It’s the 2 rooms connected to the kitchen and bathroom. It’s not a whole apartment set up but perfect for people who want their own room and need a kitchen. It’s walking distance to everything and nice that it’s not on the main strip bc it can get noisy at night. Super clean and easy to get to.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was a very pleasant experience. The location is perfect with lots to do near by. All amenities were included and even a beach umbrella! The place was clean and looked like the pictures. The only downside to our stay was that the remote to the tv did not work, although when you’re in such a beautiful place you don’t need to watch tv so it all worked out!

This place was in a gated community, easy enough to get into via Uber. We found the lockbox no problem but the key didn’t operate the door, it required a combo. The door was open when we got there so that was a little scary. I sent my husband in to make sure it was cleared. We were a group of 5 and anything more than that would’ve been cramped. If you want the authentic PR living experience, this will definitely give it to you. The area felt safe and the beach was right down the road. This was close to Loiza street where there are plenty of restaurants. There were a few issues but I didn’t bother reaching the host as it was stuff that I felt like couldn’t be fixed as we were already there. There were only 3 washcloths for a family of 5. The kitchen sink has lots of calcium buildup on the faucet area. The walls were dirty heading up the stairs and behind the futon. The water pressure on the last day was ridiculous. No vent in the bathroom. No iron board cover. Overall, okay experience.

Our apartment in Condado was close to nightlife and great food. Scooters and Ubers got us everywhere we wanted to go in the greater San Juan area. A nearby CVS had a small grocery store inside. There was an organic food market within walking distance. The apartment is simple but well furnished. It’s exactly what you need when staying in a location with plenty to do outdoors in a warm humid climate – comfortable beds, walk in showers, and cool air. If you need a break from being on the go, the TV is high quality. Be aware of the realities of staying in an area where nightlife runs late! If you’re unaccustomed to the sounds of the city into early morning hours I recommend bringing your preferred sleep aids.

Would recommend this place 10/10. I went with my family. It was very suitable for me since I have a kid and my mom. This place had access to many activities and made it easy for my mom (62 years) to get to. The beach was like a five minute walk. They have a fully functional kitchen, clean and spacious, and the host was very responsive. The best part is the views out of this place!!! You have a view of the beautiful ocean and a beautiful view of the city and the mountains! I would definitely be back and hope to stay here again.

Otiums place was in a great location with plenty to do in the area. Everything was a scooter ride or short uber ride away. The space was clean. I did notice the shower wasn’t as spotless, but could have come from cleaners stepping inside it to clean it. Overall it was as described. No closet space though. There were noises outside of Otiums control at night, but nothing too extreme. A great stay and I would love this place again or find an otium location with more rooms.

We had a wonderful stay here while in Puerto Rico. If I had any complaints I would say the weekends are noisy due to parties from outside the vicinity but that’s nothing they can control but it’s something for consumers to know especially if they have kids or infants. besides that everything from this stay and location was perfection and clean. We will definitely be staying here again soon 🙂

The actual place is safe, clean, and spacious. It is nice —- bright and modern feeling. My only complaints are that the pool was dirty/ old and actually had a piece of sharp debris that cut my foot, the sofa has stains, and the toilet was finicky. Solid 4 star

It was a great stay! The airbnb is right on the beach and there’s a pool and gym on property. There are washing machines and dryers so i would bring cash to exchange for the tokens. It was really close to a lot of great thing! Would definitely recommend.

It was okay. The unit looked like the photos. It was clean and comfortable. Appliances/AC worked well. Did not use the small burner/stove. This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit works well if the beach is your goal, a mere 4 minute walk. If you need wifi for work, or a quiet place to stay, this is not your place. The internet was inconsistent. There were repairs going on in or around the unit. At 4:30 the first night, we were woken up by a man screaming and banging, either in another apartment or outside…we couldn’t tell. The tv has no channels, a few streaming capabilities (must log on to your accounts), but otherwise useless. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

The pool and beach access was the best part of the stay. The pool was clean and great temperature. The beach located in the backyard of the community was amazing. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The AC and water pressure was good. The restaurants near by were not that great. We went out almost every meal but the Ubers were reasonable.

Man oh, man! What a beautiful and special place. I felt right at home, and well cared for. Very clean and the decor is very colorful and fantastic in person. The floral futon was a perfect place to take a nap after the beach. Beds, pillows and comforters were nice and clean and incredibly comfortable. I will definitely be renting the spot again next time I’m in Puerto Rico! Very highly recommended.

Property was in decent shape, the Fulton bed in living room broke in the middle of the night and my daughter fell through it so hopefully they replace it.

The place was very cozy and felt like at home. The location was great and nearby everything. We got to walk around and explore new spots and loved it. The only downside was it being near the streets, some people driving by would be loud at night and the neighbors had dogs that kept barking which I know is out of their control but overall it was nice experience!

Our stay was excellent, the apartment is in a great location with exceptional access to the beach. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. One of our highlights was taking the electric scooters found all around the area we stayed in down Ashford Avenue all the way to Old San Juan. The apartment itself was very cozy with a great kitchen. We couldn’t get hot water and sometimes water would leak out of the shower, but those were not big issues. If we had to recommend anything it would be a drying rack for towels, we went to the beach and pool quite often and there were not many places in the apartment that we could conveniently hang our towels to dry. Overall, this was a great stay, would definitely consider coming back here in the future!

We loved it here. The condo is in a great location that’s very close to everything in San Juan. Condado beach is 2 blocks away! It is a little tricky to find the place using Apple Maps but if you’re near a dry cleaning service just know it’s right next door. Our host was very attentive and responded to our requests quickly. He also provided us with recommendations of things to do which was awesome. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Our stay at Otium was very stress free. The place is a 15 minute walk from Ocean Park Beach which is amazing for swimming in calm waves and relaxing on the sand. They have an in unit washer and drier which was really helpful for washing clothes that got dirtied at the beach. Other reviews have said the pool was dirty but when we stayed there it was clean (though we didn’t swim in it.) The place is located in a gated community and we found it slightly difficult to enter the community depending on which direction you’re coming from on foot, but Ubers had no trouble getting in and out which is what we mainly used. Close to some restaurants which looked good, 10 minute Uber to the airport but quiet, and close to beach. The owners were very easy and quick to communicate with, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

Highlights: – The pool. Always a great temperature, very clean. Nice chairs to sit in at the pool, well lit at night. – Beach access. While maybe unclear from the listing, it’s about a 2 minute walk from door to ocean, which we loved. Comes with beach chairs! Swimming was great as there is a little cove at the beach which protects the shore from huge waves. The apartment was very neat and tidy, coming with all the amenities promised. The kitchen is small, but worked for the 2 of us, though the fridge is only a bar fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was small but high quality. It’s on a gated street near some resorts, but you’ll have to Uber to anywhere touristy (Old San Juan, Condado, etc.). There are a few walkable restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. We had 2 requests during our stay, which Otium responded to quickly (though took a while to actually deliver the extra pillows we asked for). Overall, we really liked our stay! Would recommend for 2 people!
