This place was everything we needed!
This place was everything we needed! It was a stone’s throw from the beach. Super comfortable. Even after a couple of days we started really feeling at home here. We had a few storms while we were staying here and everything was just so close by and convenient. The communication was on point! When we told them about our pup staying with us, they went above and beyond. Can’t say enough nice things. It is so close to the airport. We were moving back to the states and had a ridiculous list of things that needed to get done and this place was just perfect and comfortable to come back to after a long day! Thank you thank you!! ❤️

Great location, very spacious and comfortable for five of us. There was a little hiccup checking in at 2 in the morning but communication is very easy and quick , host came as soon as he can and solve the problem. Excellent beds ,very comfortable . Also it was close to beach, restaurants , airport and markets . It has safe parking ! Gated with 24 hour security.

This location is a great location to stay in Condado. It’s very close San Turce for restaurants and night life, there’s a beach behind the building, 20 mins from Old San Juan or Pinones, and about 20 mins from the airport. Right outside the building you can walk down the strip and find some good restaurants and bars as well. Will definitely stay in this area again if I come back!

Great apartment!
Great apartment! Very big and comfortable. The tv is huge and perfect for a family movie night. Response was quick when needed. Close walk to the beach and Otium has beach chairs and towels. Private parking space for one car and easy to find spot on the street for additional cars.

His B&B is so clean so unique by far the best one I’ve ever stayed in it’s so beautiful and close to the ocean the water spits at you honestly in my opinion if I’m in Puerto Rico I would not stay anywhere else but there and if it’s booked I will work around his schedule to plan my trip because his place is just that good and his welcoming is even better I appreciate the time you took for me and my family Godspeed🙏🏿

This Airbnb is located in a good area in San Juan. The location has great cafes and restaurants in walking distance with plenty of parking. My family and I felt very safe. The decor of the Airbnb is even more beautiful in person. It has Caribbean written all over it. Additional the host is lovely and made our happiest their priority. I greatly appreciate that! I would definitely stay here again.

This place is beautiful! It’s very spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect and you feel safe because you are in a gated building. The beach is literally 2 mins walking distance, and the pool was amazing too. We loved our stay!!

I stayed here with my family of six and it was a great location for those looking for quick access to the beach, nightlife, and proximity to restaurants! We rented a car for our visit and it was a big plus to have a designated parking spot located directly next to our unit. The apartment is located within a residential village that is gated and you can only access the neighborhood through a 24/7 operated security gate – which I only mention for anyone concerned about safety; the neighborhood was lovely and gorgeous! I would say that this listing is ideal for groups of 5 or less simply because there is only one bathroom and the sofa bed can only really fit one person comfortably. Moreover, the host was super accommodating and friendly and really made us feel welcome. He responded quickly and effectively which ensured a smooth check-in, check-out, and was able to provide us with any items we may have needed to make our stay more comfortable. This was our first time in PR and our first time as a family staying in an Airbnb and we enjoyed it so much! We loved having the in-unit washer and dryer available (especially after beach days and hiking in the rainforest), the kitchen came in handy for family meals, the shower pressure was great, and the A/C worked wonderfully for my siblings who love it really cold.

This place was an absolute GEM! Very stylish too! The place was clean and perfect for my husband, my 8 year old, an 11 month baby and myself. Both the living room and bed room had AC. The couch was a perfect size for my 8 year old and the TV has YouTube for my 11 month old and Netflix for us adults. The kitchen was perfect and the stove top was easy to use. There was so much space in the cabinets. There were many appliances in the kitchen as well as many glasses and plates. The fridge/freezer was spacious. I love the touch of the record player. I was able to talk to my son about how it went from records to Apple Music playlists. There is also a washer and dryer which again was amazing for my family! The bed was very cozy and the bed room is very spacious with the already provided pack and play for my baby to sleep in. The bathroom was a perfect size and the shower has hot water and easy to use. This place also comes with a parking spot which is steps away from the front door which is a huge plus! The host responded very quickly with a question that I had. Truly and amazing experience I would 100% be back and also recommend to family and friends!

I had a great stay! I would recommend to all my friends for sure. It was hard climbing up the stairs sometimes but it was very manageable. It was clean and the communication was amazing!
Our stay was comfortable.
Our stay was comfortable, however sofas needed vacuuming and I never sat on them. The ac intake was totally clogged but the ac was freezing on every setting but maintenance quickly came to clean it. The pillows were thin on the master bed. Ask for more towels. The beach towels need upgrading. Good location and very beautiful views.

I celebrated my 30th birthday in San Juan and Otium rental was perfect for this. I will say that the check in process was a little difficult however, I contacted Otium and they helped me right away. I was able to locate the lockbox and get into the Airbnb. This Airbnb is in a central location to literally everything! Only 10 minutes from airport. It is 10 minutes from La Placita, Isle Verde and club Brava! Also 15 minutes from old San Juan which was awesome. Quiet hours are a concern if you are a bigger group so be mindful of that. Washer and dryer in unit SUPER helpful! Apartment was very clean. Sleeps 5 people comfortably.

