10/10 place especially good because it had a kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge and even a toaster! Loved it! Neighbors were a bit loud because the thing doors but they were quite after midnight.

Great place to stay at. Loved the location, it’s in the center of many popular attractions such as bars, beaches, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets & stores. There was some hiccups with the lock but overall amazing experience. The customer service team is very prompt and easy to communicate with. The place was EXTREMELY CLEAN and having a pool (for the entire complex, it is not private) was very clutch. The photos do match the apartment, however I do believe it needs a paint touch up. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb if you want something on the cheaper side, but very comfortable and accessible for traversing PR.

Great location right by the beach. Security is mostly theater for the overall compound,, as you can access the properties by a skate park without needing any gate codes, but the apartments themselves are secure. Juan Carlos is an amazing host, go see him perform if you’re able!

Beautiful area, with pool and beach access! Space was simple, clean, and had two strong working ACs. Two grocery stores close by and quick food options across the street. Street cats in neighborhood are super friendly and we loved seeing them! Only flaw was wifi connection going in and out for our tv. Hosts were super accommodating and very quick to respond to messages. When there was an issue with our air mattress, they immediately came to swap it out. Couldn’t have been a better stay.

Our stay was great. Space was very clean. Loved the bright colors in the living room. The beach toys and games were a great touch. Having the activities listing was a great time saver.

The Otium Rental was exactly as described.
The Otium Rental was exactly as described. It was extremely clean. The air conditioning worked great. There is a ductless system in each room. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of hot water. The Otium management team was super responsive to our needs. The location was walking distance to the beach, stores, and many restaurants and nightlife. Also, a 7 minute Uber ride into Old San Juan and a 10 minutedrive to the airport. I would highly recommend this rental.

My wife and I were there for a conference for a week
My wife and I were there for a conference for a week and we had a few days to have fun in the Island. But Otium’s place was perfect for us. It was private and we were able to cook in when we want it to. Puerto Rico is humid so having a pool at the end of the day was a great joy and being able to have access to it whenever we want it to use it was great. The place has everything you need for a vacation trip and the place also had chairs so you could use and take out at a beach. Only thing if you like to cook you just need to buy your own spices. Luckily there is a market close by open 24hrs if you need any groceries. But there also a bunch of small little restaurants where you can walk to. There is a nice little walk where you can see the ocean. It was a gated place so we felt protected. It’s close to the airport and old san juan. Would consider staying there again in the future.

Our stay at this air bnb was nice
Our stay at this air bnb was nice, every inch of the place was utilized and the owners were nice enough to leave towels and beach chairs that my family and I were able to take to the beach. Getting to the place at first was a bit shocking, the outside wasn’t what we expected but it also wasn’t pictured on the posting, and the state of the pool/backyard area doesn’t look as upkept as on the pictures. However, once you’re inside, the place was cute and comfortable, had enough space for our family of 4, air conditioned throughout, and overall located in a very convenient area. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to puerto rico.

It was a nice place to stay. Although due to the plastic windows there was a lot of noice at night. The host was very friendly and helpful. We ask for some extra blankets & kitchen stuff and he brought them immediately.

Great location in Condado. Close to many restaurants, pharmacies and nightlife. This location was great for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 infants. This Airbnb was great, we were able to do early check-in, and had a pack and play. This Airbnb offers exactly what is listed in their Airbnb. It’s right on the beach, the property has a pool, children’s pool, laundry room, gym, and there’s a small convenience store on the first floor. The Airbnb also had beach chairs, toys and an umbrella which were great for going to the beach right behind the building.

Excelente alojamiento y con buena privacidad. Muy buena comunicacion con Otium. Todo funciona muy bien y siempre muy limpio. solo cambiaria el colchon pues es durisimo. Por el resto, todo muy bien. La playa y piscina fantasticas.

Will definitely book again. Excellent place, very clean. Had mop and brooms provided to keep the floors clean which for me is a plus with all the sand and dust. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.

The location was great not too busy and we loved getting to the beach through a private gate. The space we rented was quite confortable and clean. The personnel at the location are very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this location.

We loved our stay at Otium. We visit Puerto Rico often and this has been our favorite so far. Pool was very nice and felt private. So many good restaurants in walking distance, which was prefect because we didn’t get a car rental this time. Airport is also just 7 mins away! Beach is right outside of resort so we were able watch the sunrise. We will be definitely staying here again.
