I loved staying here and cant wait to come back. Janice was such a great host and quick at answering messages even before our arrival! If the place was missing something we needed she even quickly had it deliver to us, which was highly appreciated! The place was really cute, clean and the bed was AMAZING!!! Me and my boyfriend always have a hard time falling asleep / sleeping through the night and we got the best sleep EVER here! Although it’s by a busy street, you cant hear outside noises which we were surprised about and it was just perfect. This location is close to everything and the food by is amazing! Our favorite places to eat near by ( less than 10 mns away ) Tostado , Pannes, anywhere in Piñones for breakfast/lunch. Cayo Caribe and Cocina Abierta for dinner and for icecream Señor Paleta! Anitas icecream in Viejo San Juan was also AMAZING!!! Viejo San Juan is 15 minutes away and even though we rented a car to go to El Yunque ( 45 mns from there ) and far beaches, they have a beautiful beach on back of the airbnb and other close by ones you can easily just uber to! As of covid, they are extremely Covid precocious so be prepared to show your covid results during check in and wear a mask everywhere. Restaurants and stores all check your temp before you walk in which was new to us coming from Orlando but also great. Thank you for everything Janice! Cant wait to be back 🙂

Me and my boyfriend had to book an Airbnb last minute due to a flight change. I sent a message to Otium and they responded very quick. They accommodated us with everything we needed. This place caught our eye because of the cute style and decor and the location. You can’t get a better location!

This space is small but PERFECT for someone alone or as a couple. I was able to work and have fun with ease. The location is everything! Everything is nearby. Security was on point and always helpful. The space was clean and had everything we needed and when asked for something it was delivered in no time! There were also small touches like snacks from the island and supplies during this time of covid like masks and hand sanitizers and the building itself had great precautions. The pac man arcade was super fun too. Ohhh and the bed!!! It was extremely comfortable where you sink in and just doze off…I miss it already. Last but not least, Otium allowed privacy and respect and that goes a long way. I can’t wait to come back!!

The host provides everything you need for a beach day and is extremely detailed with welcoming you upon arrival (with tiny details you’ll come across in your Airbnb). I’m a sucker for a cozy bed and my oh my this bed was THE BEST bed I’ve slept on in all my years traveling. 10/10

Our stay was great and very convenient. The host was very accommodating and helped with all of our needs. The place itself is very cozy and great for couple getaways. There are also many restaurants that are walking distance which is a big plus! Will definitely recommend!! Thank you Otium Rentals!

We are locals, that like to tourist around our beautiful island. As such, we have found amazing places in which we’ve enjoyed fully. In the case of this cozy apartment, it struct us by its neatness, stylish decoration, fine touches and aromatheraphy throughout. It is well paired with its “city view” at floor 20, which surprisingly for us, was even better than a “beach view”. The place is well designed, with many ammenities, basically brand new all around. And, did you notice the retro Pacman/Galaga arcade…so cool to play! 🙂 Its location in the San Juan area is just magnificent. Basically at the heart of the best tourist area in the island. Everything is walking distance…many restaurants, the supermarket, the hospital, the beach, the lagoon, etc. It is also one of the coolest places to do your early/evening jogging if you are up to…very popular spot for us locals and tourists. Lastly, we found communication with the property manager to be on point, efficient and friendly. They accomodated us perfectly, including delicious welcome details. All around we found it to be an excellent place to stay and sincerely recommend it as well A+.

The host clearly communicated all I needed to know and made sure I had a pleasant experience. During my next getaway, I will definitely be booking this place again.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The space is so stylish, immaculately clean, and in a great building. The host was so thoughtful and left us complimentary masks, hand sanitizer, and even left a bowl out for our dog. So nice! We absolutely loved this place and every detail was thought of for us. Book this place now!

This place was perfect. Location, cleanliness, responsiveness from Juanmi and Janice, awesome Pac-Man machine for entertainment, walking distance from beach and great restaurants. I had to book last minute and everything went smooth with the host and the check-in. Will definitely stay here again to explore more Condado/Ocean Park area!

Love it!!! Perfect location steps away from the beach. We found it very easy to navigate the surroundings since many stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. Guilty of spending some time with the PacMan arcade, which definitely brought back some good memories. Beautiful cozy apartment, easy check-in, sparkling clean, and the views are amazing!

What a gem! The apartment definitely surpassed our expectations! Where to start!? The city views were breathtaking. Location-wise, is right in the heart of Condado, close to all best culinary spots near the area and walking distance to Calle Loiza. They provided us with masks and cleaning supplies which was a super nice touch. Yet the best part of it all, it’s just steps away from the beach!! Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!!

The location is excellent—walkable distance to restaurants, bars, and the supermarket. It has beach access, which is fantastic. The apartment has a great design—funky walls are great. The bed is amazingly comfortable. First time I see a Pac-Man arcade in an Airbnb! Otium was always on call. We got some great restaurant recommendations. On my next trip, I am booking this apartment again. Thanks for the hospitality!
