Loved this stay.
Loved this stay. In a quiet area of San Juan but still a lot of close places to walk or ride share to… not to mention being practically right on the beach! We loved our stay even on rainy days or extremely hot days. Appreciated the recommendations and fast responses as well. Only critique would be that the water pressure could be a little stronger; however, the pressure did feel nice after a day or two of sunburns 😉

Las fotos en la aplicación no les hace justicia. Es mucho más cómodo y lindo a como se ve. Lugar bonito, tranquilo, limpio, abres la puerta y tienes la piscina a pasos. Playa a segundos del hospedaje. Excelente comunicación con el anfitrion. A pesar de la lluvia de los últimos dos días de la estadía, la pasamos espectacular. Definitivamente volveré pronto.

Quaint and cozy! The host was friendly and responsive. The property can be a little tricky to find / check into but otherwise it was pretty perfect.

A girls trip to San Juan for a few days, this apartment was a good place to stay.
A girls trip to San Juan for a few days, this apartment was a good place to stay. Having the pool was great and we found cheap Uber rides to anywhere we wanted to go. Walking/scootering distance to Condado neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. Felt very safe as well. One couch was very comfortable the other two futon style ones were horrible.

Me and Husband stayed here for our first out of the country experience with an Airbnb, and I’m really big on expectations for a place when I’m traveling, and literally Otium hit it out the park. It’s not a hit or miss here and I appreciate that. Very well placed, gorgeous ocean views….opening up to the morning sun. Just stunning. Definitely can’t wait to book again

The location is great! Puntas las marias is right there and there is a little community garden/forest that is maintained by the locals which was nice to walk through. You could just walk to a little beach right there that was great for little kids because there are some rocks that keep the waves from coming in hard. Really cute place.

I noticed a few reviews saying it was difficult to find/check in but if you follow the instructions they provide and read the map it’s super easy! Overall it was a very satisfactory experience. Wee really enjoyed the Bistro Cafe across the street for breakfast. We went twice!

Our family’s stay went great! This condo had multiple views and was in a great location. We enjoyed that it was close to the beach and a short drive to San Juan. There is a grocery store about a block away if you’d like to pick up essentials. Thanks for having us.

These little boutique condos were perfect for what I was looking for. Somewhere quiet on the beach. Our balcony overlook the courtyard where the pool is and from our bedroom you could hear the ocean and see the beautiful waves. Thank you for having us❣️
This place is the best bang for your buck!!
This place is the best bang for your buck!! I wasn’t even looking for the cheapest area, but this one caught my eye. The house is right behind the beach, you can wake up every day and see the blue clear water. There are so many food places, convenience stores, etc within 10 minutes of walking distance. The location is great, only 8 minutes from the airport, and last but not least it also has a private pool!!! It is also as secure as it can get. We had 0 complaints.

El lugar es como se ve en las fotos, el acceso al check in es un poco confuso pienso porque tiene dos puertas pero una vez que lo encuentras es muy fácil, esta bien ubicado. La parte que más nos gusto fue el fácil acceso a la playa y la piscina al abrir la puerta de tu apartamento. Las amenidades por dentro son minimas pienso podrian mejorar pero tienes lo necesario y es comodo. Es un lugar seguro, puedes estacionar tu carro frente a la casa pero dentro del conjunto habitacional. Si lo recomendaria y volveria a hospedarme en este apartamento. Disfrute mucho de mi estadia.

Missed our flight and needed somewhere close to the airport to stay. This place is great, but the surrounding area is a bit sketchy. Inside the gated community we felt very safe. There is a beach 1 min away but you can’t swim in it. The pool and room itself are fantastic. Great place for a short stay!
I stayed in this room for one night instead of the 3 nights I planned to be there.
I stayed in this room for one night instead of the 3 nights I planned to be there. Unfortunately, there was no electricity in the entire building while I was there so I had to change plans. Fortunately, the hosts were very responsive and offered me a significant refund for this issue. The room itself was clean and had a beautiful beach view! If it wasn’t for the electricity issue (which was not the hosts fault), it would have been the perfect place to stay for my short time visiting!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental in San Juan! The location was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the beach and restaurant. The unit itself was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On the 3rd day of our stay, the power was cut to the entire building for emergency repairs that had to be made to the main line feeding the building. The host was very responsive after we reached out to them and asked for status updates on when power would be restored. However, though the outage was no fault of their own, I would have liked to have seen a more proactive notice once they were made aware that power would be cut. The host made every effort to rectify the situation including offering us alternative accommodations at another property. Aside from this issue, the apartment was comfortable and you can’t beat the location! We made great use of the pool as well. I would stay at this property again because the host was friendly and its great location!

I love the beach right off the property. Many restaurants near by and all walkable. Easy to get to Old San Juan or other hotspots. Very clean and cozy. Oh and the pool is so cute! Overall a great value and I would book again.

the stay was great and clean! felt right at home and the Host was extremely nice and reliable, 5 people stayed here comfortably without feeling cramped or uncomfortable. If you’re going to be using Uber I would recommend pinning your location to the intersection before the gate. We walked to a couple places to eat with no issue anywhere from 15-20min walk along the beach because the weather is beautiful

Great place to stay if you plan to split your time between the beach and Old San Juan. About a 10-15min drive to each. A smaller beach within walkable distance. Gated community so it felt totally safe at all hours of the day and night. The place itself is super spacious and very clean. We had a great stay.
