Although there was an issue with power at the location when we arrived, the communication with the property manager was great. They were able to find me another apartment not far away, a bit sketchy though, and switch us back the following day once fixed. I appreciated the prompt response to the issue and getting us back to enjoying the original great space. Clean and exactly as pictured. Pool was great and access to the beach was also great!

Hi! We stayed here and we loved it! This place is perfect for a family of four, just be prepared to share a bathroom of course. However that’s any hotel but with twice the space. It was only a five minute walk to the beach which was great and you definitely felt safe in the neighborhood! Everything inside was very pristine and clean. A couple things to note: there is only one entrance into the neighborhood that works but they communicate how to get there easily! Just put the road name in! Also when we arrived at midnight (flight was delayed) we could not get through gate of the house. Turns out it was broken and we just had to pull it! It maybe fixed once you stay but if not, just pull the garage gate!! The neighborhood can get noisy but that’s okay! Also if you’re staying PLEASEEE go eat at the BARBACOA place within a 5 min walk. Being from Memphis it is one of the best bbq I’ve ever had!! All and all if we return to San Juan we will stay here! Thank you so much!

Very beautiful stay.
Very beautiful stay. Clean and spacious. Nice bathrooms. The pool was great for our little one especially at night with the beautiful lights and scenery. Close to the beach and eatery. We booked here after missing our evening flight and they were able to accommodate us. Close to airport. Would recommend and would stay again! Thank you!

Air b&b looked exactly like the pictures. Otium team was very responsive once I landed to make sure everything was too my liking. Loved that they follow up with you daily to see how they can accommodate you in anyway. Ubers from this place is like $5-$8 if your staying in San Juan. Place was super clean the a.c was working well. Great stay i will definitely come back and stay with otium.

Very nice apartment clean. It was nice and cool as soon as we walked in. The apartments were gated within an already gated of community. A block away from the beach. Close to restaurants and supermarket.

My friends and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Everything in the listing was exactly what we got. Amenities were great. The pool was lovely, it was large, beautiful shape, convenient location. Host always responded quickly. Friendly service. Would absolutely recommend 10/10.
Excellent stay!
Excellent stay! Great location, and excellent communication! The place was very clean and it was the perfect place to lay our heads. Lots of great restaurants nearby and excellent beach sunsets.
My stay here was awesome!
My stay here was awesome! It is a great location with many walkable restaurants and coffee shops, you can even walk to the isla verde beach! It is a gated area which I really appreciated and the beach chairs were a PLUS. They did accommodate our super late check in as our flight had gotten extremely delayed, but there was one issue that was solve within the hour! I will recommend to make sure the pedestrian key is present once you check in as you need it to get in and out if you don’t have a car (the car gate automatically opens when leaving the property). Other than that- the pool was a nice touch, but I wish there were more mirrors as there was only the small one in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great rental, we will be back and scheduling in advance to ensure I can stay there again for any future trips. All Uber rides were between 5 and 10$.

Beautiful stay.
Beautiful stay. Right on the beach. Everything was as described. Walking distance to restaurants. I even played the Arcade game which was cool. Beautiful view as well. We heard sea lions our last night staying there. Would definitely stay here again. Very ideal location.

It was a great location! You can walk to the beach and a great breakfast place called, Superfoods. The apartment was clean, but we did have issues with not having water the 2nd day.We were told it was city wide. Pool needed to be cleaned and people were drying their clothes on the fence right by the front door.

First night a little noisy, but overall was good.
First night a little noisy, but overall was good. The only thing on the add says parking included, my surprise was the parking was on the street, that should be posted correctly. Good touch was the tooth paste and AC was perfect, thank you!