This condo was nice, the A/C was always on and super cold. Huge living room with two L-shaped sofas on each corner. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need in it including washer and dryer. Two bedrooms nice size; master bedroom had a bathroom and king size bed. Nice size swimming pool gazebo with barbecue grill, two minutes from the beach. But the nicest thing for me was the hospitality the hostess provided. John was excellent. So accommodating, when we needed extra towels, within the hour they were by the door. He provided us with extra blankets and pillows and at one point the ice maker machine wasn’t working properly in the refrigerator and he literally sent an Uber with a bag of ice to the condo at 11 o’clock at night. That is service for ya! He brought us extra keys; the guy was just awesome. I gave him a five star for hospitality. literally awesome person who cares about your experience. 💕

The property was clean….the beach is close by…the host always responded on time when if any issues arise…I would stay there again…many places to see from that location…the only problem with stay was pool was not available…from previous reviews it has not been available since April…other than that it was a great stay

Excellent place to stay if you’re looking to be right in the center of everything – bars, restaurants, night life, beaches etc! The rooms looked just like the photos and the roof top terraces were the cherry on top! 100% recommend this property!

Great little oasis , wish we could have stayed longer, but the ferry schedule cut our trip a day short, don’t forget to book your ferry tickets ahead of time (online)we forgot. Loved the shower great water pressure and the outdoor space is gorgeous… also keep an eye out and you might get a chance to see the hummingbirds thanks to the beautiful landscaping in the the property.

Otium Group was stellar to stay with during my trip to San Juan. The neighborhood is very central and near plenty of the Santurce neighborhood attractions. The hosts communicated with us readily and provided us with help as needed. Would recommend!
Place looks just like the pictures
Place looks just like the pictures, great location if you want to be close to city and night life. The balcony at nights is a great place to relax and feel the Puerto Rican breeze. Only complaint is water doesn’t get hot and sometimes not even warm. I expect this tho from older buildings in Puerto Rico so we didn’t have an issue with it, plus the days it gets so hot you’ll want cool water. A/c worked great sometimes too cold lol. Would stay again with Otium and any of their properties.

This host’s responsiveness was beyond superb. Their instructions for check-in and check-out were very spot on. They were very attentive during our stay. We felt very safe and secure and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The neighborhood was within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. We will visit again.
Overall the condo was good.
Overall the condo was good. Everything was very clean. However, when arriving to the condo it is a little confusing trying to find the lock box with the key. The condo is exactly as pictured, but the pictures are much nicer online than the actual place itself. It seemed to be a good location and we felt safe at the condo at night time. I highly recommend a rental car! You will need it. When we arrived we only had 3 towels for 4 adults and there was not a comforter on the king size bed. The communication with management was 10/10 and they fixed the issues immediately. The building did have some sort of sewage issue- so it did smell pretty bad at some times. Overall, we would stay at this location again!

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It was as pictured & described, very clean. Beautiful beach view! The apartment was nicely furnished and had the basic items we needed for comfort. A nice touch was a dispenser mounted in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. The kids loved having an arcade game in the apartment and played it every night! All building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We used the tennis court w/racquets/balls provided in the apartment. We used the fitness area, they had a nice assortment of equipment available. The game room had a ping pong table and pool table. The library is close to the laundry room so I sat there and read while doing laundry. The pool was very clean and had a lifeguard. Beach access gate was secure but easy to use. Beach was not crowded and was clean. Many restaurants, shops, Walgreens, and CVS within walking distance. Gated entrance to property with 24 hour guard present to monitor car and pedestrian access. Another 24 hour security guard at building entrance. The parking lot, parking garage, exterior areas, stairwells, and interior common areas were clean and well-lit. I would recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again. We had a great stay!

Everything was great.
Everything was great. Host was polite and communicated very quickly. Host was able to recommend places with a site which lead us to be able to plan a great itinerary. Airbnb was very close to pretty much ALOT of places such as beach, restaurants, supermarkets, clubs (La Placita- a must to visit), and many more. The gated community was a plus.

This has been my BEST Airbnb experience! The condo is in a great location (central to so many things & a good base for exploring the rest of PR). It’s a few blocks from the beach, walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars and food trucks and also close to the freeway. The condo is in a clean, well maintained, gated community. The host is incredibly responsive, attentive & thoughtful. Communication was very prompt and helpful. The day we arrived they left a personal note, a goody basket, and had the AC cranked and ambient lighting on for our arrival! The condo is modern, bright and beautiful. There is 1 bedroom and a very comfortable sectional sofa bed in the living room. Great shower/water pressure, full kitchen with everything you need, stacked washer/drier, central air (not just a window shaker), a dedicated parking spot and the pool is just around the corner. The biggest win- there’s a arcade in the living room packed with multiple classics like Ms PacMan and Dig Dug-my 6 year old was ecstatic! I can’t thank you enough for sharing your Airbnb with us! I highly recommend this location and this host!!!
