very responsive and offered me a significant refund for this issue. The room itself was clean and had a beautiful beach view! If it wasn’t for the electricity issue (which was not the hosts fault), it would have been the perfect place to stay for my short time visiting!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental in San Juan! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the beach and restaurant. The unit itself was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On the 3rd day of our stay, the power was cut to the entire building for emergency repairs that had to be made to the main line feeding the building. The host was very responsive after we reached out to them and asked for status updates on when power would be restored. However, though the outage was no fault of their own, I would have liked to have seen a more proactive notice once they were made aware that power would be cut. The host made every effort to rectify the situation including offering us alternative accommodations at another property. Aside from this issue, the apartment was comfortable and you can’t beat the location! We made great use of the pool as well. I would stay at this property again because the host was friendly and its great location!

the stay was great and clean! felt right at home and the Host was extremely nice and reliable, 5 people stayed here comfortably without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. If you’re going to be using Uber I would recommend pinning your location to the intersection before the gate. We walked to a couple places to eat with no issue anywhere from 15-20min walk along the beach because the weather is beautiful

Great place to stay if you plan to split your time between the beach and Old San Juan. About a 10-15min drive to each. A smaller beach within walkable distance. Gated community so it felt totally safe at all hours of the day and night. The place itself is super spacious and very clean. We had a great stay.

Clean and spacious condo, located near a beach and popular Calle Loíza. Would def recommend and stay again. Only thing I would mention is the couches were hard/uncomfortable, something to keep in mind if you’re planning on having guests in your group sleep there.
This place was what we needed
This place was what we needed, it was beach front with a fairly empty beach and accessible to old San Juan without the crowds of staying there. The apartment was good for 3, definitely crowded but served its purpose. Futon in living area is very comfortable to sleep on. Kitchen is small so if you plan on cooking a lot, it will be cramped. Again, it served its purpose! Amenities were substantial, and we asked the hosts for beach chairs which were delivered within the hour (thank you!) note the water in the shower was never hot, only warm, but we didn’t mind a cooler shower after a long day at the beach. Beautiful view from the window of the pool and beach. Great choice for a short trip!
You cannot beat the location.
You cannot beat the location. Being on the beach made all the difference in our stay. The communication was excellent and Otium was ready to help us if we needed anything. The only downside, and it is fairly minor, is that the shower doesn’t give off hot water consistently. But we were able to navigate just fine. Would absolutely stay again.

It’s a little cute apartment at the very center of the city. There is no easier way to get to the beach, restaurants and museums then from that place! It’s convenient if you’re traveling light. I would say it looks bigger on a photos then I expected, but again, as long as you’re not planning to hang there the entire vacation- it works perfectly 👌

good location , was close to the beach and a nice park, it has a big parking lot which can be very convenient if you are renting a car, Ubers were cheap to go to old San Juan and downtown areas, the place had a nice kitchen, the host was very responsive and replies in few minutes was a great stay

The communication with the host was excellent and much appreciated. It was a little difficult to find the property, but a phone call solved that issue. The downside was no hot water for showers. At least at night there wasn’t. I’m not sure about the morning hours There was nowhere to sit in the living room/kitchen, other than a futon that was very uncomfortable. There were no chairs. The bed was fine. The upside was there was free parking and it was a gated property. it definitely is right off the beach, but the beach is not a swimmable area with a lot of rocks and a Breakwater. There were tons of restaurants in the vicinity which was nice. The additional expenses were a bit steep in my opinion. And once again, the communication from the property was fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Communication from Otium Rentals was clear and prompt. The apartment had great views and worked well for our group of 4.

This rental was great! It’s a modern renovated space in an older building. The location is on a busy street and there is only street parking, so that is something to keep in mind if you have a car. Otherwise, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom and living room were clean, and they had a lot of amenities like bottled water, coffee, kitchen things, and bathroom things. The counter space in the bathroom is tight, but there was a mirror outside of the bathroom with a stool to sit if you have a beauty routine. Overall a good stay!

We had some issues getting in to the apartment, but the management was very responsive about that. Location is convenient to Old San Juan, local beaches, and airport. One of the A/C units dripped and a bowl of water had to be emptied out every so often. Overall, a good place to stay and good value.
I had an extra sense of security being that there was only one way in and out of the gated community and it was guarded.

Very clean space with AC. Great location, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, supermarket and beaches. Beautiful pool. Great area to go for a nice walk or run. Entry to the property was a little confusing but the host was very responsive in helping me get in. If you plan on working, bring a hotspot. The wifi was very spotty, so I had trouble trying to work on my computer.

We had an amazing stay! Everything from location, cleanliness and space of the property and communication with the property manager. This was our first time using Vbro and would definitely do it again as well as stay here.

Otium was very responsive with any questions and needs. They even delivered brand new foam pillows and fresh pillow cases due to my feather allergy. The condo faces the beach so you can hear the waves at night. Easy to walk around Condado for food and shopping. There is beach and pool access from the condo, which is a huge plus. The bed is very comfortable and there are two air conditioner units in the condo which is very nice. There is plenty of storage with the hall closet and bedroom closet.

The building, pool, and beach access was easy to navigate, and the security guards were friendly and helpful. The apartment was just as pictured. We did not have any problems/issues. It could have used I bit more storage space or a place to put your suitcases to get them off the floor. The shower area was great but also could have used a shelf and hooks, somewhere to put your things. The shower is a great size and they provided: shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I guess our only “complaint “ was that the water temperature never stayed where you wanted it. It would deviate from very very hot to almost cold every couple minutes. It really didn’t bother us that much though. The kitchen has all of the basic items that you’ll need. There’s also a grocery store very nearby. They provided two beach chairs, two beach towels, and a cooler. We use these almost every day! We had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment space is just like the pictures. The roof top patios are a great space to enjoy the city views and stars at night. Zero complaints about the space, but the area itself is kind of loud with buses, city noise, and also at times loud music from surrounding businesses
