Great place to stay, very close to everything. If you planning to stay in the Metro Area ( San Juan, Carolina, Guaynabo and Bayamón) it’s not need to rent a car. Clean and Beautiful apartment. Plus the kitchen it’s great to cook. I would definitely be back.

Place was great! Super dope pool! Beach was literally in the back yard to the right side walking distance to literally everything, $8 dollar cab ride to El viejo San Juan ! I would definitely come back !

I went with my husband to celebrate my 40th birthday and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect! Plenty of places to go eat (bars & restaurants); even pizza if you were looking for “regular” food. There’s a grocery store about 2-3 blocks up so that you can cook your own food. Pool onsite and the beach is right in your backyard! You don’t need to rent a car. It was about $10-$12 to Uber from the airport and about the same to the Walmart! Gated community as well. The only thing I’d recommend is to swap the daybed to a couch or add plenty of pillows to it. I found myself bringing my pillows from the bedroom out a lot for better comfort while watching television. Is recommend this rental and is definitely look up this place again whenever I feel the urge to travel to Puerto Rico. Thank you for making my 40th memorable!

What you see is what you get! Nice small space perfect for a simple get away. The pool was filthy and not usable and the bed was extremely hard. There were a couple power outages during the night and quickly realized there were no generators when it got hot in the apartment. The water temp and pressure in the shower was a bit of a pain. Juan was very helpful and proactive with our concerns when the water was cut off for several hours due to city issues.

We really enjoyed our time in San Juan and this property served as a great home base. We had a couple of very minor issues with the property that we noticed on our first day, but the management was excellent about getting them resolved very quickly. On day two, our whole part of the city lost water but the management handled that situation excellently as well having water delivered to the property promptly. We were very impressed with the communication overall. This quiet and beautiful property is just a couple of blocks from a beautiful beach and we recommend the property and the management company highly

The apartment was perfect for a little stay. The location being a perfect spot to get to events/restaurants as well! Everything was walkable and the apartment itself did it’s job well. If anything only small hiccups here and there but all in all a great location to stay at.

This was a very good location for me and the kids.
This was a very good location for me and the kids. The laundry was very useful for us especially for the kids swimwear. If you do pick this as your location only downside we had was the picture of place it’s located within apartment building it’s not a house.The keypad numbers were not as visible but there was someone who assisted us immediately on helping to get the door open thru FaceTime which was really helpful. We did have to figure out on how to lock the door when leaving. Parking space is shared with other people so make sure to leave space that way you don’t get blocked in. We did have an issue with the water but that was due to a pipe burst we never got an update for the parking or the water being back on. The beach is really close by walking distance. The amenities were great the ac was fully functional. Other than that a pleasant stay would come back.

This place is pretty close to the beach and some good restaurants around. Place is neat and tidy However, some points to note is that this is not an apartment but a 3 storied building with no elevator. Hangers are provided but no place to hang the clothes, no cabinets provided. In our case, password to enter the apartment is same that was given to our neighbors and neighbors were just entering our apartment
If you want the amenities of a hotel but want to live like a local this is the place to be.
If you want the amenities of a hotel but want to live like a local this is the place to be. They pay attention to the smallest detail every thing from beach chairs and towels to a brand new kitchen sponge. This place is less than a minute walk to the beach, near great restaurants, the pool is nice and warm. I see people mentioned instructions were difficult but if you ready throughly it is easy to find. Great staff, Juan Miguel was the best! This will be my go to stay for when I come to PR.

This place was perfect for us. It was close to restaurants and stores. Everyone was friendly. The pool and beach were right there. If we need to go back to Puerto Rico we will definitely go back to this place

The apartment has a beautiful view to the sea from the bedroom and the apartment counts with a small fridge, microwave, pots, dish detergent, sponge, and a variety of items to visit the beach nearby. When I encountered a problem, I contacted Otium, via whatsspp, and they send team members to solve the problem as soon as possible. The laundry room is free of charge and is available 24 hours. The apartment is located in a prime area surrendered by multiple restaurants, in the San Juan area and Carolina area.The supermarket is within a walk distance.

had a great stay here! let us into the space an hour early since we were stranded for half the day after our flight early in the morning. it is a little noisy at night.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great space for two. The apartment is in a very safe neighborhood, and has the extra security of being on a gated street. This did make getting around slightly tricky- when walking somewhere we could only leave the street through the gated area, and when ordering ubers it could be a bit confusing for the drivers. The neighborhood was great- we felt very safe, even when walking around at night. Also a very quiet neighborhood! And the beach was about a 10 minute walk. Overall the area is quite walkable. The place itself was very clean, and the AC unit always kept it nice and cool. Really my only complaint is that (lik many other airbnbs) the apartment was quite sparse. The only cooking spices are salt and pepper, plus there was no cooking oil. There’s a keurig and a drip coffee machine but no coffee. There’s a washer and dryer but no detergent (we had to buy some while out). But overall it was a lovely experience and I recommend it!

Excellent stay in a great area in San Juan. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a private space while having the luxury to explore beautiful Puerto Rico. The staff at the condo are extremely helpful and kind. Lots to do in small area as well if one just wants to relax.🤙🏽

Thanks for hosting us! Only private note would be to fix the bed. It’s somewhat broken as it makes a lot of noises when sleeping and moving from side to side.

Solid spot for what we needed – flight got cancelled so we needed something last minute, the host was accommodating for sure. Easy in and out, nice two beds, the pull out couch wasn’t the most comfy thing, but it all worked out.

The location was great and close to the beach. The GPS is a little weird getting there but it worked out just fine. Host was very responsive and very thorough information was given. We were very comfortable during our stay!

The tastefully decorated and well appointed apartment was great ! Enjoyed my solo stay in this quiet and very secure gated neighborhood which is close to the airport, Old San Juan and a quick 4 minute walk to the shoreline from the apartment’s front door. Staying here was a good value $ as I could cook some meals in. Kiting, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, swimming and the kind ocean entry were the draw for me as a 1st time visitor to Puerto Rico… You can’t go wrong with apartment and location 🙂
